Inaho had his sights set on this one, however, despite the temptation of taking a calm one and a more outgoing one for his experiments.

The wolf would carefully angle his body to block [b][color=white]TWISTEDKIT's view from Silentkit, gently tapping and beckoning towards the kitten before walking towards a calmer area of the camp. Hopefully he could do this without any displays of force. Even though it would be a bit disappointing to cut yet another raid short, it was worth it for his experiments.

If any of you come near me again, I will kill this one, as I have no need for him," the BlizzardClanner would say, his voice completely calm as he gestured to Twistedkit.

Assuming that would give him at least a few seconds of hesitation to get out of there, Inaho quickly turned tail and exited the camp, taking Silentkit in his jaws carefully. If one of them tried attacking him again, he would try and toss Twistedkit into their path.

Figuring he was making no connection with reality at the moment, the wolf would observe for a few seconds. For Inaho, he had a purpose for the capturing of the kitten. Sometime during the course of the battle he had realized that Silentkit was deaf, or at least didn't react to his surroundings. That could cause problems, but it would be more interesting experimenting with the kit.

His precious cargo dangling carefully between his teeth, Inaho would arrive back at his hut unnoticed. The apprentice would set Silentkit down, carefully trying to think of a way to communicate with the kitten. That was, of course, the first step. It would be easier if the kitten was able to tell him what he was feeling and such, but Inaho would find a way. He usually did.
