OOC: whoa, I got high muse for MagicalMelody! :)

IC: "Oh, hello! I believe we haven't met yet. My name is MagicalMelody, although many StellarClanners I know tend to call me Magic, Melody or just Mel, as my nicknames, and I'm a unicorn, in case you are unfamiliar with my kind. Anyway, what's your name?" the young unicorn replied, smiling, appearing unfazed by DrugAddict's comment, as 'happy face' didn't really seem that bad.
Really, it seemed like a compliment. Unlike that time when she had just joined and someone called Malachite had called her a 'horned horse', which MagicalMelody considered a insult to herself and to all unicorns. Of course, DrugAddict wasn't a 18 foot tall beast like that one, so MagicalMelody was quite willing to take her chances with him.
Hopefully he would be reasonably friendly! Anyway, back to the subject. She was honestly surprised that the feline hadn't either noticed or commented on her strange little hearing aid device on one ear, but then, deafness seemed to have a funny way of slipping out of people's minds. Anyhow, she was going to find out what he thought of it, since she was going to bring the topic up sooner or later. The young Field Medic unicorn added almost as an afterthought, "I'm going to wait until a few more StellarClanners turn up before starting. Oh, and by the way, I'm deaf, but I can still hear you." MagicalMelody showed him her trademark smile as she waited for a response, either from DrugAddict or another StellarClanner arriving.

OOC: short post this time! :)
I can't believe how chatty MagicalMelody is in this thread at the moment! ;)
That's good, as it looks like this is a social occasion until enough characters arrive to start this storytelling gathering off! ;)

IC: MagicalMelody saw Zyla pad up to her shady little spot. "Hello! Have we met yet? My name is MagicalMelody, I'm a Field Medic and the only unicorn on Aestea! Haha, anyway, what's your name? So, we might as well make small talk until at least two more StellarClanners arrive so I can begin this little story gathering. Sorry if I'm talking too much, I'm just a little too excited! So, how are you?" The young unicorn flashed an excited version of her trademark smile at them as she finished speaking. She then started rearranging her keepsakes again as she waited for a response.

OOC: yay! Enough people to start with! ;)
    Sorry for the long post!
P.S latecomers can pretend they were there all along from this post onwards ;)

IC: "It's nice to meet you Zyla!" MagicalMelody said happily to the other female. She thought to herself, Well, there's quite a few StellarClanners gathering here now, so I better formally start this gathering! What are you waiting for, MagicalMelody?
The young Field Medic unicorn promptly excused herself from her small talk and she stood up so she could address her StellarClan audience and take charge of her gathering. Golden maned MagicalMelody gently shook her head to drive away a few Aestean insects buzzing around her before she began speaking, making her voice carry so that all of her Clanmates could hear her.
"Hello! Welcome, StellarClanners, to my little storytelling gathering under the trees of Cubili! To those I haven't met yet, my name is MagicalMelody, I am one of the Field Medics of StellarClan and sole unicorn of Aestea so far!" She paused, giggled a sweet and equine giggle. The demi-goddess unicorn then took another breath and continued, "This gathering is for you, StellarClan! So, with much delight, I announce this gathering officially ready to begin!"
MagicalMelody fell silent for a few moments so she could let her audience absorb what she had said. Once the ensuring chatter had died down, she once again spoke in her carrying melodic voice,
"Okay, could you all please organise yourselves in a circle or something like it, and please do leave some room for any latecomers! And leave a spot for me as well, haha... Alright, once that's done, we can officially start. Any questions from all of you, StellarClan, before we began?"
Having had said her piece, the young smoke grey unicorn lay down again, with her legs neatly folded under her, this time at the head of the shape being formed, her important keepsakes still around her as she did so. It was so much better to tell stories, legends and histories, underneath the shade of a tree! Some would argue that telling those same tales were better told around a campfire at night, but at the moment the purple eyed unicorn thought it best to host her gathering where they were right now, namely under the trees of Cubili. It was nearly sunset, the bits of sky they could see from the rainforest shading into beautiful sunset colours as MagicalMelody waited for the responses of her Clanmates that were currently gathered around her.

IC: Gifts? Awesome, I love gifts! Thought MagicalMelody when she heard someone say "G-gifts from BlizzardClan" from the top of a hill that the young unicorn just happened to be near. She trotted her way up the hill to where the stranger stood. "Did you say something about gifts?" MagicalMelody said excitedly to the newcomer from BlizzardClan. Then the Field Medic's purple eyes shaded into the pale orange of concern when she noticed the pain-filled state the BlizzardClanner was in, immediately conjuring up her medium sized bag that she had brought from Earth with many of her herbs and such medical items still inside, as she asked him, "Are you okay? My name is MagicalMelody, and I'm one of Stellarclan's Field Medics. Do you need something to ease pain..? Oh, and I'm sure one of the Lords will be by shortly... Um, what's your name, BlizzardClanner?" She finished, looking surprised at all the questions that had spouted from her equine mouth, before she started to look though her bag for some of her herbs. Her hearing aid device glinted in the sunshine on one of her ears as she moved her gold maned head, eyes still on the strange being in front of her. Then she belatedly noticed that Pallene had already arrived, and she said sheepishly, "Um, I'll go get you some water, and Pallene can help you out..." MagicalMelody trailed off, as she waited for a response.

    Hi everyone!
    How are you all?

Hey, I'm in the same boat, school wise - it starts again this week for me, on Wednesday I think, so of course activity will drop. But I'll try to be active as often as I can, even if it's only once a week!!! ;)

I only have one main game charrie, and that's MagicalMelody! Well, actually, I had another one called Crystalskies in that underground clan (idk if it's still called the Penumbra), but muse dropped for her unfortunately. Perhaps I might bring her in to this clan?? :)

So, what would everyone think of this idea I just got now - what if MagicalMelody (or someone else) could host a big StellarClan sleepover at her home in Cubili or somewhere else? ;)
Ooh, I just got another idea! What about a little treasure hunt??

Also, MagicalMelody's here if anyone wants threads with her! :)

OOC: rushed sorry. About to leave for the first day of school. Verdammt means Damn in German. ;)
IC: Oh, by the galaxies! she thought, as the unicorn followed the trail of blood, worry very clear in her eyes. When she found D'angela, she let out her first curse word for a while. "Verdammt!!" The Field Medic cursed in German, then proceeded to conjure her medical bag, nosing through it for a select few herbs and things. She asked kindly, "what happened?" as she bowed her head near the broken and injured feline, all trace of the giggly personality of the grey unicorn gone for the moment as she did so.

IC: MagicalMelody noticed the little eyeless snow leopard cub, who appeared to be afraid, still frozen in place.
She got up again, leaving her keepsakes to mark her place, and made her way toward Tsuneni. The young Field Medic unicorn kindly spoke as she approached the snow leopard, kindness and compassion colouring her voice, "Hey, no need to be afraid, little friend. What's your name?"
She lowered her equine head toward the cub, and spoke again once the snow leopard had answered, "Here, you can hold onto me if you need to, my head is beside your head. Would you like to sit next to me and listen to the stories, maybe even tell some of your own? I can help you get to your space next to me or next to someone else without bumping into anyone! I promise I won't lead you into anything, Tsuneni."
She smiled at her, momentarily forgetting that the cub was blind, and she waited for a response.

OOC: I'm back from school :)

IC: MagicalMelody had already started to treat D'angela's injuries when Bo arrived, screeching for poor D'angela, to sit by the feline's side. The young and worried Field Medic looked at Bo, as she finished placing some cobweb padding (bandages) onto the first most major injury she had decided to treat first. With worry making her purple eyes shade into a shade of orange, the Field Medic spoke urgently to the other feline that sat by D'angela's side, "Bo, could you please do something for me? I assume we both agree this is a urgent life-or-death situation. So, could you, Bo, please, find one or both of the lords and another Field Medic, perhaps Pallene, and please do this fast, if you want D'angela to live! I will stay and continue to care for D'angela as best as I can until further help arrives. Can you do what I ask of you, Bo, for D'angela's sake, and yours?" The unicorn watched Bo with concerned eyes for Bo's answer as she pulled out yet another herb from her bag for D'angela's injuries.

IC: MagicalMelody watched, sorry to see Bo go, but her mission was important - find one of the lords and Pallene to help her with D'angela - and just as she thought the feline's name, she spotted Pallene.
A wave of relief washed over her momentarily at the sight of the other Field Medic, before she continued what she was doing. Then Pallene shrieked a request for comfrey, cobwebs and one poppy seed at her as she ran her paws over D'angela.
The young Field Medic unicorn, worried, forced herself to make her features change from the worried look of a friend to a professional looking expression fit for a Field Medic as she promptly pulled out from her medical bag at Pallene's request the comfrey and single poppy seed, placing them next to her fellow Field Medic, then she conjured the cobwebs - there were no more left in her bag, so they came from elsewhere - in front of those requested herbs.
Then Io and Tsuneni arrived at the scene, having been alerted by Bo.
MagicalMelody obligingly answered Io's question in a low and strangely calm voice, presenting a serene facade to Io despite the horrible situation, as the demi goddess unicorn attempted to keep on the cobweb padding she had placed on D'angela's biggest major injury, "Io, to answer your question, I don't know precisely what happened, you would have to ask D'angela, if she recovers, or those who have some kind of bond with her. However, I can tell you the rest. I was out for a walk when I came upon a trail of blood that lead me to poor D'angela, and it appeared to me that she had been injured, whether from a fall or from torture or something else that I, as a unicorn, am not aware of. I started treating her injuries, using my own stash of herbs, then Bo came, and I told her to find you, and Pallene, to help, then Pallene arrived, then you did, Io, and currently Pallene and I are trying to keep D'angela alive long enough to stabilise her and heal her wounds."
She finished, summarising what had happened since she found the trail of blood leading to the poor Officer feline. Tsuneni then asked her what she could do to help, and the gold maned Field Medic unicorn's eyes turned into a shade of grateful purple as she said to the little snow leopard cub, already lowering her equine head to help guide Tsuneni to D'angela, "Yes, Tsuneni, you can help me and Pallene. Is it possible for you to hold this cobweb padding in place until Pallene and I can deal with the injury? Or perhaps there is something else you want to do easily to help, like making the poultice or finding Bo so you both can comfort D'angela?"
MagicalMelody took a breath, and waited for a response from her Clanmates.

IC: Oh! I see.. Pallene was right, of course. She had nearly forgotten that she herself was the largest, taking up more space than the other two felines gathered around the broken shape of D'angela. Oops. She guided Tsuneni to a clear space near D'angela instead. MagicalMelody said softly, but not too soft to be heard, as she had noticed D'angela kind of wincing each time loud voices spoke, "Okay, I understand, Pallene. Tsuneni, how about you try telling D'angela a story or sing a song or, well, anything you can think of to help anchor D'angela to her life and distract her from the pain and/or terrible memories of what happened, at least until Pallene and I finish stabilising her injuries? And Io, noted. We'll be sure to let you know when we need your help. By the way, everyone, can you all please speak softly, I don't think screaming is going to help D'angela stabilise any further to a more stable state than the one she was in when I came across her. Thank you all for being here and helping us." The young Field Medic unicorn, also hoping that Callisto would arrive, and Bo too, she would have to apologise soon to Bo for asking the feline Captain to leave her soulbond's side, continued doing what she were doing - trying to help save D'angela's life - as well as assisting Pallene with the herbs and some medical stuff if the feline needed it. As the golden maned demi goddess held the cobweb padding - slowly becoming red with the Officer's blood - in place on one of the major injuries, she waited for a response from her Clanmates.

IC: MagicalMelody guided Tsuneni to her seat and then the unicorn reclaimed her spot under the tree next to the snow leopard cub and at the head of the shape. The young Field Medic softly announced to the storytelling group at large, an excited look on her equine features, "It's nearly dark now. Are we ready to start, StellarClan? If so, who would like to share a story/legend/history first?" She beamed her lovely trademark happy smile at everyone, just as some firefly like insects and creatures started to appear among the trees, lighting up the clearing against the oncoming night and sending pretty little coloured shadows dancing across the trees and the faces of those StellarClanners currently gathered.

OOC: short post at the moment sorry. ;)

IC: MagicalMelody was walking along the first row of her herb garden, carrying a watering can with its handle in her mouth as she watered her plants. The unicorn was in her rainforest home on Cubili, and it sure was a strange sight to see her watering plants with a human watering can invention from Earth she'd conjured for exactly that reason. Anyhow, that was what the Field Medic was doing on this lovely sunny morning underneath the high forest canopy. She moved on to the next row, humming an old song under her breath as she proceeded to water it.

IC: Startled, MagicalMelody nearly dropped her watering can when Zyla appeared, momentarily thinking that she was going to be attacked, but luckily regained the can and her composure, by the time the vaguely familiar winged feline reached the Field Medic unicorn and began speaking. Her purple eyes swiftly changed from the red shade of alarm back to her neutral purple shade as Zyla spoke. She quickly finished watering the end of her second row of herbs, put her watering can down carefully onto the grass, and hurriedly lifted her head in time to answer Zyla's short question, remembering the feline's name at the last minute. "Oh! ..." MagicalMelody giggled at herself, then the demi goddess started again, "Oh, hello Zyla! What a nice surprise to see you on this lovely morning! I am very well today, thank you. I've just been watering my herb garden, as you can see." The partly deaf unicorn gestured to her modest little patch that she had started not long ago, then continued, absently twitching her ears, carefully, due to her hearing aid device, "So, how are you today, Zyla?"

OOC: sorry if I've been inactive ;)

IC: MagicalMelody trotted up, missing out on the entire conversation, her beautiful golden mane and tail flying like banners as she went along. The young Field Medic unicorn beamed her delighted usual trademark smile at her Clanmates currently gathered together, her purple eyes turning a happy yellow, as she reached them. Her hearing aid device sitting on one ear glistened in the Aestean sunshine that poured down from the beautiful sky and also made her smoke grey coat appear shiny and her horn to shimmer in the process.
The demi goddess, glowing a faint but gorgeous shade of green, noticed the newcomer for the first time, so she happily stepped forward to greet him with a delighted look on her equine face, speaking in English of course, in her lovely near-musical voice, "Hello! What's your name? My name is MagicalMelody. I'm a unicorn, in case you're unfamiliar with my kind, and I'm also a Field Medic of StellarClan!"
MagicalMelody smiled sweetly at her new Clanmate, and she giggled quietly. Momentarily relapsing back into her native unicorn tongue, she said softly "I love meeting new people!" before falling silent, still cheerfully smiling. The young unicorn gently flicked her ears to drive away a couple of Aestean flies buzzing too close to her hearing aid, as she waited for a response/acknowledgement from either her Clanmates or the newcomer.

OOC: Sorry if I've been too inactive.. Anyway, short post today ;)

IC: Okay.. Looks like not everyone really wants to start first... MagicalMelody silently sighed to herself before saying brightly to her Clanmates as the firefly like creatures flitted about, "Okay, if you don't want to tell a story/legend/history yet, that's totally fine! You can still listen if you like. I'll start, if you all would like me to?" As the young Field Medic unicorn waited for a response from her Clanmates, she started to review the tales that she knew in her mind. Maybe I'll start at the beginning... The beginning! The story of how my kind came into being, perhaps? Or maybe the legend of the first Goddess of unicornkind? The tale of how the unicorns journeyed to the stars? Hold on a moment, MagicalMelody, your Clanmates hasn't answered yet! Wait till they do, little missy. She quietly giggled to herself over her silly thought, as she continued to wait for her StellarClan audience's response.

OOC: I'm glad that you're both back! :) so looking forward to helping StellarClan thrive again.

IC: MagicalMelody was there, and she listened to the Lords as they spoke. The young Field Medic unicorn added cheerfully in her lovely voice, "Noted! I look forward to these future events." She beamed her happy trademark smile at the Lords and her Clanmates.

    OOC: 1/5 posts ;)

IC: MagicalMelody trotted up, cheerful and smiling as usual. But before anyone could warn the Field Medic unicorn, she slipped on the freshly exposed mud. The equine fell down onto her side, waving her legs about, and she slid all the way to the bottom of the muddy slope onto the sand with an almost comical expression of surprise on her face.
MagicalMelody got back up onto her shaky legs, brown mud and white sand all over her smoke grey coat as she looked at the others. A grin reappeared onto the unicorn's mud-splattered face when she saw that Io, Ford and Bo were all just as muddy and sandy as she was, and then she started giggling over how she had gotten a scare with the mudslide.
Purple eyes swirling into a shade of yellow amusement, the gold maned demi-goddess began her climb back up to the top of the slope where a clean but bandaged D'angela and a muddy Tsuneni sat, grinning the whole way.
She cheerfully said jokingly to her Clanmates as she climbed, "I'm probably the first unicorn ever to survive a mudslide! Haha... However, the next time that I go down a hill via mudslides, I should bring some body armour to protect myself!" Once she reached the top of the slope, the young Field Medic unicorn went over to the two felines to say her hellos, how are you's and all that conversation stuff.
