This was where his father had used to live right? Well, one of his fathers. He had his biological dad and his mother but his mother was biologically a male. It was complicated but not as complicated as it seemed, he was just a very bad person when it came to trying to explain things. But that was not the matter at hand. He was here, in an unfamiliar place about to meet unfamiliar animals. He was not mentally prepared, that was for sure. The child just wanted to go and find his fathers again after getting separated from them. He wanted to go and eat dry cereal and read comics. He did not want to be here but he did not want to be alone either. It was quite the dilemma, that was for sure.

The black labrador stood on the border, chocolate optics bright and wide as he looked around. His fluffy tail wagged gently side to side as he forced himself to feel eager. This was an adventure, a new experience. He could find some cereal later and he could get some comics at another time, he was going on an adventure. Thinking about it like that was quite uplifting and encouraging for him which was a good thing. Having a moody, mopey Hyssop on your paws was never good, that was for sure. He sat down, gaze still sweeping the territory. He caught the scent of water nearby which just caught his attention further. This was all so interesting after he got over his initial b*chiness. "This is a whole new world. A dazzling place I never knew" the child hummed, his tone joking as he thought outloud and twisted his words to fit the disney song that he knew and loved.

"Hyssop Gruchy Praelium, at yooour service. And yes, it is Hyssop as in the herb, parents must have been on herbs when they named me" he said, dragging out the 'o' in your slightly and making the joking comment about natural herbs that got animals high. He was certainly a bright kid. Well, it depended on your definition of bright of course. "The singing? Gasp, you've never heard of 'A Whole New World'? The popular disney song from the popular movie Aladdin? Dear Luci, that's shocking" the child said, his tone again quite joking as he feigned shock and hurt, dramatically making the attempt to shield his face. However, after the little act he straightened up slightly and made the attempt to get a good look at the other demon before he spoke once more.

How could he tell they were a demon? Well it was the same, or at least similar, as to how Phantom could tell what he was. It was a demon thing really. "Oh right, back on track. Call me Hy for short and I'm here to join. This is Sunclan, right? I mean I don't care if it isn't and I'll join anyway but just double checking to make sure" he said, a little smile tilting his lips up as he spoke to the leader. He of course was not aware than Phan was the leader however his lax behaviour was sure to not change no matter their rank. He didn't care about rank. He cared more about if they deserved his respect or not. That was what made it or broke it really.

I was watching the This is Jon eating cereal videos and I couldn't help but make a loosely Jon based kiddo XD

Well then, he certainly hadn't expected this but it was a pleasant surprise. He had been nearby when a strange supernatural entity caught his attention as it caused his skin to prickle in a rather uncomfortable manner. The male had been compelled to approach as his blood felt as if it began boiling. There was something strong nearby although he could not but a pin on what it was. The sensation under his skin was much more than what had occurred when he had first met Phantom therefore he felt a sense of wariness about it all. The black labrador still kept a friendly smile on his face as he trotted over to stand beside the leader, ears perked and he forced the genuine expression to remain. "Oh cool, welcome to Sunclan then Gabriel. I'm Hyssop, it's a pleasure to meet you" the canine hummed as he regarded the golden retriever with careful chocolate orbs.

Hyssop had never met Chaoticpaw and therefore his interest in the whole thing was minimal. However, it was always somewhat upsetting to see someone go as it just meant that Sunclan had lost someone who had been amongst their ranks. They had lost someone who, even though they were not significant to him, were possibly important to Sunclan. That was never nice to think. Someone here perhaps had an emotional connection with the one who had left which meant that they could have lost someone they loved. That must have been how his parents had felt when he had departed. The black labrador flicked his ear in regards to the current situation, not saying anything on the matter as there was nothing to say. He gave the scent the once over, inhaling the scent with every breath before he trotted on. There was nothing to see here. What was done was done.

The strange device was certainly interesting to the child as he trotted over to stand by Castiel. It was weird, the strange throbbing that ignited in his head as he drew near to the angel. He had gotten used to it by now but it was still peculiar to stand beside an angel without having any ill intentions. Being born on earth meant that he was more used to his so called enemies than what he was really meant to be. Life was odd. The black labrador turned his chocolate gaze from the feline beside him to the other male who was brandishing a weird human device whilst laughing. It was unsettling but he did not show any signs of it phasing him. "Nice thingy." was his input about the situation as the question on his lips had already been asked so there was no point in merely repeating what had already been said. That would just be stupid.

The canine trotted over, ears perked as he came to a stop beside his fellow Sunclanner, curiosity bright in his eyes as he regarded the stranger with wide eyes. This was a leader here to converse with Phantom, how interesting. He had briefly forgotten that Phantom was in fact the emperor of Sunclan and at first he had been confused as to why the other leader would want to talk with the other half demon. But of course he remembered before he could open his mouth to say anything stupid to embarrass himself, not like he really cared about embarrassment. 'Louvre? Isn't that a museum or something' he thought to himself however he kept that thought to himself and merely observed with intrigue clear on his face as his gaze flickered to each animal currently present.

I'm working on a thing for it so he finds out and flips and I just described hyssop plants with slight aid from the internet and it looks quite good but I don't know how to feel about it like why can I generate such good work here yet in History when we do work (we're doing medicine through time at the moment so herbs are a focus right now) I can barely write anything good. It doesn't make much sense really cx

Also I do have to agree that any clique problems that were about have been reducing and it's all getting better. The future certainly looks bright! And I think the idea about having temporary deputies to determine who is best for the job is quite a good idea, I think it'll work quite well in helping pyre to decide really.

Hyssop had gotten quite used to Sunclan although he was not exactly familiar with everyone apart from a few but as he got more settled then he was certain that he'd learn about more of his fellow Sunclanners and get to know everyone better. So what better than to participate in the weekly clan rituals. This seemed to be quite an interesting one. Weekly tasks. So every week there were new tasks given out that the receiver had to carry out? It was a cool concept and he was curious to see what it was all like. "Weekly tasks? Don't mind if I do. I'll take one" the black labrador called as he trotted over to stand by Par, shooting the liege a little grin in greeting.

The child padded over, his movements springy as if there were invisible springs coiled on the bottom of his paws. He came to a halt beside Iason, casting his chocolate gaze up to smile at dragon before his attention was focused onto the Bloodclanner. Yet another place that he would have to learn the name of and get used to. There were so many different clans and groups, all unique and special in their own ways. He was surprised that his head had not exploded after having to learn all new scents and names. He could cope though, he had to just get on with it really. "Yeah, thank you ever so much for the kind gesture of gift bringing" the canine hummed, his voice light yet it was hard to tell whether his tone was genuinely friendly and warm or if it was in fact quite sarcastic. You could never tell with the joking child, that was for sure. He peered rather expectantly at the other male as Iason asked the question he had been thinking in regards to the news that this Bloodclanner came bearing.

Yes, like I will sit there for a good thirty minutes (Sometimes even longer) just to research or find interesting words. After the whole demon of plants thing I might make Hyssop aspire to become part of the medical profession although I don't know everything about herbs and healing methods and such so I'd have to find some more guides and look into it but that would be fine. I don't mind research.

And Pyre, I really want to plot with Phan and Hy but I don't know what to do XD

Why did he care? Castiel was an angel a who had two archangels about to help him. He didn't need Hyssop making him worse. But the pup still wanted to help, he felt compelled to do so. Perhaps the big guy upstairs had a hand in this? He wouldn't put it past him. "Castiel?" the canine muttered ears perked slightly as he slipped over and gently attempted to shake the male. His chocolate gaze trolled over to the wisps of thin smoke that was spiralling from the male, the pungent scent in the air causing him to almost feel light headed and dizzy although he kept himself together. They needed a medic, someone with actual medical skill unlike himself and his mediocre knowledge. He only knew what herbs and plants killed, not what ones healed. He was certainly no use. "Ah, we need a medic over here or someone who knows how to heal please" the child called out, using soundwave manipulation to project his voice around the territory in the hopes that it would be heard by someone of use.

God, he could have done a better job and he did not like murdering all that much. He was more of a light, jokey demon, not a death to all mortals one. Even still, he was certain that he could have executed a well structured, thought out murder. One that was much cleaner and more hidden. It was as if the murderer had rolled about everywhere to spread their scent on purpose. It was strange. Odd behaviour. Why would they act like that? He was sure that even an inexperienced creature would be more mindful of how much their scent spread. He felt suspicion arise in his mind, chocolate orbs inspecting the scene closely. His gaze fell onto the juice box, ears perking slightly as he trotted over to it. It seemed to be hidden somewhat in the grass as if someone had made a lame attempt to hide it and that merely fueled his thoughts. "There's a juice box over here. Do you guys reckon it's significant or linked to this?" the black labrador commented, lowering his head to sniff at it only to be greeted with the same DarkClan stench that filled the area they were currently in. He cast his gaze over to Omorose as he mentioned going to ask about the death, nodding in agreement with Darkknight's words about not going alone. He was sure that he would not be allowed to accompany them however he still agreed that it would be safer with at least one other Sunclanner along for the questioning.

Alright, that nice kitsune lady (who was in fact younger than him but he couldn't deny that she was somewhat frightening) had given him a pretty easy task. He could do this blindfolded with cement. Okay, maybe that was a bit far but in his eyes the thing he had to do was quite a simple and easy one. It sounded so simplistic, all he had to do was build a starfish out of sand. That would be a breeze. It was just like making sandcastles although he had never made one in his entire life it sounded easy enough so why would this be harder? Starfishes must be easier to construct than a whole castle of sand. Right? He was sure of it.

Oh how wrong Hyssop was.

The black labrador stood, his dark furred paws slightly buried in the sand of the beach as he gaze out at the ocean. He had no idea how big of a challenge he was about to face. And seeing that it was Hyssop, there were definitely going to be complications involved no matter how easy the task was meant to really be. The difficulty did not matter. As long as Hy was the one carrying it out then it would be much more complicated that it was initially meant to be. He was just a complex, difficult child. There was nothing more to it really.

The canine shook the dry sand from his paws as he trotted through the golden sands around him to reach the sands further up the beach where it had received the wet caress of the ocean. Dry sand would be no use to him, he needed the stuff that would allow him to actually sculpt his fine masterpiece. The dampened sand clung to his fur, creating a strange effect of lighter sandy yellow markings on his dark coloured fur. He sat down, getting to work to start and try to create his sculpture.

He piled up some of the sand, attempting and quite simply failing to construct one of the legs of the starfish. In his eyes, up close it was looking quite good. He caught a snort of laughter from nearby and glanced up to see a passing npc watching his attempts. They were laughing. They were laughing at his masterpiece! How rude. "May Lucifer destroy your pitiful soul" he muttered under his breath as he watched them move on, their pace quickening as they caught his narrowed chocolate gaze. He let out a grunt, shuffling back to peer at the messy pile of sand he had built. Oh boy, this was going to be fun.

Hyssop padded over, ears perked. He let out a chuckle as the topic of mental health was brought up. Not because of the topic itself but because of a thought that had crossed his mind. He was a demon. And years and years ago it had been thought that mental health issues were caused by someone being possessed by a demon which was rather funny to him seeing he had no issues at all which completely disproved that theory. It was weird to see how times had changed though. How opinions had altered for the better. It was nice. The black labrador sat himself down, dipping his head in a silent greeting as he patiently waited for the little presentation or whatever they wanted to call it to begin. This was certainly interesting to the child. He'd like to be able to spot symptoms and such for future reference although medicine was definitely not a hobby of his. In fact, he wasn't really sure why this and medicine really intrigued him. It was peculiar.
