    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]here you go!

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]xael had few pastimes besides that of sitting in her familiar spot at the bottom of the great temple's steps and watching the world go by, and, having become bored of this she searched the many unoccupied rooms of the cartel's home. she found many things, including a room of her own, but one item had certainly caught her attention more than the others. a small, pink, plastic human item. it took her a few days to figure out what it was, a piercing gun. she'd been uneasy to do anything with it, but after a bit of self reflection she was now sitting in the privacy of her room, preparing to use the tool on her ear.

she was many things, but truthful was not one of them. she could be described as artificial, a fake persona she put on to hide the disagreeable one beneath. but it seemed that this act did nothing but worsen what she was attempting to sweep under the rug in the first place. the constant shoving downwards and bottling up of the things she didn't want others to see, and the uninterrupted meek attitude had landed her in something of an identity crisis. she found herself becoming confused, she couldn't remember what was real and what wasn't, she was losing herself. and, she concluded, somehow, the piercing gun would help her to find what she'd lost.

and so, there the lilac she-cat stood, blood dripping from her right ear as she gazed blankly into her own reflection, the gun deposited unceremoniously on the floor. a pair of golden studs were fixed in her flesh, though only their sparkle could be seen through the red liquid. it was a lot, really, probably more than there should have been. she made no move to stop it, as she stood frozen in her spot. her door lay wide open, attention was sure to be attracted. she gave no notice.

//v rushed but this is pretty major development for her!

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]it seemed that luck was on her side. she released a purr as she approached the younger female, who was giving quite the amusing display. she preferred to keep her scratching and grooming in her room. her fur did not stay such a pristine lilac with no effort involved. this aside, she offered lil a warm smile, now close enough to call out to her. "hey, lillian. i was just looking for you," she hummed, waiting for any sort of reaction out of the other. "i'm xael, if you didn't remember. one of the executors," she introduced herself, not quite remembering if she'd offered her name the last time they'd met. she did tend to stay quiet. while her interest lay in observing the newly joined member, she would keep her intentions well hidden. "how are you liking the cartel?"

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]xael was happy to be remembered, and it seemed that lillian thought well of her. she liked this development. she found herself agreeing with the other female, it was quite comforting having a home to return to and a group to fight for. the cartel was certainly not the most respected of antis, but she found it as good a home as any. "couldn't agree with you more," she gave a gentle dip of her head as she leaned backwards into a sitting position. she appreciated lil's demeanor, she was different from most of the fresh blood around here. "have you met many of the members? they're.. charming in their own way." this was a blatant lie, she found nothing of bill's intestine scarf and betty's murderous tendencies charming. but these were things easily observable about the two, one of which had been causing.. issues recently. betty's killing of a child had brought a horde of unhappy colouredclanners, and she was sure that these sorts of things would only continue.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]if the cartel had been on good terms with bloodclan, she was sure it was over now. she materialized beside lil, appearing to have already been inside of the group's camp. she wore a few expensive looking necklaces, which she'd presumably stolen. and now it was time to do battle, and look for any weak enough to capture. not that she was all that likely to find one. she stood somewhere in the darkness, waiting for an enemy she deemed around her own size and skill level.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]i can offer xael for a one night stand? i don't know how he'd feel about that, with her being in the cartel. she also likes to steal valuables, so they could meet over something related to that? unless she really likes him, i don't think she'd work for the love triangle, though

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]xael had recently traveled here in a cartel raid, though at this point she was just hanging around looking for something to do. she used her scent manipulation to dumb down the strong scent of death that clung to her coat. it wasn't like bloodclan was any different, though, really. she couldn't say that the smell was pleasant, it wasn't so in any anti group. her newly pierced ear sparkled with it's silver studs, and a dainty silver chain hung around her neck. a perfectly shaped and perfectly red gemstone was attached to this, and if she were to be honest it really was her favorite. she loved rubies. this necklace had been stolen, of course, from someone here in bloodclan. she was quite the jewelry thief these days.

and so the pristine lilac she-cat padded along, looking quite comfortable on her enemies border.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]here you are

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]xael kept her eyes open as she stood on the sidelines, which seemed to pay off in the end as she spotted the figure floating towards her. she praised the night vision this body lent her, she was sure she'd never have noticed otherwise. as she saw the other tucking her wings, she leaped back in the direction aile had come from, effectively dodging the knives. she was not one to use brute force, especially when she knew that her enemy was armed with knives. she let herself fade into invisibility, and diminished her scent as much as possible. now hidden - unless aile had powers that aided her in seeing xael - she began to move towards her. she slipped behind aile, aiming to jump onto her back before she would be able to throw a knife. she hoped to stagger her enemy with her weight. if she was lucky, she'd grounded the winged feline, making the fight at least a bit fair. there was nothing she could do once the other was in the air.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]xael furrowed her brows at the slave's words to alcy. obviously he didn't want to die, or he wouldn't be eating. she supposed, though, that she'd never quite been in a situation that made her have such thoughts, so she kept her mouth shut. upon bill's arrival, her face contorted into that of a grimace. "that has a lot of implications, godfather." she mewed, trying not to imagine all of the things one could do with a dead body. if deathstroke was getting any kind of sadistic pleasure out of this, though, she didn't quite think he would be able to achieve the same feeling from something that could no longer feel pain. she didn't know what kind of other sick stuff he was into, though. probably a lot. she waited, then, to see what the answer to the electric colored feline's question would be. perhaps another snappy reply from the pet himself.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]the lilac she-cat made no move to follow along, besides not quite feeling like a raid her roleplayer also couldn't quite have two joining in at once. it sounded fun, of course, perhaps they should pull this sort of stunt more often.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]xael remembered this fellow as well, though he didn't seem quite the same as he'd been before. he certainly wouldn't be the same after whatever mastermind was planning, it honestly looked terrifying. being tied down to a cold metal sheet, and the sickly sweet tigress preparing to inject him with.. whatever that was. she slipped into a more comfortable position, laying with her head resting on a paw. she'd like to see where this brutal experiment went.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]the feline was effectvely removed from her trance by rev's voice, though her shock was not shown outwardly. bleeding like a mother* was right, by this time it had made it's way down her leg and to the floor. "i.. it's bleeding a lot." she gazed at the child for a long moment, before glancing around the room for something with which to cover her ear. she really could use a member with a bit more medical knowledge than her, though she wasn't really sure if there were any. "how do you stop the bleeding?" she mumbled, gently placing a cloth napkin she'd found somewhere over her ear. it didn't seem to be doing anything, which was a little confusing because she had been fairly certain covering it would stop the steady flowing of her lifeblood.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]her attention was quickly taken by the large feline, which she turned to observe more thoroughly. she was quite surprised by his friendly attitude, before she remembered that she'd been using her scent manipulation. right. "well hello, sir." she mewed in her typical polite fashion, offering the male a friendly smile. at his question, she seemed to ponder for a moment. telling him that she'd come to steal valuables was certainly not the way to make friends. "just.. visiting." she hummed, sliding into a sitting position. "I'm xael." she offered, hoping he'd take it from there. she'd like to know why he was outside of bloodclan's borders, but she'd keep the question to herself. he seemed quite pleasant and she wouldn't wan to poke too much into his personal business.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]she hadn't quite expected him to question her motives for visiting, which was clear on her furrowed features. "i.. no. i don't have any family here. it's nice to meet you, though, mr. november." she did carry a last name, archer, but she did not know the location of her family and didn't care so much to find them. she eagerly ditched the subject of why she was here, she rather liked this fellow and his laid back mannerisms. "oh!- the ruby." she exclaimed, glancing downwards as if surprised it was hanging around her neck. as her pale gaze lifted, seeing the warmth in his expression, she bit sharply down on her lip. "i stole it, actually." she offered a sheepish smile, hoping that the questions stopped there. if he asked why, she supposed that this spiral of lies would have to end. "i quite like your chain, it brings out your eyes." she offered, giving him a lopsided smile. "i've always loved gold."

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]she released a grumble as her enemy did not fall, though it was quickly replaced with a shout as the wings burst into flames. xael threw herself from aile's back, possibly pushing her with the force of her hind legs. once her feet were back on the ground, she spun, throwing out a paw and hoping to catch and part of the bloodclanner she could with outstretched claws. hopefully this attack would land before aile had a chance to hurl and of the knives her direction, as her location would now be known.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]xael was quite glad to see ryu, really. she probably should have known that cobwebs were for stopping blood, but she cartel wasn't exactly a place brimming with those that knew their way around the traditional medicines. she had opened her mouth to give him permission to help, when she heard sollux from the doorway. she glanced his direction, feeling as if she was doing something she wasn't supposed to. she had always been a bit uneasy speaking with the former shiba, the way his protector loomed over him. "uh.. go ahead." she mewed, removing her gaze from the executor. "just.. for fun, i guess." she answered simply, not quite able to produce anything valid.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]she didn't know quite how to respond to lillian's honesty, she was often labeled as 'the normal one', not quite the member she'd imagine someone to remember. "well, the only thing you really have to know is their ranking." she mewed, wrapping her tail around her thin frame. "that collar must be itchy." she observed with a short laugh. she did wonder why the canine wore it, but then again she had received lots of questions on the reason behind her ear piercings.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]on this account please

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]of course, it would help to know names. she'd struggled with them herself, for a bit. but hanging around the same few members for a few months made it much easier. nowadays, though, there were many more members. she supposed that she was relatively new, though, having only joined a handful of months back

xael nodded at lil's reply, it made sense that the thick leather would protect her neck. she'd never really imagined using accessories for anything practical, though it was a fairly interesting concept. she didn't quite think that the spiky collar would go with her image, though. "where did you get it? it really does make you look very intimidating." she gave a short laugh, thinking of how differently the members acted when they were in raids or torturing a captive. of course, being intimidating was part of what kept the cartel on top.
