Perhaps you could give yourself one in the meantime? " Alistair offered, studying her curiously. " I'm Alistair, by the way. Pleased to officially meet you. "

[align=center][fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt]Ah, well, it was good to know that he wasn't the only one using the weather as a means to have fun, even if Kate was far younger than he. The male grinned broadly at her as she spoke, flicking one ear and then promptly sneezing as the movement knocked some snow onto his nose. " Makes a change from all the grumps that seem to hate it, " he replied with a grin, nodding eagerly.

At her final statement, though, Alistair shrugged. " You've just seen the last part of what I've been doing for the past two or so hours. Before that, I was ... ah, trying to catch food. In snow this deep. It wasn't very successful, mind, but it was an experience! I got to jump through the snow like a fox. You should try it, sometime. " he nattered absently, laughing.

" What have you been doing, then, my Lady? "

[align=center][fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt]A kitsune? Alistair studied the creature curiously as he approached, before remembering that staring was apparently rude and flashing a warm, albeit awkward, smile as he neared. " Hello, " the leopard greeted in a semi-cheery tone, " name and business? "

[align=center][fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt]Alistair had left SunClan because SunClan no longer sat right with him.

But did BoneClan? Perhaps not, but it held a familiarity in one of its members that led him to wander, almost absently, from one clan to another, claws dragging against the earth as he gazed out into a territory he wasn't all too content with, but one that he would put up with all the same, because he needed to make it his new home. What possessed him to join Morrigan again on a twenty-four-seven basis was likely malevolent and probably just the crazy talking (that crazy being the Calling, what with the song getting ever louder, damn it), but here he was, all the same, acting on nonsensicalness, because that was what he did best.

Saying nothing for the time being and instead looking for a patrol, the leopard pressed his lips together and rocked back and forth, humming a merry tune under his breath to distract from the shrieks in his head.

[align=center][fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt]His eyes roved over Morrigan, and he couldn't say that he wasn't relieved that it was her who arrived first. " Your charm was too much for me to resist, Morrigan. I had to see you again. " he responded in a sort of sarcastic tone, before shrugging, absently. " In a way. It wasn't right for me. My business here is joining, though ... I guess that was pretty obvious. "

we meet again, my old enemy

" I've never felt more loved, " Alistair sighed, nodding his head in some attempted gratitude towards her, despite the fact that she was Morrigan, and he hated her. To a ... degree. She was still as witchy as ever, albeit a little less insufferable. Perhaps it was because she wasn't a permanent presence in his life — and yet, now, he'd just let her back in.

    ... Wonderful.

Then turning to face Dorian, the leopard gave a half hearted shrug and a lopsided smile. " I'm more afraid of her turning me into a frog, if I'm honest. Or a cockroach. Maybe a mouse. Something she can laugh at, then step on. Maybe put in a jar on a shelf so everyone can laugh at me, as well. " he responded, nodding his head. " I'm Alistair, if you didn't hear. Pleased to meet you. "

On hearing Pishacha — wasn't that a nut? No, no, that was a pistachio, never mind — Alistair again pivoted, nodding his head again. " Nice to meet you too, then. I'm guessing the Bone Castle mentioned is that great thing over there, yes? " he gestured to the structure in question.

Alistair was not the torturing type, really — it wasn't something that appealed to the male, likely because he had humanity, and he was not the cold-blooded killer everyone expected everyone to be. He didn't really like hurting unless it was necessary, and then, sure, he'd stick a blade where it was needed, but unless the situation required fighting, Alistair had learned to keep his weapons tucked away.

The African leopard happened upon the tiger on an absent walk-about his new clan's territory, and when he came across Iceshattered, he nodded in greeting, though stood off to the side, not really wanting to intrude. " Err, what're you reading? " he asked, head tilting.

[align=center][fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt]Well, of course, Alistair was not particularly keen on letting anyone try out his flesh, thank you very much, but as he was unaware of Iceshattered's somewhat worrying thoughts, it was safe to say that the male was completely unafraid of the ghoul, even if the lip-licking did unnerve him, somewhat. " Ah, well, that's ... interesting, " Alistair said after a moment, gnawing on his lower lip. How to break every bone inside their bodies without killing them? It sounded gruesome, and painful. As a Warden, he'd only ever needed to know how to hack and slash effectively - and how to defeat the Darkspawn, of course. The whispers were even starting to make sense, by now.

At the rather uncomfortable compliment, Alistair laughed a little awkwardly, bobbing his head. " Oh, right, um, no, I, err, don't believe we've met. I'm Alistair, nice to meet you. " it was only once Iceshattered introduced himself to Xing that the leopard then caught the male's name, and he nodded, offering an awkward smile.

[align=center][fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt]What now? The idea of a monsoon was admittedly one that unnerved Alistair, for he did quite like remaining dry, even if, back in Ferelden, dry was not an all-too-familiar term. The leopard wasn't particularly keen on drowning in a massive storm, but couldn't quite imagine anybody being so eager to throw themselves into a torrential downpour, and knew that regardless of how he felt about such a matter, he'd need to hang around and assist in any way he could. Drawn to the gathering group of BoneClanners, Alistair halted at the perimeter of the loose crowd, dragging his teeth along his lower lip, a habit that was fast forming. " Is there any way I can help? " queried the wildcat, blinking at Tauriel.

[align=center][fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt]Alistair had already had his fair share of swimming practises, and so trusted himself in the water. With his knowledge of how to swim and his Warden stamina, it wasn't fatigue or inability hat he expected had a chance of killing him in the days to come, but he would stand by anyway, in case Alejandro, missing leg and all, needed any assistance in teaching those who couldn't swim, themselves.

[align=center][fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt]" And if the animals aren't frightened, then at least you know the grass will tremble in fear every time you walk past. " Alistair offered a sort of lame comfort as he made his way over, studying the stay with a semi-amused expression. He'd eaten grass before, during one, desperate season, but he hadn't liked it — perhaps Tauriel would have more look, or perhaps days and days of grazing would begin to wear on her mentality. Who knew? " You will strike terror into the hearts of vegetation. They'll tell stories of your tyranny to get their little seedlings to behave. "

[align=center][fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt]" I can help in gathering food, or as a lookout. If we aren't going to evacuate, when the storm hits, there's a chance some people will get caught out in it. We need to prepare rescue measures for those. " Alistair murmured thoughtfully, looking to Illya.

[align=center][fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt]" This is lovely, isn't it? They just stand there whilst we spit fire at them. " spoke the Warden as he ambled over, eyeing the supposed raiders with a sort of confusion. " Are they meant to be attacking, or ...? Are we meant to be attacking? Does this warrant as an attack in any way? " he honestly wasn't certain. Enemies he'd fought had often thrown themselves obviously at him, clawing and biting and snarling, but these people just ... stood there. It was odd.

[align=center][fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt]" I can always assist, as well. " he needed jobs to keep his mind off the potential future, and if said tasks assisted anybody in any way, then Alistair was more than happy to dip his paw into all sorts of duties, regardless of their details. " People should probably go out in groups, as well, so that they can help each other, right? "

Oh, well, that was lovely, though Alistair did still feel anxious at the sight of a joiner, due to the threat of a monsoon. The African leopard moved quickly and efficiently through the winds and the sign of an oncoming storm, blinking at the small feline. " Oh, welcome to BoneClan, then. My name is Alistair - and I'm going to warn you now, rather than later, but there's a bit of a ... monsoon on the way, and you might want to get back to camp to be safe. " there were precautions being undertaken to help them survive, but Breezy didn't really want to be stuck out alone.
