Was he a bit apprehensive about the new/old leader? Yeah, a bit, but he hadn't ever seen Hoseok in the better part of the month he'd been here. Sure, he'd never met Planty either but that was a bit different. He was sure Hoseok had earned the position before, but right now Phan was more concerned with whether he would be a good leader now. The wolf tried to reserve his judgement.

Patchy might be wide awake now, but Phantom was definitely too tired for this. "Maybe it was the remnants of a dream or something, I don't know." And he didn't care. Like an asshole. "You can explore if you want, but I'll have no part in this." Though theoretically he could try and poke around Patchy's brain with telepathy... nah.

Realizing just how predatory he probably looked with his quick advancement (not to mention the fact that he was a scarred wolf with a f**king eye hanging from his neck), he shifted into his feline body. Still scarred and still had an eye around his neck, but hopefully less scary. "I'm here to help you." He said, trying to make his artificial monotone sound gentle. "Stop that, lemme see." Assessing the situation before deciding the only option was to cut the leg off would probably be smart, right? Where the hell was Sera?

Phantom sighed. Yep, he'd been right about regretting this. "Then what if I left?" He asked as Patchy darted under his legs. "What are you doing?" Phan looked down, peering at Patchy with a frown. Nope, wasn't going to ask what the voice was saying. That was counter-productive to Phantom's agenda.

In a weird way, Phantom could understand being lost without someone. Without Immy he was little more than a vessel, a slave to his mission. Without either he was just... lost. He was a kid that f**ked up more often than not and one that didn't care about anything. With Immy, for Immy, he could be anything. For his job he could do anything. So Phantom clung to her and clung to his duty, clung to his Clan a bit too (but not as much as when he was younger), and he was whole, at least as whole as a friendless, fatherless, halfling b**t**d could be.
The wolf had been hunting near the border when he heard the soft sound. Raising his head he glanced around, then headed towards where the sound had originated. A joiner, that was always good to hear. "Welcome to SunClan then, Dean." He greeted with his usual artificial, deadpan rumble. "I'm Phantom, can I help you settle in at all?" He was far from the most welcoming person, but with enough practice he'd gotten decent at not immediately coming off like an asshole.

As Phantom crossed SunClan's borders he heaved a loud sigh before heading for the leader's den. That all had gone... less than well. "Hey @HOSEOK, update on our allies: we have none." WindClan and RiverClan had just dropped them (which he already knew, that was a courtesy thing for what Bill tried to do), SeaglassClan didn't even exist anymore which was saddening, BlizzardClan had also dropped them and SolsticeClan didn't even seem to remember being allies. The wolf sat down heavily and rubbed the back of his neck with a paw. He'd never liked politics much, they were too tedious and delicate for him. Give him a fight and he'd be your best guy, but give him a gift basket and he'd pass it to someone else.

"I see." He said slowly, peering at the paint. "So you just paint... whatever on yourself?" He wasn't an artist at all, nor was he the type to let others paint him. Unless it was his kids, his kids could probably get away with it... if they were still around.

Pretty low, if he was honest, otherwise he likely wouldn't have returned to his old home and just remained in the Eclipse Force. But as much as he'd tried to forget this place and leave it behind, it was too important to him.
"Same to you." He said, though things like "pleasure" and "happiness" were things he felt very rarely. "Well, let me or one of the others know if you change your mind." The territory had actually changed a couple times, after Sea destroyed the beach village, the castle and poisoned the water they'd had no choice but to move, and Phan had led them to an ancient Aztec city for a while, then at least one more change had happened landing them here, if not more in between.

"I can do that." Politics, art, not s**t he was good at. Organizing people? That he could do. "I agree with Sera - mostly. If we're neutral now, which he was pretty sure they were but he what did he really know about this Clan anymore? "Allying with other neutrals even with anti-Clan ties shouldn't be much of a problem. Just avoid allies of our enemies." Then, remembering his place he added, "My thoughts, anyway."

Phantom nodded at the thanks, but his ears pricked up when Pyrravym suggested that they re-create the alliance. "I'm just a member so I can't say for sure, but Hoseok might very well be interested. Would you like to return to SunClan with me to ask?"

Phan let out a sigh of relief as Sera appeared, and watched them work with interest. Huh, he'd never have thought of that, but it was a good thing they had. At the pointed look he moved forward, attempting to gently pick up the kit. Whether or not he was successful, he gave Sera a pointed look like now what?

Phantom huffed, smiling faintly at the kit's reaction to his description of SunClan. His gaze turned to a masked panther, wondering what his deal was, just based on the tone he used when saying Phan's name alone. "Did I... offend you?" He asked. Huh, and here he'd thought he'd put on his diplomatic hat.
"Well." Phantom replied. He still didn't know what to make of it - apparently SunClan was a place where anyone could be leader - tyrants, loose-cannon demons, blind medics and now plants. He was a pretty judgmental guy (he often found himself playing judge, jury and executioner whether or not it was appropriate) but he did try to wait and see, collect all of the info, the good, the bad, all of it, before finalizing his opinion.

Phan frowned. "No, it does most definitely not give you permission to call me that." He grumbled. There was just no winning, was there? And one thing was for sure, he wasn't painting flowers on his house. If he was gonna paint his house, it'd be edgelord black. And that was Pyre's commentary there, Phan thought it'd be regular black. Or beige so it wouldn't be an obvious eyesore in the village.

Bill had actually attacked Ivylee when she came to deliver the news of the drop, so it hadn't actually been on them that the alliance ended. Still, the entire time he'd known Bill was in SunClan, Phantom had been advocating for his re-exile, and Planty agreed but by the time it did, Bill had killed someone. "That's what I've been doing, but they haven't been back." The only place Phan had seen him recently was the Rebellion, far away from SunClan.
