[ DARK ENOUGH ]

★ It was raining. Puddlekit should have been used to the ever changing weather which was characteristic of late leaf-bare and early new-leaf. But somehow, the oriental still found the weather further dampening her spirits as the once soothing pitter-patter of rainfall only lulled her deeper into her state of sadness. She sat at the entrance of the nursery, watching the other kits splash around and play in the sprinkling drizzle outside. Casting her olive green gaze downwards, the torte child folded her large ears back letting her thoughts consume her once more and letting out a heavy sigh. Yet another dull day in a dull and pointless world.

[ DARK ENOUGH ]

★ Puddlekit however, would offer no such condolences or comforting words. An ever present ball of sadness and despair in the nursery, she spent most of her time crying, mourning, or worrying over things. It would have been pointless and hypocritical of her to even try and convince the tom otherwise. Sighing, the oriental would pad over a few steps, but remained silent, her large ears folded back as she simply lurked nearby, unsure of how to even process such a situation.

★ As someone who's own parents had disappeared, she felt furious at ratkits words. Standing up tall and storming closer, she would hiss at ratkit. "He's not dead, ratkits just a liar." Sure, it was mean to say, but so was making spiderkit think snakestar was dead. Besides, she didn't need to be liked by ratkit, or anyone else. But telling someone their parent was dead when they didn't know for sure? to puddles, that was just wrong.

[ DARK ENOUGH ]

★ Padding to stand just outside the nursery entrance, puddlekits eyes would widen as she heard the news. Taken?but by who? However, rather than joining in and shouting out questions like the rest of her clan mates, she stood there in silent shock, olive gaze wide as she tried to process the chaos happening before her.

[ DARK ENOUGH ]

★ Puddlekit knew it was not her place to speak here, so she yet again found herself lurking within the edges of the nursery, her olive-green gaze blank. What did it matter to her who was leader, who was deputy, who was alive or not? All the commotion and bicker happening in front of her seemed useless and unnecessary. If her clan mates didn't learn to trust each other, they'd all just wither away in bouts of anger and hatred. So with a sigh filled with bitter distaste, the she-cat would turn her back on the group, padding back into the depths of the nursery, ready for her nap.

[ DARK ENOUGH ]

★ Jumping away and hissing in surprise, the tortoiseshell kitten would let her fluffy tail fluff up, olive green gaze wide. "What is wrong with you! You got me all wet!" yeah, ratkit wasn't really her favorite person lately. He always seemed to be doing something that annoyed her, weather it was talking about death in a casual way or splashing her with dirty water. He just made her so angry! in fact, this time she was so angry that she ended up crying. Hissing at the tom, she would aim to impulsively shove him into a large puddle with her fore-paws. Why was she always so aggressive? Even she wasn't quite sure. Feeling bad but not wanting to admit it, whether her attack worked or not she would let out an angry huff and sit back down, licking the mud and water splatters off of her soft fur. what a jerk.

[ DARK ENOUGH ]

★ While puddles didn't usually bother with being outgoing or even bothering with acting like part of the clan, she was bored out of her mind in the nursery. So rather than waste her time doing nothing, the molly decided to waste her time doing some task that was assigned to her. Padding over, the oriental kitten would speak up in a weak, rather dull voice. "Can i have a task?"

[ DARK ENOUGH ]

★ Fur fluffed up as she was bumped, she would aim to do the cat equivalent of a booty-bump, side sidestepping ramming her haunches into Ratkit in thee hopes of making him trip over his paws as he scrambled over. Sure, she hated his rudeness, but he was beginning to grow on her. Besides, she wasn't usually one to back down from a challenge.
