Akuma felt his grin broaden when he saw the wolf carry himself over towards him. Despite the monotonous voice the other was sporting, the Chain would've liked to say that he was indeed interested in the prospect of fighting him. The difference in size was great and Akuma would not be switching any bodies, for he felt a lot more comfortable in the body he was in now (and he did most of his fighting in this body, too). His elongated tail curled slightly and flickered as he gave a light chuckle at the other's response. "Hm ... so that was enough to bring you over?" He made an comment as he flicked his gaze to the side briefly, watching for a moment as a few NPCs had begun to turn their heads towards them. Akuma didn't want Sollux to prove anything to him. He was just interested in the wolf, if that much wasn't obvious already. He wanted to study him a little closer, and what better way to go about that than to start learning about how they held themselves up in an heated battle?

A chuckle breezed past the male's lips as he rolled his slim shoulders back, his attention refocusing on Sollux once more. His ears had caught his words and amusement glinted in the male's flaxen gaze at the comment given. "Why of course, I wouldn't dream of it." Him give a boring fight? No, certainly not! "I'm assuming we can go all out? Powers, claws and whatnot? The only rule I guess is the first one to yield is the loser and, well, no killing of course."

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]( 'eey, welcome! /waves at vexxy )

The voices of someone unfamiliar and the voice of an familiar, intelligent youth was the only two things that had brought the feline over. Folding his torn, bat-like wings to his side, the ebony domestic feline would settle himself beside Eunju with his usual, casual expression settled upon his features. The stranger who stood on the other side of the border had announced their presence and introduced themselves accordingly, sparing them from having to ask the tedious "name and business" question. Akuma would flutter the tip of his ear as he lowered himself into a seat, his tail coiling around himself. "Feliks you said your name was?" The Chain would tip his head just slightly to the side, flaxen gaze sliding close for a brief moment. He would remember the name just as he would remember anyone else's. "It's a pleasure to be your acquaintance. I am called Akuma Baskerville but please, just call me Kuma." With his introduction out of the way, the demon would dip his head slightly towards Feliks.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]In all honesty (how funny) Akuma was quite tired. There had been many raids he had participated in, and in a good amount of them he had gotten many wounds from the claws, teeth, and powers that his opponents used oh so mercilessly. Their marks and impressions were left on his body for him to clean and, despite Akuma not being well-versed in the art of healing, he knew that he could at least put some rubbing alcohol on the wounds he had to prevent them from getting infected and wrapping them up in gauze. Bored, flaxen luminaries were fixated on his arm which had suffered from a rather severe looking bite wound as he used his other paw to grasp at what he had needed with a sigh breezing past his dark lips.

Akuma had washed away most of his yellow colored blood so he could see his injury more clearly and holding the needle expertly in his paw. He had use to sow together clothes when he had looked after Vex when he was a young child. The boy had gotten into fights frequently with his older brother and the results were often that of some article of clothing being torn in some kind of way. How else did one think Akuma got many of his own accessories from? The feline would take the needle and guide it to the beginning of his injury, pushing the needle through his flesh. Akuma simply huffed at the "pain" he was feeling as he continued with stitching himself up. Again and again, the Chain kept on with sewing the wound in his arm up. A bit more blood had been brought to the surface in the process, but he hadn't minded it one bit. It was only a little, after all. It had not taken Kuma long to finish stitching and now he cut the thread and made it into a knot. Sighing again, leaning back onto his haunches, the feline took what gauze he had and wrapped his arm up before wishing it away with a waver of his paw.

Now that that was all done, the male had nothing else to do.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]"Haha, that is the question isn't it m'dear?" Akuma would grin slyly as Radiant Hope teleported away to avoid his first attack. He had frowned slightly upon realizing that he had missed but it was nothing much. At least he had gotten her to shift her focus from Eunju to himself. Besides, he was itching for a fight anyways and he more or less wanted to sink his claws into the RiverClanner's flank.

Landing on the ground, whirling around to look at the unicorn, he 'tsk'd lightly as she shifted into a dragon. How annoying. Did she think a shift in body size was going to mean she would beat him or intimidate him? What an silly tactic, if that was what she was assuming. As he craned his head just slightly to the side, Hope had shot a fireball directly at him. It was easy to dodge, what with the quickness he had naturally. However, he had waited until the last moment to get out of the way as he thought up of an strategy. He hopped backwards, the fireball crashing into the ground and sending up bits of smoke and debris flying everywhere. Under the cover of the smoke spiraling into the air, he'd attempt to teleport underneath her and twist upwards with his dagger in his maw. He heated the tip of the blade with his fire manipulation and would aim to pierce through the dragon's armor-like skin and bury the blade into her stomach.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]"That's rather reckless of you. You didn't even give it a thought that you might hurt yourself?"

His words were not to be mistaken for concern or worry but there was a note in his smooth voice that told of his mild curiosity. This one was a ballsy one, jumping off hills and nearly dying in the process - this girl was taunting death! However, he seemed to be attracted by her devil-may-care attitude as she seemed to spark a memory inside of his head, of a person he had grown to love and hate for the longest.

I was going to be fine anyways!

Akuma's calm expression seemed to shift, his fictive brows furrowing and his jaw setting. It was hard to tell what the Chain was thinking, as none of it reflected in his blazing flaxen eyes as they remained on the colorful fox-like creature that stood before them. He quickly regained his focus, however, and the brooding air that had temporarily surrounded Akuma dissipated as quickly as it came and his expression lifted, his lips twitching upwards into a handsome smile. "Alaula, you said your name was? Yes, you mentioned you didn't have a place to stay?" Akuma would question with a slight inclination of his head, his fictive brows knitting together.

leigon's first body was a tortie that had green eyes and wore a blindfold. later one he got a jaguar body but he still wore the blindfold, heh

& oh goodness if lacie stops by
    akuma: "hey that's my sis!"

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]tracking until i can think up of a good plot for these two to have! if you're interested, you can take a quick gander at his tags and we can probably decide on what to do, happeh ^^

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]yaya, that was me sorrel :^)) tbh my roleplaying was a bit cringy back then but i've gotten a lot better with how i roleplay now. but yes, i think leigon and ichigo had a pretty good friendship going on, it was gr8. i'm tempted to bring him back again when akuma's like l8tr ... i'll go ahead and make his account (or i might just reuse one that i already have because i have too many subaccounts already jesus)

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]ah, thank you so much! i've been concentrating a lot of my time focused on my writing, and i'm glad to see how far i've gotten. ooh, and you know what? i may just bring lei over for a quick visit when i get his account up and running, he'll be so damn happy to see ichigo

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]( you're as museful as ever, lord almighty ++ dang sorrel, your muse gave me muse )

Admittedly, Akuma had not heard from his sister in a long time and he had not heard from Jiyu either. He had been wondering where his other two siblings were and the reason as to why he was living an nomadic lifestyle was because he had been hoping to bump into one or both of his siblings. There was that, and he was being hunted down as he had made some rather ... unsavory life choices a few centuries ago. He couldn't find many Baskervilles around anymore, but it didn't sadden Akuma that he could not find any family around despite the loneliness that tugged at his cold-blooded heart. Of course, the mischief-maker wouldn't admit that he felt lonely and so he had buried that feeling (amidst many others that he felt were "intolerable") deep and kicked dirt over it. Locked it away completely and out of sight; tucked away, hidden with a lock and key. Pushing away all of that remorse and horrid guilt he felt welling inside of him with an thick swallow and a sigh, he successfully fought away those monstrous emotions that were almost always seemingly ready to seize him. Expertly so did Akuma force these tedious feelings away and feverishly chased after a falsified personality, the one he portrayed now.

Ah, the desire of wanting to return home had never been so strong before.

The Chain had breathed in slowly, his forked tongue tossing the jawbreaker he had in his mouth around as he thought in these brief moments that he was alone and by himself. Unlike Ichigo, who had met his own fair share of his kind, Akuma hadn't seen another Chain in some time. The last one he had ever remembered seeing was, of course, his own sister, Lacie. Since then, he's only been meeting demon mudbloods and fallen angels and other unholy creatures. Not a lot seemed to like him either, not that he cared in the slightest. Akuma's sensitive ear twitched, and his golden gaze had lifted just slightly as the sound of movement reached him closely followed by a voice. Within the next instant, his eyes had landed upon a much taller creature, an very orange cougar. He didn't think he ever recalled seeing a cougar with such fur before ... How odd. Akuma remarked as his pale yellow orbs flitted across the other's body, noting the excessive amount of gauze he was wrapped in and the overall fact he looked to be in poor physical condition. He wondered what sort of nasty scrap he had gotten himself into - or maybe it hadn't been a fight at all. Perhaps it was all self-inflicted ...

His focus was shifted to the cougar's face whom wore an intimidating glower. His expression didn't seem to change, either. Oddly, a grin was brought to the Chain's feminine-looking features and the discomfiting glint in his eyes was ever so present as he stared directly into the eyes of the towering HawkClan leader. His own expression was laid-back and soft, the easy grin playing on his countenance seemed natural enough and would perhaps give the idea that he was a calm and focused individual - at least that was what he hoped he looked like. An question hung in the air, and it registered in Akuma's brain as he suddenly crunched down upon the jawbreaker he had in his mouth. The dark-furred cat drew himself to his paws before leaning forward, his head bowed and eyes lowered to the ground in an extravagant gesture of regard and acknowledgement. The air Ichigo carried around with him despite looking particularly pathetic, was one that rang as leader in the Chain's ears. Finally, he spoke in his smooth, baritone voice, introducing himself with a grin on his face as he lifted his head up towards the cougar,

"Akuma Baskerville. May I join your clan?"

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]ooh, i like that. i really really like that plot tenshi. it'd give me the chance to develop his masochism/sadism thing too, as i hardly ever get the chance to write about it when i play akuma. so, this is a definite yes!

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]yes please this has to happen, i'm dying
akuma's just laughing his ass off as he listens in on what happens from the cartel

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]Ooh, I really like the first one! I've never gotten the chance to elaborate on the nightmares Akuma has at times (since I don't entirely intend on making a one-shot about it any time soon, he would just mention it on various occasions) and this seems like a great opportunity! I would love it if Lucien tried to help him with his nightmares. Akuma would be insanely reluctant at first, but if Lucien expresses that he truly wants to help he may let him.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]Ooh, this is really nice! I'm definitely having Akuma join in on this (because if he went into the maze himself nothing will faze him, he'll probably just laugh) and he's going to be using his powers to scare the people in the maze! :^))

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]( tracking to read! )

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]Akuma's gaze had shifted elsewhere, thoughts of his next steps coming to mind. It had been a while since anything of particular interest had happened to him, but he supposed he could blame it on himself for being a tad lazy. Advancing this complicated "story" of his was a pain in the ass, but then he was reminded of who he was doing it for and he once again regained the determination that had been faltering. Akuma was usually aware at all times, though it seemed this time he was seemingly lost in his own thoughts about his home and the person he loved the most. He had hardly noticed the Eunju had approached and quietly settled beside him. The voice of the kitsune was what jarred him from his thoughts, despite the voice being quiet and hushed. His bright flaxen gaze shifted down to the smaller creature beside him, his ears flicking forward and his fictive brows raising just slightly as his brain registered what he had heard come from the child's mouth.

    "Thank you for assisting me."

His mind quickly pulled forth the memory of the raid RiverClan had launched upon them, where one of their members were acting rather cruelly towards Eunju and had attacked him seemingly without feeling any kinds of remorse. Horrible, really, but Akuma had done worse things. He just never touched children - or, at least those who took on the body of an child since reincarnation was a thing. In any case, Akuma might be a monster but even he had to draw the line at attacking children. It didn't save them from lying and manipulating them, though. The Chain's lips had twitched upwards just slightly, and the ghost of a smile had appeared on his face briefly. "Mm ... there's no need to thank me, Eunju." He responded after a bit, "Who knew RiverClanners would go against their own moral code that they've essentially set themselves up for by claiming the proclan status? It gave me quite a surprise, surely, but I shouldn't have expected any less. Ah, what fools ..." He would remark, his tail coiling around his paws as he licked his sugarcoated lips.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]whoa, i never posted on this but everything seems really good thus far and, unfortunately, i don't have any ideas to put forth as i'm already favoring everything that's being discussed currently! the idea of currency + the war games sound immensely interesting and i'm dittoing musey about the slang terms that they could use! it sounds really good and it's interesting.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: verdana; text-transform: lowercase]I have a small idea?

Akuma is a thug in the Cartel, as that place (and HawkClan) is his main base of operations for the time being until I feel like I need to move him and the Cartel is known for being an clan that does organized crime (selling drugs, assassinating important figures, etc.) and I was wondering if Akuma could possibly recruit Xenon to help him sell drugs to the other clans while Kuma would give his a small sliver of the cut he gets from supplying customers? It'd usually be something like jewelry/some form of currency, or some amount of drugs for free unless Xenon's specific on what he'd like (protection from the Cartel, for example).
