    Connie padded into the space where her father was kept. "I don't think the new leader will like you either. Why rot away here?" She spoke to the white cat.


    Henri shrugged. "Aww... Rick died hating me. How sad. I mean... whatever. Hey, do me a favor, sweetie?"


    "Anything." Connie sat down.


    Henri grinned. "Kill me. Trust me, dearie."


    Her eyes widened. "I-I can't kill you!" He only smiled. "You said you'd be in debt for this clan, did you not? Prove to your clan you're not like me. Pierce my neck- right here. You can do it through the bars with that beautiful sword of yours!" He laughed.


    His words rang through her, and she trusted her father more than anything. Unsheathing her delicate blade as Henri pressed himself to the bars, she took a deep breath.


    She stabbed his neck and ripped open his throat. Henri gagged as blood spilled from his mouth and he chuckled. He went limp, and then she realized the deed was done. The larger white cat collapsed to the ground, a bloody mess.


    She removed her blade. "Now get out of here." She told his spirit, though she couldn't see it- and sheathed the sword.

    The girl quickly made her way to the scene, coming behind Cory. Why... she couldn't see what had happened, but Cory let out a blood curdling scream. He collapsed, and she could see clearly.
