"Wonderful!" He purred. "You probably already know this, but this is the gorge, a place you don't want to trip," Quickstep glanced over the edge, motioning with his tail to the sharp rocks below. "And across the gorge is RiverClan, a place of fish, swimming, and pretty objects."

"Yes, for all you know, I could be quite terrible," Quickstep laughed. "Careful, I might just steal your soul," the skeletal tom winked. He truly purred at the kit's last comment. "Why yes, very fast indeed."

Quickstep eyed the new warriors carefully. They seemed like they would make valuable editions as "friends" of his. He quickly straightened up and padded over, going in for the kill. Stopping in front of the two, he purred, "Hello, I don't believe that we've formally met! My name is Quickstep."

"You would be surprised at what one could make another believe. Even with something like that," his whiskers were twitching with amusement, but for a single moment, his claws unsheathed before retracting again. "Of course I can catch a rabbit! Wouldn't be much of a WindClanner if I couldn't supply it's favorite prey," Quickstep laughed. "As for speed," he was sure to add some sympathy to his voice, "As long as you work hard, you'll make a great warrior." He turned to the other kits, "All of you will."

Quickstep blinked in surprise a the charging kit. "Really? Were doing this are we?" His friendly tone never leaving his voice. "Okay then." Waiting until Rage was half a rabbit length away, he...Just stepped to the side.

Quickstep blinked, slightly surprised. That was easier than he thought it would be. "You're to kind," he purred making himself comfortable as well.

Quickstep laughed, "My, aren't you energetic." He made a dodge that could live up to his name. He felt refreshed as the wind went through his fur for a few short moments, as he landed a couple of foxlengths away.

The unnaturally tall tom smiled, "Why thank you. I'm sure you will one day. But for now, I believe I'll hang on to that title." Quickstep laughed and gave another wink.

"I find it pleasing to meet you as well," Quickstep bowed. "Freshkill, hmm? I believe I'll join you three on that offer."

Quickstep's whiskers twitched with amusement as he stared at Firegaze. "Don't choke yourself," he purred, picking up a rabbit for himself.

"Right, you are!" Quickstep purred. "Though I have to warn you, I only got an apprentice recently. So I'm not sure how good I am at teaching."
