"Hey you with the armor!" Agnes looked up at the man. "What do you make of all this? You've been pretty quiet all this time."
-
She kinda frowned. "Fair enough, I suppose." SHe shrugged.

((I've just been kinda waiting for that guy to reply to me...))

Agnes didn't hear her neighbor speak. She would have to find another way to catch Agnes' attention. She shifted in her seat, still uncomfortable.

After he had poked her, she turned to the person with big eyes and she flinched from the poke. She wanted to ask him what was happening, but she was sure he wouldn't understand her signs. Therefore, she just stared at him worried and confused. If she was more familiar with him, she would have probably ended up poking him back.
-
She titled her head, but then had an idea. She turned her head and pulled back her hair to point out her lack of ears. Maybe that'll advance the conversation or at least get this person to stop bothering her (the latter of which was the preferred option until they arrived at the place).

She thought about the letters for a moment, and realized that he could at least spell out stuff in sign. She smiled and signed back her own name: Agnes. She hoped that this wouldn't be a super clumsy conversation, but if her experience with spelling only conversations proved anything, the conversation would move very slowly until they could just write.

UAFRAC. Humph. Given his inability to space out words, she'd have to think this one through. She first thought it was a strange word she had not ever encountered, but it could also have been a sentence. His signage was sufficient albeit hesitant, which was fine. She thought Frac was a whole word, but she didn't understand the sentence, so she just looked at him confused, spelling out "What?"
((Basically, she doesn't understand that omitting "are" from the beginning of that sentence still makes it a question))

She thought for a moment about the letters. She turned to him excited and spelled out "I CAN DRAW AND WRITE." Maybe he'll have paper or something. That would make this conversation go a lot more smoothly, but maybe she wasn't answering what he was asking for?
