Birch, a pure white male wolf interacting with: All three of his pups
Birch was stalking elk, wishing he could control objects and animals movements. Then he could hunt elk faster, and provide a better meal for his pups. He wished his mate were still alive, she could of helped him hunt. She had been a spectacular hunter... Birch pushed the thoughts away, he couldn't think of her... It pained him to much. Though how could he not? He missed her with everyone moment that passed, and would give anything to have her back. Except his pups, he knew she would want him to keep them over her, and to take care of them no matter what. His pups were the most precious things in his life now, and what he lived for. He took special care of little Mika, from the time she was born she had been the smallest. And as the other pups' powers began to show, hers did not. Birch was starting to doubt she had powers at all, and that worried him. Her small size was already making her vulnerable, without powers she'd be no match to any animal with them. His mate had not had powers either, and that probably made her die.
His thoughts of Mika caused a surge of importance to surge through him, and with a snarl he bared his fangs and charged at the deer, racing as fast as he could. With a mighty leap, the wolf landed squarely on the cow-elk's back, wrestling with her and slowly bringing her down to the ground. It was a struggle, and it took longer than it should've, but he finally managed to kill the elk. Grabbing it by its scruff, Birch carried the dead elk back to his den where his pups were.
"Pups?" he called, "Mika, Hiro, Pepper?" he called, he could smell two of them but where was the other one? His pelt bristle, where was Pepper? Then he looked up, Pepper was wondering off again! Thank the stars he had gotten back in time! "PEPPER! Get BACK here RIGHT NOW!" he growled, and Pepper looked around sharply, and came racing back. She licked his chin respectfully first, and then eyed the elk he had dropped in front of their den , which was an abandoned fox burrow. "MIKA! HIRO! FOOD!" She yelped and raced to the elk. Birch sighed, and sat down as he watched the disobedient pup eat. He could never scold her properly could he? He was way to soft.
