Del nodded, quietly getting him the water. “Here...” she found a space to sit where they weren’t next to each other and she opened her book, skimming to find where she had left off.

Del gazed at him for a few moments pushing aside both how cute he was and the way her heart felt when he mumbled her name. He was pushing her away because his parents wouldn’t like her. They couldn’t be together. With that thought, she turned and left his room.
-
Del glanced at her phone, debating ignoring him. But she couldn’t. You were safe in your room. And we can’t be together.
-
You told me your parents wouldn’t approve of me.Del told him simply, knowing it would be so much harder if they met up. How was she supposed to keep his parents from getting upset with him if she let him be with her?
-
Del didn’t answer right away, staring at her phone in shock. He loved her? You want to be with me even though your parents won’t approve? Of course she wanted to be with him! But that was the same reason she was worried about being with him.
-
Del couldn’t help the shy smil that came to her lips as she read his words. I want to be with you too.
-
Del felt a soft blush rise to her cheeks, but this time Connor didn’t have to wait to see her response. Okay.
-
Del had no idea what he had in mind, but she trusted him which is why she had agreed to go. But for now she just wondered.
-
Del took a shower before getting ready. She wanted to impress him, even though she already knew he liked her.
-
Del had brought a couple dresses with her on the cruise, and she wore one that wasn’t overly fancy but it wasn’t t casual either. She knocked lightly on the door when she arrived.
-
Del laughed softly, and he could see that she was far happier than she been earlierthat day. “Thank you...”
-
Del followed him smiling softly before gasping as she saw the patio. “Connor!”
-
Del smiled happily as she sat lightly. “Thank you...” She murmured, referring to all of this.
-
Del’s smile grew as she gazed at him. “I can’t believe it... this looks amazing.”
-
Del laughed softly. “Thank you.” She murmured before beginning to eat.
-
Del paused before turning and hugging him. “You’re so sweet!”
-
Del laughed softly, gently pulling back to look at the movies. “Like candy.” She agreed.
-
Del felt a faint blush rise to her cheeks but she teased back, “Would you like me to?”
-
Del’s blush deepened at his purr, but she hummed softly. “I do.”
-
Del blushed again but her smile grew happily. “I love you too.” She whispered.
