She repeats the strange phrase slowly, as if she consider it carefully it will make more sense to her. Instead, she's left with more questions than answers and simply a raises a brow. "I haven't sorry, although you'll be the first to know if I do." She replies after a while, offering a quick shrug. She doesn't know what a flat face is, but still, she's sure the girl will tell her.

"Yoski. And as for liking this place, yeah it's not too bad. Haven't been around here that long or much but, it's certainly a nice change of pace." She comments, although she doubts whether it really is. The change of pace is simply jumping to another place when she felt slightly threatened at the idea of a possible relationship, one that she wanted to mend, but didn't know how. It didn't eve need mending - but she still ran regardless. And now she was here. Maybe she was more chicken than corvid.

There was something that made her snap, something she couldn't quite put her paws on. But, she did manage to put her claws upon Colouredclanner. In fact, he was covered in lacerations of varying depth, but none of them look like the work of a co-ordinated or well planned fighter.

Anima has always prided herself on clean efficiency. This is anything but clean and efficient. The cuts are random, a beasts clawing at whatever it can get it's paws on. Some may scar, some may not, but there isn't the precision of damaging organs like she would going after a target. So Anima doesn't stay to apologise, lest it happen again.

She takes the body and dumps it on the border. She's gone before there's anyone near, but the scent of Hawkclan isn't. Not enough time, not enough cognitive thinking to do so. It was going to bite her in the ass, she could feel it.

"Then again, I guess you would say something wouldn't you?" She replies, it's more a tease than anything accusatory. She doesn't really mind, it's been a while since she's been complimented on how she looks after all. Besides, they are still friends right? They might not be together, but it wasn't really a breakup that was one that of hating each other.

Just circumstances dictated that it wasn't a good idea to be together, that was all. "So... What were you doing here in Wind City anyways? I mean, it's nice and all, but you don't miss Arcadia? Or that place you had in Sky City?" Both of them had spent a long time in Arcadia, and both them had risen high within the ranks. Vincent had even become the leader of Arcadia for a while, whilst Anima came to head up the police force.

She would have never considered becoming an officer in all of her life but... She wanted to do right by Arcadia. So she became an officer and tried her best to be a reasonably good one. Seems something stuck and it worked. Here in Wind City however, she was best known for two things - her bar and her "business". Her business was erm... Less than clean. But Chervil had enemies, the city had enemies, she was hired to deal with them.

She was excellent at her job. Always had been.

Riverclan was on her list to check out anyways, even if they did have a pacifist for a leader. It had made Anima slightly more interested actually, she wasn't a pacifist herself, not by any means. Her swords showed that very clearly, always with her and never apart.

But she had served under pacifists before, and they tended to attract people who... Sought a more peaceful way of life. And peaceful people were not violent people, and those who weren't violent usually lacked talent within the combat area. They were dignified, couldn't "stoop" below a certain level. It's why every clan like that needed someone like her.

It happened in Windclan and in Arcadianclan, although the latter was one that was closer to her heart. But one of these reasons why she loved Arcadianclan so much was currently alive and well in Windclan. She would not hurt him again. Instead, she'd run away to another clan and try to make a living there.

It doesn't even sound condescending, she can't deny that the leader looks adorable. The magpanther smiles, a very slight one but there nevertheless. "Regardless, name's Anima Blair, ex-lots of things and I'm here to see whether you'd let me stay for a bit? Been roaming around recently." She asks, seen as she's not too certain how long she'll stay. After all, she's moving around to avoid her problems, and the moving seems natural to her. The magpanther smiles nevertheless, there are two people here she kinda knows. One from the Rift, but at least Syl left before she bailed as an awful leader, the other from Windclan but not around enough to know how she left.

Bad. But not run away at the closest convience bad. "Yep, the one and only pale horsewoman herself, Anima Blair. Nice to see you round Syl, sorry I stopped visiting." She gives a half hearted shrug and slight smile. No hard feelings, right?
