The jackal would flash a quick smile towards his nephew, though he didn't say anything. Hearing another semi-familiar voice, Salem would turn a grin towards Dia. "I'm glad to be here Dia. The jackal would snicker slightly at Skoll's comment. The tiger should know all too well, seeing as he had been forced to deal with Salem's flirting when he first joined too. Skoll was probably happy Salem had laxed up a bit in that aspect. Hmm, perhaps he should start flirting with him again. He still thought Skoll was quite the looker and definitely wouldn't mind some...alone time with him.

At the comment, however, Salem would give a mock pout, although the expression barely stay put for more than a few seconds before his slightly suggestive smirk returned. "Oh, I can be plenty quiet. You just have to know how to shut me up," the jackal said innocently, locking eyes with Skoll as if in challenge.

Salem was a relative newbie, which was probably the reason he hadn't received the text. As fate would have it, however, the young man was at that very bar that night, and wasted as fuck. Of course, he didn't really display any outward signs of it. It was hard for him to get drunk in the first place, but even when drunk he didn't slur his words or wobble unsteadily. He was just a bit more...horny than usual, as hard to believe that was.

Walking confidently to the bar after spotting a pretty girl, Salem would slide into the seat next to her and offer a flirtatious grin. "Hello there," he would say, his smile suggestive as always. "I have a question. Did it hurt?" Oh yes, he also did resort to pick up lines while drunk as well.

Yes, Salem could be quite annoying at times, especially when he was happy. When he was sad, he was almost just a normal member of society. At his norm, he was slightly flirty, more than inappropriate, but still calm about his actions. Right now? He was acting like he was high. New Clans were exciting, after all. Salem would shrug it off and be lost in his own world as more of Dia's friends came over. She sure seemed popular. Hopefully the rest of them wouldn't start getting on him about his flirting. Salem was actually about to leave, trying to find a different target for the night, when a clearly drunk guy stumbled over. Pollux, right? He seemed extremely drunk, and obviously didn't hide it as well as Salem did.

"Dude, you might die if you keep drinking," Salem would say, his voice containing a slight hint of concern that it usually wouldn't. Drunk Salem was emotional Salem. If Pollux refused, the guy may just burst out crying.

Salem would nod quickly in assent. He wasn't a very heavy drinker, but when he did drink, he got drunk fast. The jackal's symptoms of drunkenness were very subtle, however. Though his reactions were slower, his balance and physical abilities remained around the same. He had no trouble walking in a straight line, and it was pretty hard to tell if he was drunk or not. Though he didn't slur his words, he did say a lot more things than he usually did, usually cheesy pick-up lines. And of course, flirting and making more sexual innuendos. But that was all. "A drink would be lovely, thanks," Salem would say with a sly smile towards Jace.
