god, he didn't have the strength to show it, but he was absolutely hating how he was so useless against this rain. coalie's call unfortunately fell upon inaudible ears due to all the stuff going on with him as of now. hell, he couldn't stand on his two feet, let alone yell. albeit, he was honestly surprised that someone , aka metalpup, even stopped for him. he would repay the debt later, but he couldn't imagine surviving this one. however it seemed as if padme was going to bring him further to his death, to him of course. he didn't have the strength to defy being picked up, all he could do was shake as he desperately covered his tail of smoke with his body as best he could. once he was within the tunnels, he simply flopped onto the ground, finding it even harder to break as the smoke on his tail was barely noticeable now; albeit it was still there. well, looks like he may make it after all; but he was damn near out cold. thanks rain.

he was so close to being an apprentice, only a few more days and he would be one. then, he would be able to do so many more things for the clan without being restricted. but for now, the grey wolf pup sat and watched, waiting for the day he would be able to go out there and be all independent.

unlike the rest of them, the pup instantly took shelter the moment the first raindrop made contact onto his nose. he didn't need a repeat of what had happened earlier with the apparent tornado that occurred. he literally almost died from mere contact with the rain and not the tornado itself. sighing, he wouldn't be much help as long as it was raining; he hated being this useless to help folks.

the pup sighed as he lied onto the warm ground comfortably; he hated the rain. it was basically, if not literally, the bane of his existence that wouldn't mind ending his seemingly meaningless life if he's out in it for more than two minutes. however today was a bright, sunny day with perfect weather;which made resting out in the middle of it, that much better.

the pup didn't know how radiant felt about being an official apprentice; but pyre couldn't wait to become one, and the day was coming up soon as well. his excitement about being apprentice only continues to grow in size as each day passes. as each day passes, so does the time he is still a baby. becoming an apprentice draws closer and closer; and pyre, for one, was waiting anxiously for that day to come to pass. pyrepup approached the group as well, his tail of smoke waving gently from side to side in thought of him becoming an apprentice. he was probably obsessed about it, but that doesn't mean anything right now. not yet at least.

fortunately, pyrepup wasn't doing anything in particular; just out for a simple stroll. today there was no sign of rain, which is good since he quickly learned that rain, or water in general, could kill him if enough is sent onto his tail made of smoke. the pup always wondered how that came to be; he's had it since the day he was born into this world, but he was sure that neither parent had something like his tail. the tail can be a burden, but he also likes it; along with his peculiar birthmark on his right shoulder. so many interesting things about his features.
noticing someone call out, he turned his head to see if that "excuse me" was directed towards him. it was. [b]"somethin' you need?" pyrepup would inquire; his golden visionaries looking at the kit up and down briefly as he waited for the other child's response.

games. games, in pyre's eyes, were a waste of time and energy that could be utilized for something much more meaningful and worthwhile. and if his opinion of them are this, it's clear to realize he wouldn't dare participate in any of them. being a five month old, it would probably be surprising to most; but he didn't care what they thought. everyone has their opinions and likes; his is different from the normal child.
