Talon was out in the forest picking herbs when she heard yowls being closer to the coyotes than she realized she dropped the herbs i may be a medic but i can still fightshe thought, she reached the coyotes right as Night went limp, a glint of anger flashed in her eyes as she lunged at the coyote rakeing her claws across its pelt but the coyote just held tighter to Night, Talon jolted right, the coyote followed but not quick enough, Talon swerved to the right and lunged at the coyotes neck, killing it, as the coyote fell to the ground, she looked in to its eyes, but no sorrow came to her eyes only anger it stared back at her with hatred,it drew a long shuddering breath then died

Smokekit stepped back and fourth impatiently lightly he padded over to the new warriors who were siting silently at the entrance he side stepped on to a boulder and looked out at the moon turning around his smokey fur glinted in the light he crouched preparing to leap

Talon picked up her ears at Saki's call she picked up the pup and ran towards camp it was anger and hate that drove her on tearing through bracken and dodging trees she sprinted in to the camp she put the pup down in her den "do not die"she whispered in the pups tiny ear,running back to the coyotes she thought: why, why have you stolen are pups and attacked

Talon emerged from the bracken "the pups are fine" she said padding forward to comfort her she smiled but inside doubt burned like a pit of fire Starpack what are you trying to tell us first the sickness now this she looked at the Alpha "i wish to go to the reflecting pool" she said " i need to talk with Starpack... something is not right here" she glanced at Crowe i will need your help to tend to the injured, Eclipse could you go with me to the Pool?...if its ok with you, Shadow."

Smokekit looked at jadestare with his good eye, a wicked smile crept across his lips, out of all the cats in the clan Jadestare was one of his favorites,he padded over and nudged Jadestare and pointed to Nightspirit and Iceheart with his noses "i always like to stick my nose in things but i like to clear out when it comes to this"
