    HISTORY&& growing up in Tehran, Iran was far from easy for a young girl like Jasmine. Her parents were extremely poor, resulting in her to have low nourishment and often be dehydrated in her childhood years. She didn't have much of a childhood anyway, her family of five lived in a small apartment in the middle of the city, therefore open for most drunk people to bang on the door and demand money or food that they could not afford to lose. Her brothers, seven and nine when she was only four were teaching her how to pickpocket and steal from oblivious tourists that walked to close to their grimy fingers. By the age of twelve, Jasmine was more experienced than most in the art of thievery and had only been caught several times, always slipping away into dark alleys tourists didn't dare go down. her brothers both left to join the military which crushed her, but, both returned, safe and sound to the hands of their mother and father. But, both brought back wealth, lots and lots of wealth. Her parents became power hungry and money minded, leading them to their inevitable fall. Though this fall was one none of the family would have ever guessed, it was Jasmine. On her fifteenth birthday water erupted from her hands, flowing in gushes of aqua streams, though her parents could only watch and shake their heads. This was their inevitable fall.

    you didn't know where you had run to, the only thing around you was jungle. lush green shrubs below and looming trees above. your heart pumped at a brisk pace, though you couldn't help but let your eyes frantically look from side to side. you were being hunted, eleven others as well. you had seen their faces on the notifications board in your hometown as well as your own, the sight of your face on the ragged piece of parchment made your insides twist.




    you could barely breathe after a half hour of running from the people you could hear stomping through the jungle, but you couldn't give up. they were going to do all of the things that your village did to you. you and the eleven others were different, every person had their own figure, but none were like you. you could change into all of them, you and the eleven others. you were more powerful than the commander and all of their figures put together.




    you were unstoppable.




    except when it came to running, your knees gave way and you crumbled onto the forest floor. the ferns hid you for a while, but then you felt a cold, almost stinging sensation on your back. the tip of a blade. it made you tense and the man jump, he was afraid of you, maybe you could use it as an advantage.




    "yu do know chon ai laik-" you were interrupted by the blade being pressed further into your skin, just enough to let dark red blood flood the prick he made. he leant down to your ear and huffed.




    "sha, half gon the country does seintaim." he replied in a gruff, blunt tone, reciting the native tongue. you had no reply, half of the Kryeki Archipelago population knew who you were and probably wanted to have your head of a silver plate for the commander. you had to swallow firmly for the lump to fade from your throat.




    two feet stomped right in front of your face that lay on the jungle floor, metal hilted boots that you would know from anywhere.




    "heda." you say in sarcastic respect, the heda growled in anger, most preferred to speak kinder to her, knowing that she was in power of the entire jungle. but you weren't fazed by her pitiful threats. you saw her pacing back and forth, fuming with rage of your disrespect.




    "teik em go." to your surprise, the warrior with his blade to your back instantly pulled back. with a sigh, you rose in front of your commander and almost cowered as you watched her watch your every move. but, you only huffed and straightened your shoulders.




    "commander, what a lovely gesture to grace me with your presence, but i really must go." you spoke in the foreign tongue, only well educated people used it and you didn't mind bluffing.




    "well, don't be leaving too fast, we haven't even gotten to the best part." she replied, only a stone cold frown on her lips, you narrowed your eyes egging her to continue. she raised her eyebrows to the warrior behind her, before you felt a prick in your arm. you looked at the needle in your arm, being pressed in slowly.




    then you fell into the dark abyss she had wanted for the whole time. damn heda.

    the basic plot line to this thread is that our characters are living in a world where everyone can change into an animal that they call 'figures'. our characters however, will have the ability to transform into every single animal in their class. the main land next to the archipelago is forbidden for people under the rule of the commander to go to and is more dangerous than anything they have experienced, or that's what they think. our characters are being hunted to return to the heda so she can decide what to do with them, will they live or die?
    we will begin when all twelve characters have been put in front of the heda and are being decided what to do with...
