"Well, since we already went to the Crystal Zebstrika, I think I'd like to go somewhere new. It'd be fun," Lienid said, honestly a little excited. "What do you think would be nice?"

Lienid couldn't help but have a curious smile grow on face. "Oh really? Then I guess I'll have to wait and see." Honestly Lienid had no opinion on where they were going, the fact they were going was good enough.

(Anything with Rebel Lienid is okay with ewe)

Seeing all the variety of all the different shops and restaurants only helped Lienid's excitement grow. It even made him feel like he'd have to visit this area again soon. "There's so many options; do you know where you're going?"

(This is a super weird question, but what color pants do you think would go with Lienid's maroon sweater thing?? I never figured that out so I need to aha)

(OOH I like it, thanks for the help!!)

Lienid looked at the smaller place, although not able to get much of an impression with the inside being hidden. "So, have you been to this place before? What's it like?" The Furfrou knew better than to judge books by their covers, but it was a bit hard when the cover was all you had.

Lienid shrugged with a smile. "I don't see why not. It'll be a new experience for the both of us." Hopefully neither of them knowing much about the place wouldn't prove to make any problems.

It suddenly came together as to why the windows would be blocked off, considering it'd keep the magic of the night darkness alive. Lienid's eyes grew in awe a little bit, not expecting it to be this pretty at all. In all honesty, he was expecting something almost scary if it you couldn't see the inside. "It's stunning in here. This was already a good decision," he said as he watched the twinkling of the gems seemingly dance.

Lienid couldn't help but notice that it didn't seem as though there was any other staff besides the Glameow; at least at the moment. We're they also the chef, even? If it were true, then maybe they were trying to run the whole thing on their own. "This is mighty impressive," he couldn't help but compliment again. "The way people use crystals here is stunning"

Lienid began to skim the menu himself, not really sure what he was looking for. It was certainly early enough for breakfast, but beyond that, he had no clue. The only thing that drew his attention was coffee, just as a way to wake up fully.

(He's probably secretly contemplating whether or not to ask Rebel if he wants to split something but has zero courage to)

(The fluffy son who doesn't know his love was a murderer.)
(I really want to draw or write something about him learning that omg)

"Oh! Would you look at that," Lienid said as he came across the scones in the menu. A scone with Chilan seemed great, considering they were soft berries. He decided to go with that along with a caramel latte. He wasn't a fan of straight-up coffee, and caramel sounded nice in general.

"I'll have a caramel latte and Chilan scone," Lienid ordered as soon as he saw the Glameow finished noting Rebel's request. It felt a little weird ordering the same kind of food as Rebel, but hopefully it didn't stand out as odd. Once she had left, Lienid looked away from her and back to Rebel. "I wonder if she's also the chef," he finally said, as he had thought before.

"I couldn't agree more," Lienid said, followed by a nod. "It's iust so creative and nice, it should probably get more recognition than it does." He couldn't help but let out a sigh, which was honestly trying to be a yawn. "Maybe one day."

"I'm good as well, thank you," Lienid said to the Glameow before she left. Looking back at Rebel now, he thought about his idea with a drink of his coffee. "That sounds like a wonderful idea," he agreed. "I mean sure we have other things right now but still."

Lienid couldn't help but let out a nervous chuckle. "You made them sound so good, that I couldn't help but get one I suppose." He decided that since they were talking about them, he had to take a bite of his scone. It was easy to tell that the chef, no matter who it was, really put their heart into it. "I think advertising is very worth it."

"Then I guess it's settled then. When the expedition is all set, we'll give this Glameow some help in business," Lienid said with a smile. He ate more of his scone, having some drinks of his latte in between. The atmosphere and food altogether with this hospital hostess was just perfect for the morning.

(The first date and it's already under the stars <3 I bet the Glameow kind of had thoughts if they were a couple already)

Lienid's eyes were quick to go back to the ceiling; the small gems glittering were just so stunning. He wasn't exactly what to say, either. They could talk about the errands they were soon to start again, but that wouldn't be any interesting.

Lienid was quick to meet Rebel's gaze. "Well besides family, sure. The community I grew up in was closely knit. It almost seems sad to say no one really sticks out, but that's because everyone's equal to me at that point, you know?" He had finished his scone, and ws nearly done with his drink.

Lienid blushed a little, not expecting Rebel to ask about that at all. "To be honest, no. I've never developed a relationship like that with anyone. The closest partner I had was my sister, but that's more of a partner in crime thing."

"You know, like as an expression," Lienid started to add as if he was defending himself. "Most of the things we did were often together. I guess a 'dynamic duo' would've made more sense to say in that case." He couldn't help but laugh a little too, now imagining him and his sister actually being troublemakers.

"Oh yeah, we did quite a lot together. As for a romantic relationship, that's never been my thing," Lienid started, a hand going to the back of his neck from shyness. He wasn't uncomfortable about the question, but wasn't really sure what to say. "I guess I just never felt that kind of way for someone."

    (UNTIL NOOOOOOW)

"I understand," Lienid said a little silent, telling that something was up and almost trying to sympathize. "I guess that's what makes friends so great though. You don't need to absolutely fall for them to know they care for you as much as you do for them."

(Lienid trying to accept the low key friend zone)
