    The tom smiled towards the other warrior that came to help. If he was being honest with himself we was glad to have the help. He caught his breath and regained his stamina before charging in again. Once Stoneface made her blow Twistedpath was next.


    Lunging forward he sank his claws and teeth into the soft skin of the smelly creature. It's scent burnt his nose and made his eyes water but he kept on. It was very angry, snarling and whipping its body all around in attempts to shake Twistedpath off it, but he wasn't going anywhere.

    It was dark, very dark. The warrior was unaware of where he was, and it was safe to say he was scared. As he walked though the darkness he saw a light far off in the distance. He ran to it, desperate to escape. The light grew closer and closer until he finally burt though the light. It was blinding at first, but once his optics adjusted he was shocked to seen an all too familiar scene before him. It was the day his beloved mother attempted to end her life.


    She sat in the middle of the thunder path, a weird and odd smile on her maw as she turned her attention towards her son. "Dapplebreeze! You must move!" he shouted, attempting to get his mother away from the fast coming monster. Suddenly another familiar face appeared. it was his father. He padded up to his mate and gave her a soft nuzzle before sitting down beside his mate.

    The monster was closer now and fast approaching. Twistedpath knew he had to do something. He charged for them, trying his best to reach him, but they kept getting farther and farther away. The monster was not only a few fox lengths away and there was no time for him to save them. He watched right at the monster hit them, and in a flash he was awake, surrounded by the snoring of his fellow clan mates. He was shaking, sweaty, and all around a mess. He took in deep breaths and tried to calm his nerves, but it wasn't helping. He decided to leave before he woke anyone in the den.

    Twistedpath was never one to go off by himself, but after having a rough night, he decided a walk by himself was the best therapy. He limped through the forest, his head down and lost in his thoughts. so lost that he didn't even notice the trespasser on Thunderclan territory. He continued to walk until he smaked right into the unknown figure, causing him to trip and fall on his chest.

    Twistedpath groaned in dismay as he sat up and shook the dizziness away. It took a moment to focus on the being in front of him. Once they did focus he was shocked to see another cat, and a cat not from his clan. He instantly took to his paws and fluffed out his fur. "Hey! You're not in Thunderclan! What are you doing here?" he asked with his ears pinned back as he looked the unfamiliar female in front of him.

    The tom wasn't prepared for her to run, so when she did he was a little caught off gaurd. Once it clicked in that he needed to race after her he began at full speed. Even with three legs he was fast and quickly caught up to her. He then attempted to leap on her, pinning her down and trying to get and explanation from her

    Twistedpath knew that there was no way he hadn't woken anyone, and he was prepared for others to come out and check on him, but for the moment he had alone he took it upon himself to try and calm his nerves. He sat down in the clearing, just under Highrock so he could catch his breath. He hated having those vivid dreams. It was so real. Letting out a huff he turned his attention towards Silverpelt. he watched at the the stars twinkled and shined down on the clan below. His mother was up there, hopefully smiling down at her son, but he could never be for sure.

    Please dont kill me. Kill her? Great starclan this wasn't Bloodclan. Squinting his eyes he replied, "I'm not going to kill you. This isn't Bloodclan". He then released her, alowing the she-cat to get up. "Darkclanner, huh. You're pretty far away from home. What are you doing all the way out here?" he asked with genuine interest.

    Twistedpath couldn't help but chuckle at this she-cat. She was funny, he would give her that. "Calm down. We all get turned around every now and then....my names Twistedpath" he said feeling confident enough to give her his name. She had personality, and that was something Thunderclan lacked of.

    Hearing a soft voice from behind him startled him a bit, but once he was it was just Swanflight, he relaxed. "Oh hello, Swanflight. Sorry for disturbing you. I...just needed some fresh air" he confessed without wanting to give full detail of why he was out here

    Aw did she have to leave so soon? Wait what was he saying? He was thinking like a kit! Shaking the thoughts away slightly he nodded. "If you want I could walk you back to your territory. Ah-just to make sure you get home safe" he said with slight nervousness. Why was he nervous? It was just a simple and kind thing to do...but he still felt giddy and uneasy...but not in a bad way.
