Ambroses' heels clicked as she walked down the marble hallway, in her hands she held a lump sum of cash which she was recounting. The silent bidding at this organization was the only way to get fresh blood, much less messy and complicated. Making it well worth the hefty cost.

the various bowls of eggs and bread crumbs were laid out on the wooden island, and unlike kals' clean method of cooking, ambroses' hands were covered in the ingredients.
mr.bernes' voice sliced into the still air, she was pleasantly surprised that he even bothered to ask a question about her. before answering she coated her second piece of chicken and wiped off her brow line with her arm.
"well, i've been doing this job since i graduated high-school two years ago, i- uh.. never really got the opportunity to go to college."
her lack of schooling was something she didn't mind talking about, and was rather used to the subject at this point.
ambrose had so many follow-up questions but held in her curiosity by simply saying;
"what about you?"

The vampire stared at the girl blankly before waving her off and passing by her. The boy was rather small and not worth more than three hundred, but something was different about him.

she had always had her parents together, and she knew she could always go home to them. it was hard to think of a life without such a critical part.
"i'm deeply sorry mr.berne, i could never imagine leaving someone or someone leaving me.."
her sentence trailed off as she thought of things to say. however the air ended up being silent again as she finished coating her fourth piece of chicken breast.
thoughts raced through her mind, trying to piece together words.
"sir, i don't have much world experience, but all women aren't like your mother... you are young, maybe you should get out of the office every once in a while and live your life? it could result in some really positive things."
ambrose regretted opening her mouth almost immediately, she didn't want to seem too nosy or upfront. sighing, she silently prayed mr.berne didn't find her advice rude.

she glanced over her shoulder with a confused expression plastered on her face;
"..but surely a man of your stature cannot define a 'proper partner' as a maid?"

- CHIEF (1) -
the chief is the leader of the dragon riders, {not to be mistaken as chief of tribe}. everyone falls under this individuals command. in tradition of the tribe, the chief must be chosen by a skeletal dragon, whom represents fallen warriors.

- DEPUTY (1) -
the deputy is second in command, and assists the chief in many ways. if the chief is not present, the deputy takes command of camp.
unlike the chief, the deputy meets directly with the warriors and scouts to plan. the chief only oversees the actions. the deputy must have a close relationship with the chief, it is required for maximum success.

- SCOUTS (5) -
1 = HEAD SCOUT
the scouts are an essential part of the dragon riders. their duty is to patrol the borders and land of the tribe, reporting anything out of the ordinary. the head scout meets with the deputy, and leads the scouts.

- WARRIORS (+) -
1 = HEAD WARRIOR
the warriors duties are to simply fight, currently, making the position very laid back, {will change as plot advances with khaos}. the head warrior meets with the deputy, and leads the warriors.

- HEALER (1) -
the healer helps wounded riders and/or dragons. this rank requires an extensive knowledge of both herbs and potions. there is only one healer, which requires speedy work. the dragon of the healer is not an aggressive dragon, and MUST be laid-back, for it assists the healer twenty four seven.

- TRAINEES (+) -
the trainees are young members of the dragon riders whom are not yet ready for an individual rank. trainees are peoples ranging from the age of 16 to 18 and may not have any romantic relationship with non-trainees. there are no mentors, the trainees must learn by observing, assisting, and exploring.
