[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; line-height: 12px; text-align: justify; font-size: 10.5px;]Aru lifted his gaze towards the first person who arrived, someone who he had met only recently at the border. Usually, he would not forget names but this one managed to slip past him. It was to be expected. After all, he was hard at work training in exorcism and tracking his tormentor. The albino kitsune fluttered his ears and dipped his head, mostly out of habit since that was what he often did to exhibit politeness. "It's nice to meet you Horizon. I'm Aru Akise." The introduction was simple and sweet, no other common pleasantries added just to be nice. He offered the slightest smile in Horizon's direction when he asked what sage was. "This is sage," he gestured towards the plant with a dainty paw, "Not only does it smell good, it cleanses your home. It basically frees you of whatever "bad energy" resides in your home. Keeps the evil spirits and demonic creatures at bay." He explained.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; line-height: 12px; text-align: justify; font-size: 10.5px;]Aru wasn't entirely well-versed in the knowledge of the supernatural and would love to learn more about them (and had gained quite the experience staying in PhantomClan's haunted asylum) but he couldn't find anyone who knew the more... complicated stuff. There had been one PhantomClanner that had offered to train him but nothing much has happened since then, unfortunately enough. Anyway, Aru shifted his attention from Horizon to Duskmire when he approached and settled next to the other BloodClanner who had approached first. Duskmire. Aru had once tried to go with a more traditional name but it hasn't worked out very well for him. "Yeah, likewise Duskmire." He said, dipping his head towards the male before going on to answer his question which he regarded with a more genuine smile. "Yes. In my career of choice, I'm forced to deal with a lot of evil spirits, demons, and whatnot. I'm an exorcist." In training, he added subconsciously with a single lash of his twin tails. "Well, when I find where I'm going to be staying I'll use the sage to cleanse my home of choice. There's not much more you can do with sage other than for cleansing and for medical purposes, I believe. You usually burn sage, it's the most effective and ancient way of purifying an area... or person."

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; line-height: 12px; text-align: justify; font-size: 10.5px;]Aru had not been around BloodClan long enough to answer the questions Lucy wanted answered but he would most definitely stick around for the answers should they be provided and it seemed Evangeline had gotten most of it down already. Wordlessly, the albino kitsune clicked his pen and began scribbling down notes in Japanese kanji (since he was use to writing as such) in his notepad. Soon he glanced up, rosy red luminaries flickering over towards Lucy. "I haven't been here long enough, I'm just as clueless as you are, miss ..." He decided to state, tails lashing behind him.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; line-height: 12px; text-align: justify; font-size: 10.5px;]"Yes, we do all of that." He confirmed with a single nod of his head to answer Duskmire's question. It was quite obvious to Aru by now that Dusk was rather interested in what he did for a living. It was always nice to see someone would be curious as to how someone can cure possessions and send demons back to where they belonged, and even more so that no one was giving him shit about it. After all, not everyone believed ghosts and demons existed. However, as Duskmire shared what Aru would have otherwise presumed to be a rather large secret, the kitsune leaned forward with curiosity sparking within his rosy gaze. Vampirism? He personally never had to deal with vampires before but he has had a fair share of encounters with ghouls. They were similar in many ways, actually. His elongated ears swiveled forward, and Dusk had his undivided attention and he gave a soft hum when the question was asked. Curing vampirism? "I don't believe curing that sort of infliction would be a part of my skill set. Gomen'nasai." He had said finally, dipping his head towards the red tabby.

And then Horizon piped up again and he turned his gaze back onto the other once he questioned if it was hard, and had been about to answer when Saltpaw spoke before him, introducing himself as well and ultimately answering the question that had been directed towards him. "Being an exorcist is not the easiest job in the world." He quickly said, his tails giving another lash as he fixed his gaze on Saltpaw. "Salt does not make an exorcist's job 100% more easier. It takes a lot more than that." He turned back towards Horizon. "You need to be trained well in mind and in body, being an exorcist can be immensely stressful especially when you don't take it seriously enough. Otherwise, the first exorcism you do may end up killing the one you're trying to free of possession."

Aru then realized he may have gotten slightly agitated with Saltpaw's response to the question from earlier and rolled his shoulders back before glancing towards their ambassador. "Anyway ... it's nice that another exorcist is here. Perhaps we could train together on a later date." He would say, briskly dipping his head towards the male before shifting his gaze to- oh god. Aru supposed he was lucky he was good at hiding his irritation. The male, however raised an fictive eyebrow to the rather odd questions Lunae was asking. "I've ... never tried that before. I suppose whenever I find a demon, I'll try just that Lunae." He said. Exorcising a demon with salty holy water? Who would have guessed that might actually be a thing? "Yes, yes, I remember you Lunae. I don't forget names all that easily." And she adopted a fourth surname? Why would Lunae think he could name what family she could have joined out of the countless others that he was sure that were out there? Oh, well, Aru did like guessing games even if they held no logic. "Vennum? Wulfgang? Soler? Nani?" Aru twitched his ears as the bubbly girl jumped all around him, gaze narrowing just slightly. After his answer, he shifted his gaze towards Adelaide. "Addy... I'll remember that. It's nice to meet you as well, Addy."

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; line-height: 12px; text-align: justify; font-size: 10.5px;]Prom? Oh shit.

Aru didn't think he would get chosen for Prom King (or Queen if they dare) nevertheless have someone go on a date with him but he'd probably be there anyway just to observe. It sounded like a nice idea, however. "Sounds jazzy." The kitsune said, not entirely sure what he even just said. Jazzy? What the hell?

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: georgia;]Jinya, formerly Aru, is currently residing in: The Garden and SunClan under a dual alliance between the two clans. Jinya Xerses was the ex-battlemaster and ex-senator of ThunderClan, so he's held two past high positions. He's a self-proclaimed detective and exorcist and holds these two titles with great pride and confidence. He harbors a hatred for demons from personal experiences. Updated information about Jinya is in the spoiler below and you can also check out his (unfinished) biography!

    ASK ABOUT:
ONE best friend, friends in general, romance of any kind (must stem from IC interaction), being captured, being tortured, intentionally harming your character (he will do this but would be extremely reluctant and it must be under specific circumstances; being requested by another character, etc.)

    CLOSED TO:
    Death and litters

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; line-height: 12px; text-align: justify; font-size: 10.5px;]'Maybe there are some warriors who are too lazy to catch their food with their teeth and claws?'

Aru suggested, and it was hard to tell whether or not he was joking around with what he had said. Nevertheless, what he had uttered announced his arrival as he made his way forward, tails waving in the air and rosy luminaries fixed onto the mousetrap that had been fastened onto Duskmire's paw just a few moments ago. That must have hurt, but Aru's seen considerably worse than having a mousetrap stuck on someone's paw. He remembered seeing someone's arm being ripped apart by the steel jaws of the bear traps and that wasn't a very pretty show.

'Though... it is quite interesting that someone would leave these out here. Someone could get hurt, unless that was their intention all along.' There was a certain amount of truth ringing to his words, as well as something more... unsettling that rested in his tone which was usually light and casual. A hum left the kitsune and his tongue flickered across his thin pink lips before he tossed a pebble at a bear trap and watched it as it sprung up. Then he turned his attention onto his acquaintance, Duskmire, with an raised fictive eyebrow. 'Are you alright, Dusk?' He questioned.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; line-height: 12px; text-align: justify; font-size: 10.5px;]Aru was just slightly late. The kitsune made his way over and settled himself beside no one in particular, ears swiveling forward and rosy red gaze fixed upon Evangeline. Ah, promotions seemed to be the first thing that had happened. He mentally congratulated those promoted and gave a nod of his head in their directions, tails lashing behind him idly. Aru stayed tuned for further announcements, quietly writing down the information given in his notepad.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; line-height: 12px; text-align: justify; font-size: 10.5px;]Aru had participated in raiding the Exiles some time ago and he had enjoyed the opponent he had gotten. Maybe this time around he could battle someone just as interesting, hopefully. "Noted." He hummed.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; line-height: 12px; text-align: justify; font-size: 10.5px;]"BloodClan, I'm leaving. I may return, as you all have been very amiable in letting a former enemy stay with you all. If you all need an exorcist or a detective, ring for Jinya as that is my new name. Jaa ne."

The recording was placed on the border, where the scent of sweets lingered. Aru had left BloodClan, but it was likely he may pay a visit or two in the near future. As to where he was heading? The young kitsune didn't know. He supposed he'll join the next clan that he stumbles across.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: georgia;]He hadn't been wandering around for long. It actually felt like he had just been walking around for an hour or so after leaving BloodClan. His stay in the clan honestly hadn't lasted long, and the only reason he had stayed was because of this odd tugging at his soul (or, rather, what was left of it). He went wherever the tugging desired, and that was how the black kitsune ended up here. Since his stay in BloodClan, he had undergone a few, minor changes such as his fur color changing from white to black and growing a third tail after acquiring a certain piece of knowledge. Other than that, nothing else about his appearance changed. He might as well say he was the same person and be done with it.

Jinya had been standing at the border for only a few minutes, his individual tails lashing about behind his slim frame and had quickly became impatient with waiting around. "Oi, the name's Jinya Xerses... here to join you guys or whatever. Don't count on me staying around here for too long, yeah?"

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: georgia;]yoooo
a human au and an regular thread w/ this angry boy?
they can be like... friends but flo can be that one friend who drags jinya into a bunch a shit that he pretends he doesn't like to do but actually does lowkey. it'll be great, 10/10

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: georgia;]He tipped his head downwards towards the dark grey kitsune that approached him and shifted his weight on his paws, focusing his gaze of liquid gold upon the child that had approached and welcomed him. He huffed. Dizzykit already didn't seem to like him in his presence and Jinya was perfectly fine with that. "Yeah... thanks, Dizzykit." He wouldn't waste his breath doing pleasantries because obviously he'd be lying if he said "it's nice to meet you" or something like that. He hated being nice when it wasn't required. "Where's the rest of the welcoming committee?" He questioned indifferently, shifting his gaze about the wooded area. He actually couldn't care less about being welcomed. He didn't like being swarmed by unfamiliar faces... it made him extremely uneasy.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: georgia;]'Ey Kins!
Maybe a thread with Jinya? Harshpaw is like his polar opposite, so a thread between them may be interesting. If Harsh insists they be friends, Jinya's probably going to reluctantly accept being friends with him because he'd most likely feel like he'll get into trouble if he's not around and he'll openly deny them being friends if Harshpaw says that they are because Jinya thinks it'll ruin his reputation lmao

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: georgia;]Aaah, I forgot to reply to this thread but if you're still interested in having Lacelock pursue a friendship with angry smol bab, we can still do it!! I developed him a tiny bit, so he's a lot more colder than he was before so it may be a bit more harder to get into a comfortable friendship with him...

    Lowkey disguised as a bump

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; color: silver; font-family: georgia;]I can most certainly make the thread! And, if you'd like, I can place it in BHR board?
Oh my goodness yes, Jin would just get super frustrated but wouldn't find it in himself to yell at him because damn, Harsh is a cutie patootie.
