[fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-family: times new roman; font-size: 11pt;]OOC | I'm in the middle of working on the new guide. It's 1:50 in the morning here. That being said, any aid you guys can give me in increasing activity here would be greatly appreciated! Whilst we no longer have to reach the monthly quota, I'm still really worried about how much activity has dropped recently. I'm, once again, sorry for my inactivity. It's something I'll be trying to work on, though I do have a few things that I need to prioritise unfortunately.
Sorry that the last meeting wasn't finished, but I feel as though it is much more important to make sure that this one is on time. I'm going to go back to making sure that these are done in one go, to avoid issues like this forming again.
IC | HawkClan was going downhill, fast. Perhaps this was at the fault of the vulture herself, or perhaps this was down to the members occupying this group. Whatever it was, they'd have to solve the issue. Egretstar had managed to dig them out of low activity once in the past, so hopefully experience would aid her this time around. Still, the situation had a sour taste to it. ShadowClan had stopped for the time being, so why weren't things improving?
"HawkClan!"
Voice holding a gruff tone, the vulture would call her clan. A single working ocular narrowed as she stared down at the area where NPCs would begin to gather. Wondering how she'd managed to get to the point where she was leading strangers. Questioning the point in continuing, though she knew quitting wasn't a good option in the slightest. No, she had to build HawkClan up again or watch it go up in smoke. For this, the woman envied those that had left. Not being forced to stay within a sinking ship, with the freedom to go wherever their hearts desired.
"Quickstart and Quantum are demoted. Neither of you picked up the activity." Both were long lasting members of the community. It didn't seem right to be demoting either party. Still, Quickstart had to be leading by example. Something he hadn't been doing for a while now. At least both had been given ample opportunity to increase their activity before their demotions. Who did that leave? Herself, Blackjack, Travelpassion and Splitsecond. Not the largest group, unfortunately. Still, there was potential. That was, if activity could improve.
"I'm makin' a boot camp." It sounded much more likely for an anti-clan to do, but something needed to be done. "Everyone has to go, but there'll be stuff put in place for different age groups. Training in healing and fightin', along with some other lessons an' whatever." Hopefully, someone would be willing to help Egretstar with this. After all, the vulture was far from an expert when it came to healing. This boot camp would likely have links to the competition, but right now the vulture's thoughts didn't stray to that of the competition being held.
"I'm goin' to recap our foreign affairs because there have been changes to it all." This was something the woman didn't sound particularly enthusiastic over, though truth be told Egretstar hadn't shown any particular enthusiasm throughout the course of the meeting. This, however, was a particularly frustrating topic. "The Blackheart Rogues are on a trial period. There have been a large amount of issues with them, which I'm not dealing with. We will treat them as allies, but if anymore issues strike up I'm dropping them to neutrals." Did that seem fair? This question should have probably been something she was more concerned over, but it wasn't. Instead, Malakai was the main focus of her thoughts. Someone she didn't want to deal with anymore, though it didn't seem as though she had a choice for the time being. "Our allies are RadicalClan, BlizzardClan, RiverClan, SkyClan and ThunderClan. Enemies are ShadowClan, ScarClan, ColouredClan and the Exiles." Whilst she still hadn't sorted everything out, it seemed as though this list was close to the final line up.
Staring at the group below her, the vulture would finish talking. Preparing herself for the reaction she could receive, though the meeting had hardly been interesting. It seemed as though the only thing particularly different was the boot camp.
