I don't know what you mean by "post templates" but if you click your avatar, at the very bottom of the little drop-down menu there's an option to create/edit templates. If you mean post them as in use them in your post, there's a little button that looks like two files, one grey and one blue, and if you click it the names of whatever template you have will pop up. Just click whichever one you want to use.
