[center][fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-size: 12px;]Alicia's emerald eyes had been on the rustling greenery and as the leaves parted her gaze landed upon a domestic cat. It was a male, probably younger than herself with tan coloured fur and eyes with more blue to them than her own. As he blinked out at her the girl couldn't help but think he looked somewhat surprised, even a little nervous. The latter of the two traits reminded her of Mamura and a familiar wave of nostalgia hit the tabby although the similarity she had found between this RiverClanner and her former best friend only brightened her smile.

The pricked ears of the cream girl listened as he welcomed her, introducing himself as Newt, and by golly he certainly was nervous. Tilting her head slightly to the side the young woman looked out at him with a bright gaze. Despite the fact that Newt wasn't awfully tall, he was a male and still taller than she was, being short herself. "The pleasure's all mine," even as she spoke her smile stayed in place and if Newt sounded nervous than Ali sounded quite the opposite - confident. "Thank you by the way, for the welcome. It's lovely to be here." No one else had appeared yet but she'd joined clans before and knew how these things worked, others would appear. So instead of standing awkwardly, Ali did what she did best. She spoke.

"So, have you lived in RiverClan all your life?" Her question wasn't meant to be insensitive or even nosy, simply small talk. Actually maybe it was a little bit nosy, Alicia always had been quite the curious soul.

[center][fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-size: 12px;]Natural wildlife? Birds and fish? Listening to Newt's answer, the cream girl gave a nod of her head as he spoke. Apparently he had joined 'a while back', something which Ali usually took to mean a fair while ago, and he was into wildlife by the sounds of it. She liked people that had passions, people with real interests and people with some level of depth. So, she supposed she liked this RiverClanner. Being as chatty as she was though, Ali had always found it easy to talk to those quieter than herself as it gave her the opportunity to simply just talk.

"Do you have a favourite?" She asked, her question coming out with a genuinely interested tone. If she was going to settle in here in RiverClan then she would at least be taking the time to get to know her new clan mates. "Species of animal, I mean." She guessed 'do you have a favourite' wasn't a very clear question and so a bit of clarification came next with a flick of her tabby tail. Before she could get Newt's answer though, the arrival of another had her turning her head and moving her green eyes over to the newcomer.

Instead of landing upon a feline, Ali's green eyes now found themselves watching a canine. His pelt was a mix of black, white and a light orange. On his face he wore a smile, one which the she-cat returned with her own bright grin. Arcanepaw Creux. As she's suspected he was younger than her, his name showing he was apprentice-aged still, even though he held the rank of Head Doctor. It was the 'Head Doctor' part of his introduction that brought back the familiar feeling of missing her past friends. Nagito. One of her two best friends had been a healer, although it seemed to be the only thing Arcanepaw had in common with the former friend of hers. Nagito had been much more timid.

It felt weird to find two people with similarities to her oldest friends as soon as she joined RiverClan. Yet she'd dealt with missing her past life for eight months and it no longer made her feel sad or brought her to tears, instead it let her smile widen as she spoke. "It's lovely to meet you Arcanepaw," the tabby cat gave a slight dip of her head, out of respect of the male's position before she fired off a question. "and you're a doctor? Have you always known healing is what you wanted to do?" Personally Ali admired those who had their lives and goals sorted out from the beginning. Traveling had always been Ali's goal in life, her passion, what drove her. She'd never had a job or a rank she wanted to strive for. She'd simply wanted to be free.

Someone was arriving, something Ali picked up as her ears pricked to the sound of paws. Her green eyes shifted from one canine simply to land on a feline. Although this new one was certainly much taller than Newt and herself. Taller and quite pretty it seemed. The figure before her was someone that Ali looked at and instantly though of as being rather gorgeous, her smile adding to what the girl already thought of her. Really, Ali liked to think that smiles were a good show of character.

Returning the feline's warm smile, the smaller girl couldn't help but notice a slightly familiar scent on the girl that the others lacked. It was that of another clan, one she'd been in for only a few short days. WindClan. Was this Kate girl a newbie to RiverClan or was she one of those people who held a dual alliance? Personally Ali couldn't imagine holding a dual alliance, it just had the tendency to get too messy if things turned bad between both groups. Yet each to their own she supposed. Listening to Kate's offer, the girl gave a small smile. "It's very nice to meet you, too, Kate. And please, Ali will do just fine," she didn't add that usually she introduced herself as Ali and very rarely went by Alicia. "I think I'm right, thanks. But if you could point me in the direction of the camp then I'm sure I'll manage to find it." Personally a tour would wreck the fun for the girl, being a traveler and explorer at heart.

OOC. sorry this ended up so long !!

[center][fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-size: 12px;]oops, posting from character acount oh well

So this girl here used to be a HP in ArcadianClan before she left and I vanished for awhile. Just wondering what ended up happening to the place? I figured that they're gone now and so she's in RC, but I tend to mention her past a lot in posts. I'm curious to know what happened to the clan just so I don't screw it up when I mention it while roleplaying c:

[center][fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-size: 12px;]Speed dating? The idea of a date was enough to make even Ali feel slightly uneasy. Her last, and only, romantic interest had been Volcanicash. By gods that had turned out real well, hadn't it? One day he'd been there and the next he'd vanished into thin air, taking the girl's naive fifteen moon old heart with him. It was strange indeed to think it had been just over a year since she'd last seen the attractive tomcat. She missed him still, but it was more of a dull ache than the fiery yearning for his presence that it had once been.

Making her way over the cream tabby cat wore a bright smile on her maw. She was new to RiverClan but hey, there was no better way to get to know both clan mates and her allies than a bit of 'speed dating' she supposed. Besides, the BlizzardClanner had specified that it was more of a friendship making project than a romantic one. With Mamura and Nagito no longer in her life, the young lady could certainly do with a few friends. "Guess I'll see you there, then. Lovely to meet you Sweetophelia, I'm Ali." Her friendly greeting came with a nod of her head, introducing herself simply as Ali. It was rare for her to go by Alicia and despite having recently joined RiverClan, she was settling into the familiar way of introducing herself to all those she met.

[center][fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-size: 12px;]Well this was a little strange, she supposed she was the first of the allies to appear. Sweetophelia had invited RiverClan and so she'd come. Was she a little bit too early? Truth be told it had taken her some time to even find BlizzardClan, she'd never exactly been before. Little managed to phase the bubbly young lady though and despite the fact that she was the first of the allies, the cream tabby cat still wore her bright smile as she approached the group of BlizzardClanners.

"Sorry if I'm a little early," here her words came with a small respectful dip of her head. "but I'm Ali, RiverClanner. I'm up for joining in." It had sounded fun when Sweetophelia had come to them with the invite and Ramses had said that they'd be happy to attend. So the cream and white furred feline had taken that as a cue to attend if she wished to.

[center][fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-size: 12px;]Arcanepaw's voice had caught her attention and so the cream coloured tabby cat had made her way over to the scene. Where the canine had limped over, the vivacious green-eyed girl had padded over with a spring in her step. At twenty-eight moons old, Ali was still the somewhat naive and optimistic girl she had always been. Even as her bright eyes landed upon the snowy tiger, the girl felt no fear. She'd dealt with big cats before and besides, the guy being on there land didn't mean he was a threat. She herself had come here unannounced to join. Now the cream and white furred girl took a place beside the injured Head Doctor and turned her ever-present bright smile upon the much larger creature. "I'm Ali, got a name?" Her question added onto her clanmate's with a small tilt of her head.

[center][fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-size: 12px;]maybe him and ali could make it as close friends ??
she's chatty and blindly optimistic (probably a bit naive and sensitive too) and although she'd be offended and hurt when he snaps at her, she'd bounce back quickly and still try to befriend him. plus she's always had a thing for befriending those that are pretty different to herself.

    [center][fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-size: 12px;]would love one <3
i think it'd be interesting if she managed to get herself in the crossfire in the future at some stage. just for fun and because i haven't done a lot to make this girl's life miserable yet c:
i totally feel like ali would get really protective of him - if he ever gets a crush or someone likes him then she'd totally be watching that like a hawk.

[center][fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-size: 12px;]The she-cat had watched the male, observing as first he answered Arcanepaw's question before his gaze turned to her. As he looked at her, Ali's vivacious green gaze was met by ocean blue eyes and a friendly smile. Anyone who could smile as they introduced themselves earned themselves a place in Ali's good books without trying too hard at all. She was chatty and optimistic and spent a majority of her own time smiling, so the smile from the male in return was a pleasure to see.

Desperado. As the male gave her his name the feline gave a nod of her head. Personally Ali herself had never felt self-conscious about much at all. She was too chatty, too outgoing and too confident to have many insecurities. The downfalls to that were simply naivety, a quick temper and slight sensitivity. Smiling the tabby cat spoke up. "Well, it's lovely to meet you, Desperado. Welcome to RiverClan." Here her words were accompanied by a friendly flick of her cream furred tail. "Any chance you've got a nickname to go by?" The curious question came out with a tilt of her head, inquiring green eyes looking up at the much larger cat.

[center][fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-size: 12px;]A meeting? Having lived in ArcadianClan before now, the tabby cat was no stranger to what meetings were like. Alas, she had never yet been around for one in RiverClan. Curiosity showing in her green eyes and a small smile on the cream girl's maw her gaze swept the gathering crowd as she made her way over. The first figure she saw was Desperado, his size and alabaster fur causing him to stand out. Recognising the male the girl came to a halt beside him, offering a dip of her head in greeting before her eyes returned to Ivylee.

[center][fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-size: 12px;]I'm totally up for Ali either following him into the suitcase or catching him undoing the spell which hides his scars. A friendship could come from one of them?

    Name: Alicia Carr

    Nicknames: Ali

Age: 47 moons (3 years and 11 moons)

    Gender: Female

Appearance: At nearly 4 years of age, Alicia Carr has managed to age well, that is for sure. No longer a child but rather an adult, Alicia takes on the form of a domestic feline. Fully grown now it appears she had her growth spurt during her late teen moons and where once she was short she now stands at average height. Her body is stocky, with broad shoulders that over the years have come to be muscular and strong. Long fur covers her frame, fluffy and soft to the touch. For the most part this fur is a creamy tone, with slightly darker marmalade mackerel tabby stripes streaking across it. A ghostly white creeps over her chest and stomach, claiming her muzzle and all four of her paws. Peering out from her usually smiling face are a pair of emerald green eyes.

Personality: As a youngster Ali was always seen to be enthusiastic, chatty and incredibly outgoing - a bubbly soul if ever there were one. As she has reached adulthood she has mellowed out slightly. Her chatty ways has made her friendly and kindhearted, a gentle and heartless soul, the first to offer a helping hand. Her enthusiasm and youthful energy has transformed into diligence, making her quite the hardworking woman. She is known to be responsible, her age having given her experience and a higher understanding of consequences for actions. Ali is honest, loyal and at times somewhat emotional.
