Beekit gave a snarl, his huge black ears flat to his head with fury. He could not believe he'd been beaten by this kit! She was even younger than him, for heaven's sake! Sure, he was skinny and those long legs of his weren't much use in combat, and she was oddly strong for her size.. But still! The indignity flared up in him, made his skin burn with embarrassment and shame at the smirk adorning the child's face.

The jet-black tom whipped his head round, baring his teeth at the tiger.
