Anger.

The constant pulse of heat that vibrated her form had never ceased ever since they left her. The disgusting gurgling breath of someone who had liquid trapped in their throat, the heart-wrenching wails of loss, the thunderous growling of the enemy - it all repeated over and over like a broken record. Most of all the overpowering aroma of blood had clogged her nostrils. It didn't necessarily help the fact that she was almost covered within the fluid. It had dried by now and became sticky, a hassle for her since she would have to clean it from her red pelt. "I-I said give me m-more — more time!" The feminine shrieking voice resonated in her mind, though sounding as if it was crystal clear and right in front of her. Stumbling to a halt, she fidgeted once and then twice before resuming her staggering walk toward a grouping scent. The fuck was this place? The wide open fields made her feel vulnerable and easy for an attack which made her guard fly up. She could feel that there was no cover for her to hide in if a predator approached her.

I wish for the sweet release of death. A morbid thought came to mind and she puffed out a sigh, rolling her hazel optics. Hornet continued on until the smell of urine became stronger and she stopped again, realizing she was arriving on someone's claimed territory. "Hey, whoever the fuck's territory this is I'm moving in so, don't attack. Cool? Cool." she hollered out, taking a step forward while scrunching up her nose at the overwhelming aroma of pneumonia.

The deep, rumbling voice had startled her and she jumped backward, her lips pulling backward while releasing a feral hiss. Her back arched a little while the hairs along her spine bristled. She hadn't sensed the brute coming, her mind must have wandered which was definitely foolish of her. Her sightless eyes flickered briefly before landing directly on the beast's face as if she didn't have the degrading ailment. "M'name's Hornet." she mumbled, her fur beginning to lie flat now that she assumed he would pose no threat to her. Of course her gaze did not waver from his even if he pointed in the river's direction. She could hear it so there was no need to 'look' for it. "Wraithstatic? What the hell kind of name is that?" she asked bitterly, scoffing afterwards.

A bored expression formed on the female's face as she heard another voice, focusing her eyes in the direction of where she heard the girl. "None of your damn business, that's what fuckin' happened." she snapped, baring her yellowing teeth at the warrior. Nosy ass creatures. The ginger and white tabby wasn't surprised as another curious son of a bitch arrived and she met them with an equally as partially hostile glare. "General 'goings ons'? I don't care. I stroll in where I damn well please." Snorting, Hornet clicked her tongue idly and tried not to keep her composure so she wouldn't lose her temper. All she wanted was to get cleaned up and take a nap - she needed it after being awake for about two days straight just walking.

"You're a mess," Oh, really? No shit, Shitlock. As he began to bombard her with questions, she could feel a knot form in her stomach and she felt a growl rumble in her chest. "Can you pipe it down with the damn questions, chatty Cathy?" she hissed, though her furrowed eyebrows eased a bit as he mentioned a little group. Oh... they were apart of the group that lived here? She knew there was a cluster of fuckers who resided here, she could smell them after all. "What's your little group called?"

Windclan? What the hell... Hornet rolled her eyes and she scoffed, titling her head to the side. "Get used to it. I'm not nice," Little bitch. The ginger tabby was generally mean-spirited and even since birth she had a little attitude to her. Kicking her littermates away so she had enough space to eat. Huh, speaking of food she wondered if they had any food. A laugh caught her attention and she pivoted to face Wraithstatic, a small smirk splaying on to her muzzle. The guy had a point, she supposed. "I'm named after an insect that stings like a bitch." she responded with a quirked eyebrow. He was interesting. Already, this 'Windclan' brought a shitty taste in her mouth but hopefully it wouldn't stay that way.

"Get used to paws being pointed at you."

So, she was going to be accused of things she didn't do? Sweet. Hornet nodded slowly and took a note to keep that in mind. "Got it, Shockman." Blinking, she slid her eyes toward Honoka and a look of disdain crossed her features. The fuck was she so cheerful about? God, people like her irritated the shit out of her. "I don't need anything from you, thanks."

"Finally..."

A small sigh of relief passed her lips as she approached an empty space. She disliked being around so many animals that she didn't even know. Familiarity was her safe haven. The smell of salt seemed to envelop her in a comforting hug. She and her family had lived near a beach so the feeling of sand beneath her paws and the briny aroma was soothing. She had long since cleaned herself up, ridding of that awful smell of blood that clung on to her. Her paw slightly stuck out as she felt around for any possible obstacles.

This time Wraithstatic's thundering voice didn't startle her, though it brought on a slight irritation. Puffing out an annoyed breath of air, the tabby turned to land her sightless optics on to the Fu-Dog. "Thanks I guess," she grumbled, tapping her paw against the water a little and backing up. She hated deep lakes. She was blind so it was difficult to see where she was going - if her head went under water she'd panic and probably drown. "What're you doing here anyways?"

For some miraculous reason, she had escaped from the enemy and ran as fast and far as she could. That was almost a moon ago but it was fresh in her mind. The remembrance of the blood was so vivid she could still smell it to this day. Approaching this new clan's border, the ginger tabby settle down with a small huff. She reeked of Windclan which she hadn't thought of washing off - hopefully, they wouldn't bitch about it or she'd have a problem. "Hey fuckers. I'm here to join you lot."

The sound of pawsteps approaching caused her muscles to tense, her ears pricking and swiveled attentively in the direction of where it came from. Directly in front of her. Squinting her tawny optics, she released a husky grunt and tipped her head to the side while bowing it slightly as her left hind leg reached up to scratch fiercely at her ear. "Hornetpaw," she snorted, lowering her leg while shivering as she succeeded and scratching that horrible itch. Of course, she could not see the others' expressions toward her and nor did she care so she pushed herself on to her paws and began to walk forward. "Yo, got any food? I'm fucking starving."
