    After a few minutes of twisting, plucking, and snipping, Asriel had finished the flower crown for Abraxas. He sprinkled some water over it to give it a nice effect. "Here you go.." he would offer the crown to the pup with a tiny smile.

    The stargazing was enough for Asriel to want to go. Stars really fascinated the goat child and would not miss a stargazing event for the world. It would seem to him that the bonfire was just an addition. "I'll be going... if it's okay."

    Asriel was walking by the beach when he saw it, just near the water. A black soul. The goat child was finding it hard to locate souls recently. Maybe souls decay? Or some beings don't have them? There could be any explanation as to why it was like that. The child quickly ran towards it and kneeled down, cupping the soul and lifting it up carefully, as if it was a fragile piece of glass. Closing his eyes and taking a deep breath, he absorbed the soul. He saw the memories of it flash before his eyes, but it was too blurry to make anything out of them, as what had happened before.


    Once the ordeal was through, Asriel felt nothing new, but he knew better. He stood up and raised his arms, not calling the element of fire, but something else. A bolt of lightning suddenly struck the ground in front of him, producing a loud clap of thunder. Lightning, huh? Well, that was pretty shocking wasn't it?

    "Oh.. hah... hey, Ame.. I was just... doing... this..." Summoning that lightning bolt made him a little bit disoriented, so he'd decided to just show the wolf what he had done. He raised his arms again, and a lightning bolt struck the ground, much weaker this time. The strain was too much for his body and caused him to collapse on the sand.

    Asriel felt something unusual when he woke up. The goat child... well, labrador pup now, stood up from where he had spent the night. His hands.. his hands were gone, replaced by paws. His clothes were gone too, but his scarf was still there. So was his snout and floppy ears. "W-W-Wh-What happened to my body?!" he panicked, rushing outside.

    Asriel wasn't really knowledgeable about plants. He'd just place his paw on the ground and voila! Buttercups would sprout out. Although that was the only thing he could grow, he was kinda contented about it. "Uhm... What... What kind of water do you use?" The pup had read somewhere that sometimes the type of water affects the growth of plants. Maybe that's what was happening here, considering the beach was just right there.

    Asriel would pad behind his leader, curious to see the newcomer. His eyes would scan Oakfern, until they would rest on her little necklace. There it was again, a tick in his mind. Why was it so familiar? The lab wanted to ask, but he kept his mouth shut, waiting for her answer.

    Was that... was that a body washed up ashore? Asriel would find the it while he was walking by the shoreline. He immediately ran towards it, horror gradually forming on his face. The lab stood there, too terrified to do anything, assuming it was dead. That was, until he saw the faint rise and fall of Menhit. He shook himself out of it and shouted, "S-Somebody help! Please! Anyone!"
