ic the male watched as rixalea padded into the den, and, feeling curious, joined her. immediately, the heat that radiated off of conor made him flinch a bit. wow, he must be very sick. "do you want me to call a vrach?" aaron burr offered.

a panicked yowl sounded as aaron burr raced over. he was angry. angry at russo. angry at everyone in boneclan. but most of all, angry at himself. he could have prevented it. he could have done something - anything - to help aishima. and now here they were, a hollow husk of them self. he wished that he had the ability to take away pain, but he was not gifted with such a power. helpless to do anything, he crowded the cub, protectively standing over him. -

the male knew chaos. she was pretty cool to him, and he had sort of respected her. they hadn't become friends or anything, but seeing her body hung was definitely a shock. he had seen death. he had stared them in the face. but this was still very different. breaking out of his haze as he watched the hung body, he glanced at the others. they were all so young, and yet they had come across the corpse. "yes, chaos will be buried, but this isn't something you guys should see." aaron burr responded gravely, then dropped his head to stare at his paws. i wish i hadn't seen it. -

ic he thought the idea was cool, but seeing as he resigned a couple days ago, he had no authority. aaron burr merely waited for a high position to come, sending connor a smile. "that sounds like a great idea." hopefully it wouldn't be in blizzardclan, he was already present there.

ic his heart jumped to his throat as he heard about breakdance. that was his mother. she had mentioned mother too. they were half siblings. but even he couldn't rejoice that thought as the inevitable denial of his mother's death set in. "breakdance...is dead?" denial. the first step to acceptance. he should have been there. he should have been at her side when she died. did she still love him even though he had left with his father to come to boneclan? he had visited once or twice, but never long enough to have a full conversation with her. and now, she was gone. aaron burr barely heard the exchange about dodger and the two traitors. his mind was whirling with thoughts and feelings as the fact tried to settle into his heart; the fact that breakdance was gone.

his mother could not be dead. his mother, one of the strongest females he knew, one of his inspirations, one of his family. she could not be gone. the journey to scarclan was a haze. he only argued within himself whether she was truly gone or not.
she couldn't be.
but lithiumpaw said so.
tears fell freely, and if one were to walk along the scarclan territory, they would see a grimy, more grey than white tiger sitting at their border. tears streaked his face, but he hadn't bothered to wipe them. it was more important to confirm these facts than to see his weakness. "breakdance? ira? juneau?" aaron burr called for his family, his littermates, his mother. his mother. -

ic ah, trash talk. he was used to that. many days of alexander hamilton spouting logical fallacies flashed across his mind, and he almost missed the fiery maine coon. almost. he said almost. aaron burr cleared his mind of other thoughts besides the tiger in front of him. he didn't know how high lovino's tolerance of powers were, but he hoped it was minimal. he himself wasn't too trained in blocking his mind, which would prove to be very terrible as the sparring went on. the tiger aimed to side-step to the left, but instead charged at lovino's right. at the same time, he aimed to make a very loud scream sound at lovino with his soundwave manipulation.

ic hm, this was intriguing. he knew that morrigan would probably be interested in such a thing, but allyson even more so. marius? he had no clue. he didn't even know that the male would go down the vrach path. hell, when it had been announced aaron wanted to laugh and ask if it was a joke. but since it had been a couple weeks now, it obviously wasn't a joke. moving to stand beside the nasledik, he flicked his ears.

ic aaron burr wasn't convinced as well, but he did listen with slight interest. the interest in which riverpaw told her story reminded him of alexander. that thought made him shudder, and almost associate the two but he restrained himself. not everyone was as bad as alexander. at least she wasn't as smug as him. she just seemed excited. hearing more about her story, the tiger flicked his ear. she didn't take them all in his opinion, she just dodged their attacks. not true 'taking them on.'
