She purred and meowed, "Really? All to ourselves? Aren't we apprentices, too, though?"

"Everybody does once in a while." He answered.

"Not all toms are like that though. Take a look at my friend Cane. He was a good cat, happily living his life until he fell in some leaves on the border. Do you really think he was gonna hurt you?" She meowed. This was part of her plan, to convince Cleo that Cane was not who she thought he was, then leave with him. Of course, she dared not say anything about the plan.

(yah only one difference: He actually cares about her, not just mates and walks off!) "It's Leaf, and Bone." Midnight growled. He was not too particularly fond of them. He didn't know he'd be in trouble. He padded a little bit in front of Sootpath.

He looked surprised at Secret. "I swear, that's not my kit. I barely even know Sootpath. And i'm not like you pieces of fox dung, force-mating whoever you feel like! I came here for one reason only: to have a family. Sootpath and I both had a rough day. I'm just trying to help her." Midnight growled. He stood in the way of Leaf. "I'm not going to let you hurt her again."

He flashed her a look that said, "Go! Run!"

"What does he have to do to prove himself? Sit there and starve to death? Cleopatra, I know you've had bad experiences with toms, but you have to trust me, Cane is not like them!" She meowed.

He waited for Leaf to do something.

She nodded. "He's really nice." She let out a purr as she laid down on the soft floor. "So soft! What'd you do to convince him to let us have this awesome place, just for us?" She asked.

EPIC LOLZ! IC: The wind blew softly, the calm in the eye of a hurricane.

Leaf was starting to get impatient with Blaze. "Can we just get this over with?" She grumbled. Midnight stood in front of Leaf, his eyes daring the tom to fight him.

OOC: @FangDipper, if Blaze's rper doesn't reply within 2 days, we'll just say she walked off with Cane. IC: Midnight's tail flicked angrily back and forth. (He's protecting them from Leaf.)

She smiled and let out a purr.

"Yes! Go! I'll take care of him!" His eyes said. He turned to Leaf. He was really angry.

"No. That's so wrong, it's like saying all the water in the world dried up today. But if you want me to, I'll join him, and we'll starve, together!" She replied, her fur starting to bristle slightly in annoyance and frustration.

OOC: I'm like the spelling master :P The correct spelling is: jealous. Also I know what sharing tongues is, I've read the books. IC: She purred slightly louder. "I love you too." She purred. She loved him so much, she didn't have words to describe it.

"I'm helping you guys get out of here." Midnight replied. He guessed that Tide was Secret's father, but he wouldn't dare tell Leaf. OOC: Aw, when the fight was over, I was gonna make Midnight notice Kite. Oh well...

"He fell!" She meowed, and turned, padding away to starve with him. OOC: I'm gonna make them escape anyways, they're gonna secretly dig a hole and escape at night. If anyone tries to stop them, I'll just ignore that post. EPIC plot!!!!

OOC: That'd be great! IC: "Or I can leave and you can protect your own family. Don't worry, I won't tell anyone about Secret." Midnight meowed and turned to leave.

OOC: Well Cleo and Tiny are arguing because Tiny knows Cane didn't do anything to be treated how he is. IC: Tiny went to Cane. "Well, we're doomed." She meowed. "Maybe there's another way." Cane answered, uncovering some moss to reaveal a small hole he made. "Are you crazy? They'll notice and kill us!" She mewed. "maybe, maybe not."
