@odette-senpai : so for lucy's ability, i believe this is where her being a baskerville would come into play. it's said that her ability in bsd allows her to trap people in a dimension of her own making. her power would essentially work the way cheshire's does on ff; that is to say, she drags people's spirits into another dimension (i believe this is possible, since there are plenty of chars who go 'dimension-hopping', both now and in the past). her dimension could be linked to the abyss, which would explain the dollhouse appearance, and anne could be a chain that exists only within lucy's dimension (so,,, a special sort of chain that lucy entered into a contract with? her being a baskerville would allow her to enter into a contract with a chain without having to fear any repercussions, such as eventually being dragged down into the depths of the abyss lmao). also, while their spirits are trapped in her dimension, her victims' bodies could be left in a comatose state, and if they got caught by anne and locked in that other room behind that 'door' in her dimension, then they would remain in a coma for as long as they're trapped, i guess? as for the victims that escapes / she allows to leave, you could give lucy or anne memory manipulation so that as soon as they 'exit through the door to the outside world' / awaken from their coma, they wouldn't remember anything about their encounter with lucy or anne. as for the powers that might be required for this to work... i was thinking maybe memory manipulation for taking away her victims' memories of their experience, multiple possessions so she could slide her souls out of her body and into that other dimension / force other people's souls out of their bodies so they could be drawn into her dimension, and the sight.... this is pretty much how i managed to make everything with cheshire's plot work back in 2014,,, when he kidnapped some of the hps and pulled them into his dimension lmao. uhh, if anything seems confusing or if you spot any problems, then let me know !!

: yep !! mitchell basically has a weathering ability / the ability that allows her to break things down with the wind. we could have this changed to just wind / air manipulation, but i think it'd be a good idea to get her molecular manipulation, since that would allow her to create a barrier that would partially absorb the impacts of attacks (i'm pretty sure her ability is what allowed her to survive after akutagawa went ballistic during their fight). as for the powers being expensive, i could buy them for you if you like !! a gift from me to you~
@thyme : steinbeck's ability would probably have to be modified a tiny bit, since as of now, i don't think there's any ability that would allow him to manipulate plants smh. anyway,,, maybe he could have a chain that sort of just... lives beneath the earth? and then this chain could allow him to 'see' through plants that are far away? some characters have possessed plants when spying on other clans, so maybe his chain could split itself and possess several different plants at once or...something? he could have a character bond with said chain, which would allow him to see through its eyes, and the chain itself could have super senses. i don't think it'd need any other powers, since it'd just be a corporeal entity. and then when he'd using his ability / communicating with his chain, grape vines could just start growing out of the ground from his paws,,, as like a side effect? rip,, his ability's definitely going to be a bit of a stretch, but we'll find a way to make it work, somehow. cx also, i think you bought him earth manipulation a while back, right? it could allow him to manipulate the ground in which plants are growing (and he could do it from far away if he does so while utilizing his chain's super senses ability), and so a limitation would be that he can't manipulate the sand in a desert because... deserts are essentially barren... i'm not counting the cacti lmao. and... one more thing: it's said that steinbeck in bsd would carry both a knife and a potato with him everywhere he goes because they're necessary to activate his ability. so, he'd have to take a bite out of that potato, and spill his own blood onto the ground (to wake up his chain? since some chains are really fond of blood) to activate his ability. again, if you have any questions, let me know... steinbeck's ability is probably going to be confusing to some extent, regardless of how much we simplify it pfft.
@ita : it's all right, you're not late !! and you couldn't get to a computer last night, so that's not your fault at all !! ah, and while i'm explaining abilities, i suppose i may as well explain how i propose twain's ability might work, as well !! his ability in bsd is literally just two doll-like creatures floating around him telling him how to shoot-- he referred to it as 'the ultimate sniper ability'. huck and tom could also just be chains (idk if you've read pandora hearts or not, but if you aren't sure what a chain is, then just think of them as demon-like spirits,, but not all of them are necessarily demonic by nature)-- whether you want them to be spirits or small birds can be up to you; and this is just my opinion, but huck could be a cute hummingbird with a small floppy hat (with the teleportation ability), and tom could be a sparrow (with the super speed ability). and then huck and tom could 'share' a super senses ability through a character bond (the way this would work would be that only one of them can use this power at any given time, and they can transfer the power back and forth between the two of them through their character bond). twain could use a bow and arrow or throwing knives (because they can't have guns, obviously), and huck or tom could advise him on how and where to shoot, while the other (who isn't staying behind with twain) keeps him updated on where his projectiles are going and his target's status... if that makes any sense. you'd probably have to get twain super strength to increase his range too, and like i said to the others, if you have any questions, then i'll be happy to try and provide answers !! and if any of you guys need help paying for powers and such, then let me know !!
