    [justify]21/11/2016: Day 9: Someone goes to extreme lengths to return something he/she borrowed.
    Note: In case anyone is wondering why I have skipped a day (no story on the 20th), it's because I was extremely ill and I was too busy throwing up to even think about writing, sorry! '^^


    "What's this?" A young man was rummaging through his cupboards when he saw something he didn't quite recognise. Upon closer inspection, he realised it was a spatula in extremely good condition. His eyes widened as he remembered that it didn't belong to him: it belonged to his friend who'd recently moved to Taiwan. Rushing to the phone, he dialled the friend's number, gripping the mobile as the dialling rang through the air.


    "The number that you have dialled is not currently available-" Slamming the phone down, he rested his face in his hands. "How am I supposed to get this back?" That was when a lightbulb switched on in his head and he felt a small smile crawling onto his face.


    Four hours later, the young man found himself at an airport, sitting at the gate of his flight and waiting for the attendant to call for him and the people around him. Finally the young woman entered, calling out.
    "Flight 6 is boarding now!" He stood and let the crowd carry him to where they would board, and not ten minutes later he was sat in a window seat watching the world drop below him. The spatula in his carry-on bag, he grinned as he thought of how happy his friend would be to see the spatula.


    Roughly 24 hours later, he was awoken by the feeling of the plane hitting the ground. "We hope you enjoy your stay here in Taiwan," the pilot's voice came through the speakers and the young man hurried off the plane. His friend had given him her address when she moved "in case he needed to visit". Well, he guessed the time had come. Calling down a taxi, he explained where he needed to go in slightly garbled Mandarin. Luckily, the driver understood and he soon was looking up at the building his friend was living in. Anxiously knocking at the door, his face broke into an ear-to-ear beam when his friend opened the door.
    "Oh my God- you should have told me you were coming!" she yelled, pulling him into a tight hug.
    "Well, it was kind of short-notice..." he mumbled, to which his friend gave him a questioning gaze. Pulling the spatula out of the bag with a flourish, he announced, "I needed to give you back this spatula!"

    Okay so I didn't plan on doing this but here we are. I am in love with the musical Chicago and wanted to do a rp INSPIRED by it. By INSPIRED, I mean an original story with original characters that only relates to the musical by the nature of it. If anyone else is confused I'll spell it out in the simplest way I can:
    This RP will be set in the city of Chicago in the 20s and centre about female murderers, just like the musical. It will NOT, however, include the characters from the musical, such as Roxie Hart, Velma Kelly, Billy Flynn, Matron "Mama" Morton or anything like that.


    Rules:

    .:Please refrain from having a "perfect" character. At the end of the day they're all killers.
    .:Semi-literate at least please, I'd say at LEAST 3 sentences
    .:RP etiquette should go without saying, so no fighting/harassment OOC, don't affect people's characters without permission, that sort of stuff.
    .:I'd like to make this an at the very least 12+ RP as it will have some sexual/violent themes as is the nature of the musical.
    .:Don't join if you haven't seen the musical or haven't heard of it please.

    [justify]Day 10: 22/11/2016: An explorer with MPD, a widow, a house in the woods


    Legend has it that there's a mysterious cabin in the middle of the forest bordering the town this story is set in. Nobody knows whether it's real or, if it is, who lived (or lives) there, but one day a young explorer decided to set off on a journey to prove the rumours true.


    It all started when the young man, known as Geoffrey, told his mother he was going to try to find the cabin. Not talking him seriously, she nodded without looking at him and just said, "Be back by dinner then." Grinning, the boy hurried out of the house and into the gnarled wall of trees. As he walked, he couldn't help but begin to feel uneasy as the large pines loomed over him, casting jagged shadows on his nervous face. However, he kept walking persistently, gritting his teeth and clenching his fists to calm himself. About twenty minutes passed, and the blue of what little sky he could see faded into a dusky orange. The darkness surrounded him and he panicked until he spotted a small light illuminating an area ahead of him. He dashed forward only to see what he had been looking for - a cozy albeit tiny lodge in a clearing of trees. Noticing that the light had came from inside, he gulped and rapped his knuckles against the door, hoping nothing happened while he was there.


    The door opened to reveal an petite, aging woman with silvery hair tied back in a rather stereotypical of the elderly bun. She looked shocked to see the young boy, and stepped back slightly. "Oh my, what's a young boy like you doing all the way here at this hour?" she mused aloud, jumping slightly when the little explorer answered. "I came to find your cabin ma'am," he replied dutifully, giving her a small bow the way some children do when they meet their elders.
    "Well, I can't leave a youngster like you out here, can I?" the old lady stated and invited him in, to which he complied instantly. Hesitating in the door however, he turned to the lady. "Ma'am... If I happen to 'change' personalities for a while, could you tell them what's happened?" To that the woman looked confused, so he quickly explained. "I have an illness of sorts," he tried to explain it but seemed to be having trouble. "Sometimes I turn into someone else." Understanding, the woman nodded - her late husband had had a DID whilst he had been alive, so she knew how to help him.


    For the rest of the night, the boy and the woman talked and made friends, and when his mother came out looking for him, she explained what had happened and became a part of the family, and every week the boy and his mother visited the elderly woman to keep her company.[/justify]

    The anime depicts the Diary Game, a deadly battle royale between twelve different individuals who are given "Future Diaries", special diaries that can predict the future, by Deus Ex Machina, the God of Time and Space, with the last survivor becoming his heir. The plot follows Yukiteru "Yuki" Amano, a socially awkward boy and one of the game's contestants who only wants to survive; Yuno Gasai, another one of the game's contestants and a stalker who would do anything to be with Yuki; Minene Uryu, another contestant who is an infamous terrorist with a grudge against God; and Aru Akise, a genius teen detective and a friend of Yuki who investigates the true purpose of the game and Yuno's dark secrets.

    Danganronpa 4.5/5 stars
    Adapted from the game series of the same name, Danganronpa revolves around the elite high school, Hope's Peak Academy, which, every year, selects "Ultimate" students, talented high school students who are in the top of their field, along with one average "Ultimate Lucky Student" who is chosen by lottery. Revolving around the first game, the anime's protagonist is Makoto Naegi, the Ultimate (Super High-School Level) Lucky Student for the year. However, when he arrives, he and the other students are told they must kill one another to escape the school in a killing game.

    Danganronpa 3 is a climax to the Danganronpa series, taking place after and before the events of the games. It is split into two arcs: Future arc and Despair arc.


    This description contains spoilers for the first and second games, so I'd recommend researching them before watching the anime.


    Future Arc takes place after the events of Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. Makoto Naegi, the Ultimate Hope who defeated the Ultimate Despair, Junko Enoshima, is under suspicion of treason against the Future Foundation for harboring the Remnants of Despair who carried on her will. As top members of the Future Foundation, including Makoto's former classmates Kyoko Kirigiri, Aoi Asahina, and Yasuhiro Hagakure, are brought together to decide on Makoto's punishment, they are all imprisoned by Monokuma, the bear avatar of Junko who was thought to have been dead. Monokuma forces everyone to participate in a final killing game, in which they must try and determine a traitor amongst their ranks who will kill them in their sleep, while also trying to avoid being poisoned to death by personalised forbidden actions. Thrust into a game where no one can trust each other, Makoto's ideals of hope are pushed to their very limits.


    Despair Arc takes place prior to the events of the Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc. Chisa Yukizome begins her job as homeroom teacher for the Hope Peak Academy's 77th Class of Ultimate students. Meanwhile, Hajime Hinata, a student of the school's Reserve Course for students without talent, prepares to undergo an experiment to make him the Ultimate Hope. What follows is a series of tragic events which lead to the birth of the Remnants of Despair and the realisation of "The Biggest, Most Awful, Most Tragic Event in Human History."
