Jay padded up to Fang and purred softly. "Relax," he meowed. "We'll attack the clans soon enough."Hatred falshed in his eyes as he heard the sound of his family's screams. "And they'll regret what they've done." His claws scapped the ground noisily. He shook his head and seemed to come out of his trance. "Until then, would you mind joining me and Scarlet in some battle training?" He nodded his head over to Scarlet, who'd obviously been listening to their conversation.
She puffed out her chest with pride and said, "I've invented some new moves that I used to surprise the clan patrols when they caught me hunting on their 'territory'." She scrapped her claws loudly across the ground. "I could teach you," she proposed. "But I prefer to have claws sheathed during training." Her eyes darkened. "I save mine for the clans." -
I wish more stories would come in. -
She nodded. "Yes. Since they've been named apprentices, they've been restless to get a mentor and start their training." She sighed. "I'd randomly assign them something, but I'd rather have their montors do that." She angled her ears to hear the loud mewing outside in camp.
"I can't wait to start training!"
"I'm going to be the best warrior EVER!"
"No! I will!"
"Well while you two wrestle, I'm going to pretend I'm stalking something."
Foxstar surpressed a chuckle at their enthusiasm. -
Fox came to a screeching halt when a hiss escaped Sedge's throat. "Ahhh!" She yowled as she slid across the ground. When she stopped, she looked up to see Segde continuing to hiss and a frail tom cat behind her. "Huh?" She looked astonished at his weak state. "Are you okay?" she asked the weezing cat, completly taking her attention away from Sedge.
-
She glared for a second at the she-cat as she corrected her name "Owl." She returned to her more cheerful self and announced, "If Frostkit goes, I go." She looked at her new friend and smiled.
-
Scarlet smiled and nodded. "Of course. All cats are welcome too if they want. Hmmmm..." her thoughts trailed off. "Now how do I show you this move with out actually hurting you?" she asked to herself. "I know!" She dashed away and camed back with an old log that could pass for the size of a cat. "Now here is what you do. Crouch down like this, incase the enemy takes a swipe at you." She crouched low, with her hauches in the air. "It helps with balance. Then-" She jumped up and firmly landed where the shoulders of a cat would be. "pounce up and land with all of your weight. Have your claws unsheathed for a better grip." She hopped down. "If you cat is lighter than you, it'll most likly pop out their shoulders and if they're heavier, then you'll at least get them pinnedo n the ground." She smiled. "Who wants to go first?"
-
That's ok. :) I'll just check to see when she's on and then start rp-ing.
-
Scarlet nodded at the order and smiled, pleased that she'd pleased Blood. She headed off in the direction of other cats, gathering them to teach the move.
Meanwhile, Jay headed off in the woodline. He found a old tree and practiced the move on it until he got it perfect. His stomache growled greedily and Jay went out for a hunt. He tasted mouse on his tounge and dropped into a hunters crouch. The mouse payed no attention as he stalked it, then pounced and delivered a swift bite to the neck. He ate it thankfully and continued on his hunt. He wanted to bring something back to Blood to please the leader. He closed his eyes and remembered the cats face with a large smile as he talked of attacking the clans and tribes. I can't wait either,Jay thought. -
YAY! (I only wish that I was online when you were...) I'm gonna start rp-ing. :)
Foxpaw stumbled around camp. She'd just woken up to find the other apprentice gone. She frowned when her stomach growled noisly and glanced at the fresh kill pile. NO! You can't eat until you've done something for the clan!she scolded herself.
-
Foxstar smiled. "I was hoping you'd seggust yourself. And, yes. I think it's about time that Nightfang got her own apprentice, and Silvernight was a very good mentor. I think that you should mentor Mosspaw. And Silvernight sould mentor Mistypaw. That would leave Nightfang with the bouncyest one, Shrewpaw." She chuckled alittle as she imagined Nightfang's frustraition with the little fluff-ball.
-
She stumbled into a brush-like area and heard the mewling of new-born kits. Ahh! This isn't it! She hurridly stumbled out and bumped into another cat. "Sorry!" she mewed franticly and hurried along.
-
Fox shurgged at Chaos's question. "But I think that he needs some help." She flicked her tail at the sickly tom.
"What's your name?" she asked kindly to the frail tom. "I'm fox and that's Chaos," she said, flicking her ear at him. -
How many more players do you think that we'll need before we start RP-ing?
-
Jay returned to camp to find many cats eating. He spotted Blood tearing into a rabbit and padded over to him. "I caught this for you," he said, putting down the thrush that he carried. He turned and padded away with the mouse still dangling from his jaws by its tail. He crouched down and began to eat his mouse.
-
Foxpaw laughed alittle as he pulled a mouse from the fresh-kill pile. He prodded her ribs with his paw and replied, "She just wants to make sure you don't get chucky." He moved closer and wispered. "At least your mentor has you do some thing in the morning." He backed off and glanced at his mentor, trying to make sure she didn't hear, the nbegan scarfing down his mouse.

OCC: thanks! just give me the link to it when you have.
and I think that you need to just wait for some time to pass...i'm really not sure though... on one of my other rp's, one of the people can double post in like a five minute time span...
I only wish i knew
It's so nerve raking!!! -
Fox's gaze was wide with shock. Is he mentally ill? "Nice catch," she called cheerfully to Sedge, trying to soulnd like she was familiar with the she-cat. When she got closer to her she asked softly, "Is he alright?"
-
Jay made a mental note as he heard Blood's remark. Like's rabbit, hate's thrush. Get it right, Jay!he scolded himself.
Scarlet made a discusted face whe nshe heard Blood and then saw Jay's face. It's okay to try to please him, but don't beg about it Jay. Blood needs to learn to respect his prey. SHe narrowed his eyes at him and then padded over to Fang to share her thoughts. At least Fang will agree with me, she thought. -
Foxpaw looked at Gingerpaw and smiled when he heard Nightwispers comment. He nodded at the fat rabbit on the freshkill pile. "You know you want it," he teased her. He chuckled at the joke and then sat upright. "And apparently you didn't do that bad if Nightwisper of all people is telling you to get the fattest peice of prey."
