"I'm from Camp Half Blood in Long Island. You may or may not have heard of it. But monsters are running amuck and attempting to break into our safe haven. We need someone or something to tame them per se." The boy's face turned weary thinking about Camp and the problems they faced.

"We're outnumbered," he exclaimed, "All of our forces are focused protecting the camp! We could easily be attacked by another opposing force and not be able to defend ourselves. The boy was seething slightly; his camp had been his home for years and he was not about to see it fall.
-
"We had help from the Gods when we were fighting the Titans. Now, we're on our own." Maverick rubbed his wrist and got to his feet, stretching.
-
This girl was really starting to get on his nerves and his tone was evidence of this. [b]"Of course we're not going to just give up the camp without a fight! We'll fight like there's no tomorrow which is a real possibility. We need help!"
-
"I need my knives though. Hades couldn't take my bow and arrow, but I still want my blades back," he said, his eyes narrowed.
-
Maverick rolled his eyes and leapt onto Dexi's scaly back, obviously unhappy about the situation. "Why were you imprisoned anyways? Did your dad get tired of your attitude? Do you turn into an ogre by nightfall and need true love's kiss to free you," he asked somewhat sarcastically.
-
Upon arriving at their destination Maverick gracefully flipped off of Dexi and grabbed his knives. He slid them into their sheathe and grinned before jumping back onto the Dinosaur's back.
-
Maverick held on tightly, his face paled slightly.
-
"Have you seen the Godzilla movies? Dinosaurs are right to be feared," he said, casually sharpening his knives.
-
"You're so not educated in the way of the world," he said sighing.
-
The boy didn't answer but grinned to himself.
-
"Don't take offense, I glare at anyone who interrupts my meal, especially pain–in–the–ass Slytherins," he said, throwing an angry glance at Jonathan. Maverick asked, [b]"Anyways, are you excited to be at Hogwarts?"
-
Maverick nodded, determined and focused on his task ahead.
-
Maverick smiled at the younger boy and took another bite of food. He then asked, "Do you like Quidditch?"
-
Maverick acknowledged him but said nothing, a glare on his face. It wasn't that he was mad, but whenever he had a task ahead of him, that was his default facial expression.

John was a short and stout muscular boy with chiseled and defined features. He was very handsome for a slave, probably too handsome for his own good. The boy has a mop of curly, shoulder length blonde hair and a light scruff of a beard. He has multiple scars from his time as a slave, for John is extremely hotheaded and arrogant.
—
When Thorn had walked past and farted on the slaves, John got pissed. He stood up and when the Tribal native was near his cage, the boy spat directly onto him before sitting back down unconcernedly. John knew this would probably earn him one hell of a beating, but none the less he didn't care -
"Nothing at all, I'm just sitting here minding my own business," he answered innocently with a not so innocent grin. John casually stretched out onto his back and twiddled his thumbs, practically ignoring Thorn.
-
The slave stood up cautiously, thinking over his plan. In a matter of seconds, John suddenly landed a painful knee to Thorn's groin and took of sprinting towards the wooded area. He never looked back, hoping to lose his captor in the forested area.
-
By the time Thorn caught up to him, John was gassed. The last thing he remembered was being slammed roughly to the ground and everything went hazy and black. He must have hit his head on something when Thorn tackled him. John went limp and blacked out for the time being.
-
John didn't respond at first as he was racking his brain, replaying the recent events in his head. He remembered everything up to his foolhardy escape and then the painful fall, and that was all his mind gave him. "It would've been more polite to just let me escape into the woods you know. This is all rather unnecessary isn't it," he asked, searching the room for any possible escape routes.
