Lynn slowly pulled away from the dog, wiping the blood off her chin. The dog wasn't dead quite yet but death wasn't too far away.

"That's absurb! You know, none of us were your normal, everyday, perfect person. All of us were 'losers' in one way or another." She paused and glanced up when she heard the rustling of fabric. Steadily, Latula was coming near them from her ropes of silk.
-
oh okay. I was worried you left :'()
"You okay? Just tired? Bored?" Iris cocked her head and looked at Noam curiously.
"Well girls, let's get on with it. If we continue at this pace, you'll be stuck until after the carnival closes." The ringmistress turned and continued through the rows of tents, heading for the back left of the bunch.
-
He glanced up at her window when he saw a flicker of movement. Picking up the dog, he gently moved it to the comfort among a nearby tree's roots before turning back to the house. He started back over, wiping his chin once more to ensure that all the blood was off of him.
-
"For what exactly? Is it something you've been waiting for for a long time?" Iris clasped her hands behind her back.
"Ah. Here we are." The ringmistress waved to a dark purple tent with iridescent silver stars on it. "If you'll follow me in side." She held back the flap that served as the tent's door.
-
"Not really. I already have what I want so there's not much I can wait for." Her voice was soft. "I guess you could say that I'm waiting for a purpose to life or something to wait for. It's boring when you have no goals for yourself. Being a fortune teller isn't as good as you might think. You know what happens in your future as well."
-
sorry, I hadn't saw the twins' reply)
"It should only take a moment to locate the papers we need. Please excuse my mess." Her tent was near perfectly clean, only a few things out of place. She moved over to a trunk in the corner and opened it, sorting through the contents.
-
He sighed heavily and quickly settled down next to her window again. He didn't tap it or make a sound, he simply closed his eyes and say there in silence with his head bowed. He was rather tired and didn't feel like bugging the poor girl for the rest of the night.
-
so sorry! didn't mean to take this long!)
He let out a soft sigh when he heard her bed creak as she finally went to bed. It was strange to him. He had never really needed sleep like she did. It annoyed him to no end that a human could lay motionless for hours on end and then get up and need to do it all over again the next night. They really had no endurance for anything.
-
Accepted!

so sorry everyone! I've been going crazy for a while. :-\)"See? what did I tell you? Didn't take too long to find." The ringmistress turned back to the twins, a few papers in her hands, a big smile across her face. She laughed a little at herself and picked a pen up from a small table and handed it to Camellia and Lilly. "I promise there's nothing hidden within this contract. It simply states that you are to work here and if I see fit I can fire you just as easily as you got in." She set down the contract so they could sign, pointing at the thin line at the bottom.
-
time skip? sorry i've been so inactive. :'()
Instead of being annoyed at the sleeping girl, he got up and decided he would take a walk around the yard. There were a few things that had intrigued him.

muse problems
Are the Molly and Rain already part of the circus?)Just then, Isla had happened to walk into the main show tent, humming softly, and saw the twins peeking about. "The show was earlier. Sorry you missed it."
"I hope to be able to say the same in the near future. Alright, now you are free to get whatever you need from your home and we'll make sure to have a tent set up for you when you get back. Make sure you're back by sundown tomorrow. If that's too soon make sure to drop by and let me know. We are only staying in town for about a week longer." The ringmistress kindly took the contract from them, looking over the signatures before returning it back into her trunk.
-
Isla watched in awe at the two girls who had somehow found their way to this circus of all things. "You two are quite amazing. I'm the acrobats leader for this circus and I've never had the pleasure of meeting someone who can do that so easily." She clasped her hands together in front of her chest. "So, how did you two stubble upon our circus?"
-
"Well then I guess you've come to the right place. Here we are all misfits in our home towns. I was arrested many a time when I was younger for doing tricks off bridges or above buildings." Isla giggled. "We do a show everyday, alternating between morning and night shows. Tomorrow we have one late morning if you're interesting in seeing it. But, if you're interested in joining, there will be an entrance exam and the ringmistress has to approve."
"Then I'll see you then. Thank you for joining us girls." The ringmistress tipped her hat and held the flap open once more so they could exit.
-
As the sun finally decided to make itself know, Lynn found himself roaming her backyard, looking over each and every detail of the yard. In order to prevent himself from getting burned by the sun's harsh light, he pulled his gray hood up to cover his face and put some thin black gloves on his hands.
-
"That sounds fine. I do hope you enjoy it." Isla beamed.
-
"No problem at all girls. I'll be watching for you." The ringmistress gave a small wave.
"Yup. The show starts around 5:00ish. I would suggest coming a little earlier to get seats though." Isla rubbed her forearm.
-
When he heard a soft noise come from the house, he turned and noticed her by the back door. He gave a soft smile and a small wave. He figured she thought he was some creeper and wondering why this stalker person is wandering around outside. He cared and he didn't care at the same time. It was quite strange though.
-
"Eh?" Oh, ya. Sorry I didn't balance quite right during practice this morning and hit the net funny." She stopped running it, waving it off as nothing.
-
"I'll keep an eye out for you two in the crowd." Isla giggled and gave a small curtsy.
