"Alice!" The person was a young man known as Clive. As per usual with his form, he carried a little red-covered book that held who knew what inside. He ran up to her, panting a little. "How you doing?"

"Alice!" The person was a young man known as Clive. As per usual with his form, he carried a little red-covered book that held who knew what inside. He ran up to her, panting a little. "How you doing?"
(I see it.)

"Good...good...Just wondering what brought you all the way out here. Thought you were gonna come hunting with us again."
"Seriously?" Hmmm, want some help? It'd be quicker if we split up." he offered, believing her lie.
He shrugged. "Alright. Just know that we go out in a few minutes. Hurry back." He ran off in the direction he came from.
As he neared the camp, he rested by a tree, bringing out his book. "Hmmm....."
Before Clive could even look up all the way, the group of Hunters were already moving in the direction of the sound. "That was fast...." he commented, following them with his stuff.
Cheers erupted from the group. "Alright! We got our dragon! Let's get 'em, boys!" The leader, a rather stocky man of tall stature ordered, the members nodding in response and dashing after Alice.
The thick and heavy foliage would prove to be her bane as it allowed the group to get closer via branch hopping.
"I got it." Clive called, getting to her first and firing an arrow with a rope attached to it.
His eyes met hers and he faltered a bit, the arrow slipping out as he tried to appear normal. "Hey, what're you doing!? You had it!" yelled the leader.
"Get it!" he cried, the other boys pulling out their bows and arrows to assist.
With the advantage, they got their weapons ready, the leader getting his mace out, but Clive was distraught. "Wait! I think I know it!" he called to the humans.
"What do you mean 'know it'?" the leader sneered, stopping to interrogate Clive, who sweatdropped.
"I mean....h-her eyes look familiar, right...?"
A heavy hit, heard even to Alice, rang through the forest.
"And that's why you don't jump to conclusions." The leader stepped away from Clive, leaving the Hunter with a bloody nose. The rest of the group grumbled and followed after the big guy as they went back to camp.
He was on the ground, nursing his face.
"Don't worry...I've had worse, Alice." He got on one knee, holding his nostrils closed.
"It's not your fault....I should have tried a different way of persuading them...."
He looked up. "Wait, so that wasn't an illusion....? You're the dragon...?"
"...So I hurt you...." he muttered, looking down in shame.
"I saw your eyes at the wrong time! I could have not shot!" he countered.
