APPEARANCE it is undeniable when one looks at phoebe that she possesses a lot of natural beauty. slightly on the short side, she stands at 5"5 and has naturally dark skin covering her body. her short height gives way to an athletic figure, muscle showing in her legs and core more so than her upper body. phoebe isn't particularly busty and so she would be described as very slim and agile. she's skinny without being a waif of a girl, giving her a body with sharp and very well honed reflexes. but what more would you expect from a vampire?

phoebe has medium-long hair which is still it's natural colour, untouched throughout the years. her hair is a dark brown colour, not quite dark enough to be mistaken for black. naturally curly, phoebe is often seen to have her hair falling down over her shoulders to sit just above her breasts in its natural state. slightly on the thicker side, her waves of chocolate locks are very rarely seen tied back and when they are it's usually in a braid or a ponytail. buns are simply not this girl's style.

as one would expect from a girl of dark skin and hair, phoebe allansford has dark eyes, too. large and almond shaped, her eyes are a dark enough brown that they come close to seeming black. much closer to black than her hair is, anyhow. her eyes are rimmed by long black lashes, often touched up with a bit of mascara, and are set into an oval shaped face.
- clothing style: phoebe has a 'dramatic' and 'edgy' fashion sense. she prefers blacks, often with sole pops of colour. generally this means leather jackets, lace up/combat boots, jeans or a skirt. generally it's her shirt or jewelry which provides the colour in her outfit. moving in heels is something she's mastered and the vampire is rarely seen without them. needless to say her clothing style shouts of confidence and independence.

PERSONALITY one of the first things people tend to notice about phoebe is that she's fiery. she has a short temper and is known for blowing her lid pretty quickly. in this sense she's a very heart over head person and she feels things strongly and intensely, often letting her emotions cloud her judgement. not only is she fiery but she's stubborn too and when she sets her mind to something it is rare that she shall be talked or coerced out of it. yet despite her short fuse, she is known to cool down just as quickly and she struggles to hold a grudge against others. the exception to this would be the grudge she holds against the witches and the werewolves for what they did to her.

although she's fierce and fiery, phoebe, who is often called 'bibi' by those close to her, is also friendly. an extreme social butterfly, she could talk your ear off with ease if you didn't tell her to shut up. making friends is something she does with ease and she's the sort of person to have a wide circle of friends and acquaintances. despite her friendliness, she's not a very open person. she's not the type to voice her feelings and is somewhat of a closed book. the idea of being vulnerable terrifies her and in turn she finds it hard to let herself fall in love freely and without conviction. opening up to others is something she doesn't do very well and although she may have many friends, it is unlikely that more than a handful of them are close to her.

another thing to know about phoebe is that she is energetic. she's restless and is often the last to tire. adventurous and curious, people often tell her that "curiosity killed the cat". nevertheless, bibi is always quick to inform them that "satisfaction brought it back". she's independent and free spirited - she doesn't like being tied down and many people say that she has trouble committing to people or activities. it's also important to note that she's sarcastic and stubborn, the sort of person who doesn't give up anything without a fight. she's also fiercely protective and loyal to those close to her.
