"I didn't just almost die. I can also eat whenever I want. Not to mention, a rabbit? Not enough for me. You seen my fat ass?" Derrick was somewhat joking, but he wouldn't show anything more than a smug smirk. He poked the dead thing with his paw, "Eat. Unless you need to be fed like a baby bird. In that case, I can chew it up for you. Won't be so pleasant, though."
-
Derrick huffed, laughing on his side and glancing around, finally allowing his expression to relax. "Yeah. No problem... always gonna be there to keep you alive." Finally, he was able to relax and he laid his head against his paws.
-
Derrick refrained from any sarcasm. He glanced up at Soap, noting his sadness. "No... problem. Soap, who is "them"?" He could joke later, but a sibling was sad. And he needed to counsel them.
-
Derrick glanced at his brother, bored expression on his face. "Gee. I don't know. I'm here to attack your clan, better surrounder now." He glanced to the next two, "I'm kidding. Yeah, Soap happens to be my brother. I actually wanna join this place. Name's Derrick Daremo."
-
Derrick dropped from the sky. Yeah, he was late and so he used his least common mode of travel - his metal wings. He ruffled the feathers, which was just metal scrapping together before folding them against his side. "Sorry."
-
"Wasn't asking for a tour anyway," Derrick said, smirking at Suga before looking back to the coyote. "Mhm, nice to meet you, Nmik."
-
HAHA DERRICK PLEASE
-
"I'm so sorry, Soap..." Derrick murmured. "We'll find him. Make him pay..."
-
Derrick returned a glare. "You cannot tell me what to do. We. I've died before, and I can come back. I know how to. It may be limited, but I haven't reached that limit, yet."

"I can be an ambassador for anyone, just not ColouredClan.," Derrick said as he approached.
-
Derrick sat up suddenly. "So? That suddenly makes it safe for you to go after him instead!? Hell-fucking-no. I don't care what he will do, or what you think he can do - we will both go after him or I'm going by myself. Take it or leave it."
-
"Then train me!" Derrick snapped. There it was, the random anger he couldn't restrain. "You're so selfish! You could die, too. You think I want to go digging a grave for you, as well!? You nearly died today and it was his fault! Had I not... Had I not been here..." he ground his teeth. "Just -" He couldn't do much else then growl, noises of frustration the only thing coming to his mind now.
-
Derrick would back away from his touch, aiming to smack the paw away. "So you're going after him knowing you can't beat him without dying yourself!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?" His eyes were glowing again. "Soap, you better come up with a better fucking plan than that because it is not happening otherwise. I will physically chain you up. I am not kidding."
-
Derrick was too angry to care if he was actually right or wrong in his accusation. "Then fix the damn plan and make sure I'm involved." He'd aim to poke his brother in the chest, quite hard before stalking off.
//end thread?

Oh thank goodness. He was already living in the Rift, making it easier on his poor soul since he only needed to juggle three and not four alliances. He came up beside his brother, yawning and sitting back, waiting.

Derrick was no longer surprised when he found himself in a new body. Better described as a new form as he'd shape shifted rather than hopped bodies.
He never harnessed his ability to shift and so it happened randomly.
His new form was that of a wolf-hawk hybrid. His fur was stark white, scars cutting into it in the same way it did in his tiger form. His tail fanned out in light blue feathers, and feathers grew around his neck and paws. He only had three toes on each paw, aside from a dew claw on both fore paws. Instead of metal wings, the metal formed into three metal spikes on each shoulder. He still had wings, but it was unknown to him at the moment as they were his forelegs. When he spread them, feathers would span out and create wings. Of course, his eyes were still pink.
Had he not come from his own house and not been wearing the red and white wayfinder, he may not have been recognized by anyone. He didn't even bother announcing it, instead going about his business and settling down for some brunch (a large rrabbit he'd caught the night before).
//wanted to try something different that wasn't a cat
basically this but with the colors i described
as well as the spikes

Derrick glanced up, licking his lips free of the blood from the rabbit. "Hmm? Oh! Hey, Soap. Uh, yeah. I didn't choose it, but y'know, I'm going with the flow rather than trying to change back." He waved his tail up and then down, hitting the ground with his tail feathers and throwing a small dust cloud into the air. He literally had no idea what he even was, but he thought he looked cool. Even with all his scars.

So, his nephew was here now, too? Derrick glanced to the tom, nodding slightly at him before looking at Cyrus. "Even if it's temporary, thanks, Cyrus. I won't let ya down." Or he would... whatever, he was trying.
