Lunarskys looked around at the warriors den. Her ginger fur sparkled and her blue eyes glowed.

Lunarskys saw the apprentice and stepped over to her. She meowed" It looks like you need a mentor. I can be your mentor if you want."

Sitting down, bloodpaw could feel her fur prickle with warmth. She had never been so happy!

She looked at him and mewed"Hi...I am Lunarskys. What is your name?"

Bloopaw smiled back. She flicked her remaining ear at the other nests." I was put on moss duty" She grunted.

Lunarskys padded out through the camp entrance and called back"Squirrelpaw? Are you ready for your first training session?"

Bloodpaw closed her eyes as the memory of racconstripe flashed in her eyes. She remembered his death.Its all my fault!She thought. The vivid image of him falling off the cliff flashed. He had grabbed her and pulled her up just before the ground under him crumbled and he fell. She would have jumped after him if the thought of lossing her other ear haden't paralised her.

She shook her head." I have been a warrior for a long time. But everyone ignores me.."

"Lets leave for your first training session. Lets see...How about we start with exploring the territory!"Lunarskys anouncced. She headed for the camp entrance, flicking her tail for squirrelpaw to follow.

Lunarskys nodded and sat down. She tucked her tail over her paws.

Lunarskys tiredly presses her nose to the moonstone. She closed her eyes and was suprised to open them to a sunny meadow. The breeze rustled her fur and she could just make out the sound of pawsteps. She looked in wonder at the area and thought Is this what medicine cats see every half moon???Its amazing! She suddenly remembered why she was here. She needed starclans advice! She called out" Hello? Is anyone there?"

"Your right!" Lunarskys looked up at the glowing sky and wondered if her ansestors were watching over her.

Lunarskys nodded and mewed" There was a dog attack the day I was supposed to go to moonstone and they forgot to take me. I have always wanted to visit them..."

Lunarskys felt her eyes widen at the sight of the starclan cat. She had never seen a cat with stars in her fur! She blurted out, imedietly trusting this cat" I don't know what to do anymore!" She knew the cat could tell what she was talking about. Starclan cats always saw the clans and watched over them.((She has a secret mate in riverclan, even though she is darkclan. A cat who had a crush on her found out and hated her, and the riverclan cat, ravenheart, left her for a different mate. She was scared because she had betrayed watertail, the cat who had a crush on her, her clan, and all her friends, for the cat she loved. But then he betrayed her))

She looked at him and whispered" Promise not to tell anyone?" She ppaused before continuing" I am planing to leave for moonstone at moonhigh!" She had to act like she wasn't scared of what would happen. She had to do this alone.

" I finished just know...Did I ever telll you about Raccoonstripe? My old mentor? He died a few days ago...He grabbed me when I fell off the cliff, but then dirt crumbled under him and he fell. I could have saved him, but I was to scared to...I didn't want to lose another ear or the sight of my other eye.."She murmured, her voice sadening as she spoke"He always would help me when I did the nests.."

As he padded off, she waved to him and called" I am going hunting!" just incase some cat saw her. She headed for the entrance and raced out of camp, waving her tail as she left.

Bloodpaw shook herself and tryed to smile"Thanks!" She mewed in a forced happy voice.

Lunarskys ran up to Moonwing crying"What do you mean? Will I ever see you again?"

Lunarskys backed away and tryed to look strong. She nodded"Thank you.."She mewed as she noticed her own paws had become see-through.
