The creature looked like prey to the bigger creatures, he was sure. But he wasn't prey at all. No, he was a dangerous beast in a tiny body. The ringtail mongoose would slowly walk along the boarder until he reached a spot with the right shade for his taste. There, she would rear onto his hind paws, conjuring a cig. Lighting it with his fire element, she would then use gravity manipulation to float it near his face. Taking a drag before exhaling the smoke back out. The brute, tiny in size, would lean back on the tree and wait.

Bad had set up a stage in a large unused clearing a ways up from the shore. He had set up his chair and table. As well as seats for the onlookers. A curtain hid the ones participating from being seen until it was time for them to be seen. And now, the male was sitting there at his judging station. A little pirate mongoose. The refreshment table was a little ways off from him, and he felt it was time to do this. "Th' costume contest be ready t' begin shortly! If ye wants t' watch, loot yer seat. If ye wants t' be in it then see me t' get yer number card 'n sign up fer yer category o' choice! Thar will be badges fer th' winners. Thar be th' cutest, th' scariest, th' coolest, th' funniest, 'n th' sexiest categories."
