After the impromptu feeding, Takashi felt weak, but not in the same way as Huo-lan. More like from a loss of blood. He winced as Huo-lan's tongue rasped over the wound.

Takashi touched the side of his neck, noting the healed wound, still sticky with saliva. Right about this time Huo-lan had hopped down from the counter and was already hobbling off.
"Geez. You could have at least taken me out to dinner first," the taller male said, preparing to exit the bathroom as well. He was a little disappointed—maybe he felt a little used?
Despite this, he extended the courtesy of putting his arm around Huo-lan to help him stand up properly. He noticed the student was a little off. "Hey, can't you walk?"
What the hell? Was he drunk?
Actually, if he really thought about it, it would make a lot more sense to him if the other male had just been drunk this whole time.

Takashi just barely followed the explanation he had stooped to listen to. It was a little tough for him to decipher Huo-lan's slurred speech. But he comprehended somewhat, and agreed that it was a pretty good evolutionary tactic—he had experienced it first hand.
When the dialogue was over, Huo-lan stumbled and Takashi had to catch him from falling over. The heels certainly didn't help the smaller male's balance, tipsy as he was.
"Klutz," Takashi muttered under his breath, steadying him. Then, he ventured to ask, "How are you going to even go to class like this?"

he's a teacher people either love or hate like there's no in between
his classes are more discussion based but he gives a shit ton of homework and the exams are crazy
you have to really like arithmancy to enjoy his courses
outside of class he's cool though like if he catches someone doing mischievous stuff in the hallways he's not going to bust them

i feel like they would bond over muggle stuff though bc saul was raised muggle
like he would want to come help him when teddy introduced the class to scrabble or something
saul is so competitive but bad at spelling it would be a hilarious struggle
