& thanks everyone for involving me in the clan so quickly! i left my last clans because i felt i was being outed due to small clique issues that was happening at the time, and i was worried i would encounter the issue once more. im glad i got the exact opposite! you guys are the best ♡♡
The cell she was given was pretty cozy. They had to break down a wall between two to fit her comfortably, but with that also came some room. It was either she could only spin in a circle, or give her some room to at least pace. She was grateful for the NPC that vouched to treat her like a living creature rather than a breeding prey. However, that was the most they gave her. Guards would lead her out on a leash so she couldn't run, they would only allow her bare minimums.
It wasn't the charmed life, but it was better than being alone.
Lukas' scent caused the cold hellshadow to watch the entrance to her wing of the cells with mild interest. She liked the boy, his childish attitude often keeping them all grounded before everything went to shit. When they were Clanmates, she found a sibling-love to him. Even after she left, she was fond of him, and probably would protect him, if things were to go downhill between their Clans (which, it seemed that it had in her down time.)
His physical appearance seemed to stay the same, rather than aging up or gaining scars. At least, he looked the same in this light - Xia wasn't allowed any but one small window, and that barely let any of the barely visibly sunlight in. Not that she minded - the coldness didn't bother her, it only did when she was a serval. Thankfully, she wasn't that anymore.
"Lukas." she hummed the boy's name, pushing herself off stone ground to approach the bars. She didn't know of his ordeal with Fourthwall, and honestly assumed that he was still head-over-heels for the manipulative hellhound hybrid. "Not anymore than I did myself." she responded to his question, her voice continuing to hold a slight edge as she sat back down, angling her head down to properly speak to the feline. "Nothing rest and food won't fix." she then continued, ruffling her fur slightly as she flicked her eyes to her NPC guard, wondering how he felt about the exchange. This one was tougher about her bathroom schedule - she liked the other one more.
"So... what's up with you? Did you and Dipshit get hitched yet or what?" she frowned, wondering if the polygamous lifestyle was the way that Fourthwall decided to go in the end.
<3
The makings of a Rogue. Had he mentioned those qualities out loud, Xia would've mouthed him off, as at this point in her life, she wanted to be anything but. The Rogues ruined her life, made her feel like less than nothing. Because of them, she got pregnant, and fell under depression due to the loss of her children. She couldn't connect with her family and friends, therefore they left her behind. The makings of a Rogue, to her, was to be able to watch someone lose everything they've ever had with a straight face.
And yet, here she was. Safe inside their walls, sleeping and eating in a glorified cage.
She didn't meet anyone yet, other than the few that witnessed her imprisonment, so seeing this boy peaked her interest slightly. He was young, and probably impressionable. If she wanted to leave, she could probably convince him to let her out, use the skills she was spoon fed to her advantage. Surprisingly enough, she didn't want to leave. "My busy schedule? What, do you think I have a Bingo game at three?" she quirked an eyebrow and, unlike she did with Lukas, stayed in her far corner, dull eyes narrowed towards him.
"Did Fourthwall offer you candy to stick around, buddy? You look like you should still be with your parents." She made the comment without thought, as she usually did, hoping to poke at his buttons and create some kind of entertainment. Seeing her former friend, Lukas, was a relief. Seeing a boy she'd never met before? Even more so. "What's your name? I may have seen a missing poster for you out in the forest." she faked a grin, her blue canines glowing and illuminating more of her cloud shaded face.
i just replied to the thread !! ty again
i've actually experienced cliques plenty of times before and only encountered a select few clans that include everyone - which, although cliques r bad, i understand why/how they happen. usually they start with a group of friends joining a clan, or a friend rising to power & all of their buddies coming in and invading the place. its a bad thing but it happens
back in 2012 or so it was so bad tho like - people only promoted their friends to positions or had friends in their plots. it sucked tbh
anyways bc of this is why im sooo grateful for u guys aaa <3
Xia had her guard leading her around, this one with the strength and trust to keep her steady despite the known fact that she wasn't going to leave anytime soon. However, she found herself frustrated with the guard, as he seemed to have brought her to the 'monthly tasks'. She snapped her jaws towards his neck, earning a harsh tug and a nod towards Fourthwall. "I'm not doing some dinky task for you guys." she argued, visibly becoming upset. "Why don't you just bring me back to my cage? I'm tired of it out here, anyways. Smells too much like Asshole." she continued, eyes darting towards the leader as she dared him to give her a task. In all honesty, if he decided to, she would try to fuck it up as much as she could.
[ im in love with their dynamic omg ]
Not many knew of her struggles. Fourthwall knew she lost her kids, but he knew not of the depression that followed, nor the feeling of being an outcast. Her family knew that she was pregnant, but the father was unknown, as was the conditions of the stillborns. And all in all, the only one who knew the most of her capture was... well, herself. It was a complicated situation, and telling the full story would have led her to be exiled. The thought now, however, made her laugh, as everything she was careful with before could be thrown into the air without a care. She lost everything already. What would losing more do?
Her interest of Kayn stayed mild, watching as the boy contemplated her harsh words. Her scowl softened, just barely, as he threw back retorts. This will definitely be fun. She watched as she came closer to the bars of the cell, though only tilted her head towards him, still not giving him the satisfaction of seeing her in full. Sure, night vision was surely a thing, and there was a vague light trickling into the room, but it still hid plenty parts of herself, just as it did to him. She wondered briefly what his heritage was, as he was clearly canine but unclear which branch he resided on.
Anyhow, he spoke, his quips just as fun as her own. "Well, bingo's a game that some kids learn in their younger years so, thanks kiddo." She hummed, her voice remaining monotone. "Or, perhaps, you're too young to know that? Hey - maybe you can sneak me outta here, and I can teach you how to play?" she hated being cramped in the cell, and just about everyone knew she wouldn't run off without good reason. But, still, she liked playing as if taking her out was an act of the devil.
Anyhow, the drug reference nearly went over her head, clicking last second and causing the girl to squint. He was surely younger than her, yet he was dealing substances that she never seen in her life. Was he related to the Cartellians? She hoped not, as the only canine Cartellian she knew was Feliks, and although the male may not remember her, she did so him, and disliked him. A lot. Not as much as Fourthwall, but he was up there. Her fur ruffled as the boy mentioned being the leader's apprentice. "I was his apprentice once too, Kayn." she used his name, pulling her lips into a thin line and standing up, debating whether or not to approach the younger canine. "And there's one difference between you and me." she lowered her head, disgust filling her gaze as she turned from him, her quips coming to a stop as she opted to be somewhat helpful to the boy. "You can't get pregnant." she muttered, taking a deep, shaky breath and letting it out just the same. She left them in silence, allowing him to drink up the information, and allowing herself to drink up his remaining words.
"What a blessing you have. I wish I never knew my parents." she paused, thinking of a way to lift the conversation once more. It had hit an uncomfortable low for her, and she hoped that the boy would skim past it. Or, maybe, he should ask about it. Maybe he should truly know how much of a monster Fourthwall is. "They were and currently are leaders of ShadowClan. Rumor has it, however, that my dad finally kicked the bucket. Shame." she paused again. "If they were both alive, they'd be able to tear this place apart. I guess not." it was still sad. Why'd she let it get like this? This was supposed to be fun, worthless words. No introspection allowed.
"Ah, the whole no-food thing?" she finished, chuckling a bit. "I think I'll live after skipping one meal, buddy." her ears twitched as she lingered a few feet in front of the bars, still partly hidden by the shadows, but her hulking size much easier to see now.
[ holy heck the muse ]
[ its just a great time and everyone feels okay ty ]
Xia woke up, this time not with the sun, but with her pups at her paws, begging for her to awaken. It had been a few months since their birth, and who knows how long since their father's death. It was a sad day to learn of their existence, while he wasn't there, but things happen, and she was grateful for the gift the world gave her. She shared a smile with her hot-headed twins, both sharing the common power of fire, and nudged them out towards the branches of the tree. She, as they were both still pretty small, picked them up and led them down into the main camp. Immediately, her children scuttled to the fresh kill pile, leaving their mother to yawn and watch with fondness.

Xia wasn't allowed out too often, and when she was, she had her guard with her. The rotation of guards varied, and mostly were NPCs of different strengths and backgrounds. There was once where Kayn had volunteered to watch her, as if she could do anything in her cell, and a few other creatures came to visit and take her out. But, no one really brought her to the border - well, not until now. This guard thought they could handle her. It all boiled down to him being too afraid to say no, and her wanting to see her childrens' graves.
Anyhow, on the travel to the edge of the territory, she spotted the oddly hairless creature speaking to Kayn. Her fur ruffled, startling the guard, and she turned off course to approach them. She didn't have a strong affinity for the young boy, as she only just met him a few days ago, but her protective instincts did kick in. She slid in, surprisingly quiet despite her hulking size, and looked directly towards Teutonica. The eight foot tall canine squinted, tail slightly lifted to show dominance, which was sort of funny due to the leash around her neck and the guard trying to tug her away.
"I think I'll stick with Hairless Rat." Xia hummed, stepping in line with the black canine and continuing to stare at the newcomer. Months ago, she could turn away the other, having been the deputy at the time. Now? She doubted her opinion would even count - therefore, she had no reason to watch her tongue. "That floaty thing you do there? I guess it's cool. Anyone who trains on a special mountain with monks can do it as well." she commented, rolling her eyes. "Anyways, welcome to hell via the Blackheart Rogues. I'm the resident prisoner, it's not a pleasure to meet you."
[ ah ic opinions xias just a salty brat dont mind her]
Xia had been in the process of practicing her ice powers. Before her travels, she had been unable to use them due to a body change. During the travels, she had no real reason to. She actually only did so now because she had some downtime, and her current guard wasn't willing to entertain her. So, when Astralpaw entered the cell block with a peppy attitude, the young girl could only think of what she had planned.
The ground around Xia was frosted when she finally paid mind to Astralpaw, nodding a greeting to the other. She expected conversation, maybe one-sided boy talk. She was, however, pleasantly surprised by the door swinging open. "A walk sounds... Lovely." she tried out the somewhat positive word, deciding not to get on the bad side of the girl taking her out for a walk. She paused in the doorway, glancing towards the guard and her leash, wondering if the other hellhound would walk her like a domestic pet. "I guess it's nice to meet you too. Where do you plan on leading me?" the hellshadow asked, somewhat hoping that 'hell' was an option.
[ dont worry about it! <3 ]
[ i think this is before xia's 'joining' so idk if i can respond but!! cool idea i love. i'm gon miss mie tbh - tho i guess if void has him in his head i wont have to miss him to much?? idk but yeah track i guess ]
Xia rolled her eyes when Voidpaw spoke, prepared to reply when she saw the shape of a - well, she wasn't entirely sure. The creature was quick and, at the moment, just a vague shape. It didn't help that Mr. "I don't fight" immediately got into a tussle with the unknown figure. She stumbled backwards, away from the two and watching as everything pretty much exploded into battle. Another Fourthwall kid fighting, Fourthwall himself getting double teamed - She glanced over her sister's figure, refusing to look back to see if she was right. If it wasn't Calina, then Fourthwall would be still be beat up. If it was... well, Fourthwall better watch himself, she guessed. She wasn't afraid to throw hands (paws?) at her own captor.
She began to listen to her guard and retreat, purely because she began to care to much for the opposing Clan, before being stopped by Luca. Her guard stood his ground, as if his presence would change anything, whereas Xia just stared. Her emotions were muddled - her once favorite brother. She could remember their last conversation, and though she could admit that she had said some harsh things, she still didn't think she was in the wrong.
Nor did she think that his attitude was appropriate after said argument and her disappearance.
"Obviously, I'm having the time of my life." The young girl muttered, keeping the edge to her voice. She was a prisoner, the omega to the pack. And, in all honesty, she felt better here than the last few days in ShadowClan. Sure, Fourthwall hated her, and some of the Rogues followed him, but she had more interaction with the youth of this Clan than she did in ShadowClan. Plus, these guys knew more about her struggles than ShadowClan ever did. It wasn't quite a home due to her status, but it sure the hell felt more and more like one each and every day. Xia took a deep breath, nudging her guard ahead of her and letting him lead her away. Before she was completely removed from the situation, the girl spoke again, her words slightly softer. "Don't bother trying to get me back. I don't want to go back there."
And with that, the girl was pulled away. She cast a glance towards the mass of fighting creatures, actually hoping to see Calina. Luca already saw her, and was likely to spill the beans anyways. She spotted the other girl and sent a nod in her direction before finally leaving, and preparing for another night in a cold cell.

She was, legally, an adult, and yet she was treated like a child and watched like a hawk. The only way she was able to get out of it was to do hours upon hours of community service - which, honestly, didn't sound too bad. That is, until she was told to pick up trash on the sidewalk. Cue the cat-calling. Xia would roll her eyes whenever someone called to her, and when they drew close she would duck inside the pizzeria nearby. She knew a few of the workers, so they didn't mind. In fact, she was hiding in there now, and actually enjoying some lunch in the meantime.
[ sorry for a hecky start lol ]
