Probably because he was madly in love with Neptune, and Neptune was there, but was that a good enough reason? In his books, yeah, but was joining a clan based on a man that probably hated you ever a good idea? No, not in anybody's books. But Imperialexecution was stupid. Stupid not in the sense that he was mentally stupid, but stupid in the sense that he was blinded by a man that likely despised him. Someone he just wanted to see again. Someone with kids and past girlfriends that had meant something to him, and Imperialexecution, failure that he was, nursed eight miscarried children and a string of false lovers that tried to fill the gap in his heart left behind by his all-consuming daddy issues.


    But that wasn't the point. He was stood at DarkClan's border without any real need to be other than one hope, but he didn't care. Imperialexecution had lost the ability to give a fuck about his own fate a long time ago, and it hadn't returned, so there he was, staring apathetically at nothing.
