Brokenblade walked over to a moving ride, of moving cups with kits inside. He scowled as he watched them. They were wasting their time. When he had been their age, he had been learning to survive, not sitting around playing two-leg games.[/justify][/fancypost]

Brokenblade walked away from the teacup ride in disgust. He saw no point in staying at the amusement park, but he didn't have anything else to do. Although he was probably being missed back at the Covenant, it was nice to have a break from all of the pressure of being a senior warrior.[/justify][/fancypost]

Brokenblade, his mind made up, planted himself on the ground. The sun felt nice on his dark black fur, and he savored the warmth. The season change was always welcome, and it meant that prey would also be more plentiful. Although he didn't mind the cold as much as some cats that he had seen, his thin fur really didn't help. He tried to relax as he watched cats on the rides, a nice break from the stress of being in the Covenant. The senior warrior was used to all of the pressure, but it was still nice to get a break every once in a while.[/justify][/fancypost]

Cats were all over, laughing and having fun. Although the emotion was obviously familiar to Brokenblade, it wasn't one that he had felt often. Happiness. He was too consumed in his work. Power and justice, the only things that really mattered. He had his own set of values to live up to, and he honestly didn't really care what others thought. As long as he remained loyal to his clanmates, there was no problem.[/justify][/fancypost]

Music hummed lightly in the background, coming from some sort of two-leg settlement. Finally calmed down and relaxed, he allowed himself to take in the details like that. He saw some sort of area, full of what most cats referred to as 'monsters', but he knew were called cars.[/justify][/fancypost]

[changing characters because muse]
Caramelpaw slowly approached the amusement park, wishing her brother was with her. Back when they were kits, they had always gone on such wild adventures. She felt so alone without him. The she-cat shook the thought away, her dark brown eyes scanning the area with excitement.[/justify][/fancypost]

Caramelpaw was practically bouncing with anticipation as she entered the arena of bumper cars. She didn't know what they were, as she had no previous experience with amusement parks or anything of the sort. Carelessly, the brown she-cat climbed in, figuring that they couldn't be too hard to figure out.[/justify][/fancypost]

Caramelpaw saw three main functions- some sort of wheel, and two petals. She pressed her paw down on one, but it did nothing. She frowned, then tried the other one. Almost immediately it began to move, slower than any human car, but it was still a thrill ride for the WindClanner.[/justify][/fancypost]

[fancypost bgcolor=; bordercolor=; borderwidth=0px; width: 500px;][justify]21
Caramelpaw received an unexpected shock as the bumper car rammed hard into the side of the arena. She shook her head, clearing her thoughts as she hopped out of the car.
Maybe I should try something else...[/justify][/fancypost]

The she-cat walked past the ferris wheel, though it didn't interest her enough for her to try it. She walked over to some sort of booth, where a sweet scent came from. Caramelpaw hopped into it, and saw some sort of fluffy pink thing, almost like a cloud. Slowly she licked it, and found that it dissolved as her tongue touched it.[/justify][/fancypost]
-

[fancypost bgcolor=; bordercolor=; borderwidth=0px; width: 500px;][justify]23
Caramelpaw continued to lick away at the food, which two-legs called cotton candy. The dissolving, as well as the fluffiness, was new to her. She had tried ice cream before, but this was very, very different.[/justify][/fancypost]

The light brown she-cat hopped out of the stand and walked around curiously. Past some sort of two-leg house, the ferris wheel once again, among various other things. Caramelpaw's gaze flickered around wildly, trying to take in all of the neat things the amusement park had to offer.[/justify][/fancypost]

Caramelpaw, having so much fun, didn't even think about how she might be missed back at WindClan. She wasn't particularly close to any cats there, but she still wasn't really supposed to be out.
She walked into some sort of settlement, with shiny, reflective walls. She looked around, confused, as she saw herself, looking distorted.[/justify][/fancypost]
-

[fancypost bgcolor=; bordercolor=; borderwidth=0px; width: 500px;][justify]26
Surely I don't really look like this... Caramelpaw thought as she looked into the distorted images of herself on the walls, which were, unknown to her, covered in odd mirrors. She looked down at her paws and saw that she looked fine. Shaking the experience out of her mind, the apprentice left the building.[/justify][/fancypost]

[fancypost bgcolor=; bordercolor=; borderwidth=0px; width: 500px;][justify]27
Still haunted by the hall of mirrors, Caramelpaw didn't dare enter the haunted house. The bumper cars had already proven to be an unwanted thrill ride, and she still didn't feel comfortable trying the ferris wheel. Licking at more cotton candy, she wondered what she should do next.[/justify][/fancypost]

Although she was comforted by the sweet fluffiness of the cotton candy, Caramelpaw still didn't feel right being at the amusement park. Although it had been fun, she knew that WindClan would notice if she was gone too long. She stood up, ready to go.[/justify][/fancypost]
