Tao heard the anger in his voice and she felt bad. "No thats not what I meant.." she murmured, before she had to avoid an incoming attack.
Takeo was battling two dragons a fair distance away. For a Kaka dragon he was a pretty competent fighter. He was a warrior class Kaka after all. His beam of light found its target and a black and blue dragon fell to the earth below.
Tao smiled at Haku. She felt glad he was there. But honestly, he didnt seem like a very powerful dragon. She didnt want him to get hurt.
"Tao!" came a growl from behind as a shadow was cast over her. Thurr's claws were outstretched.
"No!" Takeo hissed and flew in and tackled Thurr.
Tao spun around in shock, as a gnashing of two dragons plummeted to the ground. Takeo was about half the size of Thurr and no where near as strong.

Haku and Takuya didnt know, but Thurr was a War Kaka dragon. The most advanced form of warrior kaka's could be. To him, Haku and Takuya were nothing more than pests. Little annoyances.
Thaeus saw an opening. A large one in fact! He could actually see light shinning down in the caverns. He saw light from the above world often, but only tiny slivers. He had never seen such a huge hole before. Sounds of combat reached his ears. Frowning he flew upwards. He hadnt been above ground in a 100 years. His eyes were blinded for a moment.
"Get away from him!" Tao shouted to Haku and Takuya. They were going to get themselves killed!
Thurr's maw opened and down in his throat a vibrant, rainbow-light glowed.
"No!" Tao hissed. That was the Kaka's strongest form of attack, one that always left her completely drained. And hers was no where near the level of Thurr's would be.
Thurr fired his beam of ethereal energy right at Haku and Takuya. But before it could get the two, a flash of gold passed in front. A flash of light, then a dragon fell to the earth.
Tao's eyes widened as she saw Takeo falling. He had intercepted the attack! "Takeo!"
Theaus, too, had witnessed this little affair. He flew up towards the fighting dragons.
Thaeus flew up. "Thurr, Tao, whats going on?" he asked, nodding to the both of them.
Tao's eyes widened. There was another War Kaka? She had never met this one. He had been gone for so long! Why was he back now?
"Thaeus, what rock did you crawl back out of?" Thurr asked, malice tinting his voice.
"As charming as ever, arent you Thurr?" Thaeus replied, with a grin.
Thurr just sneered.
"RAH!" Thurr shouted, beating his wings hard, sending a shock wave out at them. "Cant you younglings see Im in conversation?! If you wont stop bothering me, youll be the first two I kill!"
"Now now Thurr, they are just playing," Thaeus chided.
"So smug, Thaeus, arent we? Dont worry, here in a minute Ill deal with you."
"Oh really?" Thurr asked with a shocked, mocking look on his face. "Want to test that theory puny dragon?" he hissed.
"Thurr, your opponent will be me," Thaeus said, swooping in between the two.
Tao flew over to Haku, "are you alright?" she asked. She knew he hadnt really been attacked, but she wanted to make sure. After all, the fighting between all the dragons was still going on. She hadnt noticed, but even Thaeus and Thurr had gone back at it.
Tao frowned, "Its just hes too strong.. Theres a reason alot of Kaka's already follow him. Alot of kakas already had an issue with my father becoming king. There were even dragons who followed Theaus better than my father." She smiled, "dont worry, we'll stop this uprising."
Thaeus and Thurr were locked in combat. But it seemed Thaeus had the upperhand.
"Haku, you know what I want to do.." Tao said. She glanced around, most of the dragons were done. There were bodies of dragons on the ground below, including Takeo's. She hoped he was okay. It was time to end this. Thurr wasnt going to get away with this. She nodded at Haku and zipped off to confront Thurr.
"No.. I just had him thrown down in the dungeons.. along with the other uprising kakas," Tao said to Haku. "I dont want to stay here any longer.. But theres no one else to run the place.. I dont know how to handle this Haku."
"I dont.. I dont know if I can kill him," Tao replied softly, looking down. "I know hes done so much terrible stuff.. But still.." Her wings fluttered anxiously. "I..." she closed her jaw and said nothing else.
Tao watched as Haku readied himself to kill Thurr. She wanted her uncle dead. He had done so much terrible things. Unforgivable things, but still.. Killing gave her a nasty feeling in the pit of her stomach.
There were guards stationed, but they said nothing as Haku scrambled by. They had seen the other dragon with Tao and frankly, didnt want to mess with him. The kakas were alittle fearful of Haku. They didnt want to incite anything more.
There were other Kaka's and other dragons imprisoned as well, but they were in other cells, and generally remained quiet.
Thurr was in a cell by himself.
Thurr's pale green eyes opened. He peered out of his cell at the dragon that was there. He snorted and his scaly lips curved in a grin. "Ah. The outside dragon that came back with Taokaka. You survived the fight? How are you doing now?" he asked in his loud, scratchy voice.
Thurr gazed at Haku, "I was running the place fine. Until Tao came back and stirred the dragons up. As I see it, all this is her fault."
"Ha! Her parents were weak and stupid. They didnt deserve what they had!" Thurr spat. "I deserved to be king! Now get out of my sight, you're sickening me."
Thurr let out a menacing growl after Haku. He knew what the young dragon was up to and it infuriated him. "These caverns wont keep me here forever! Ill find a way out! I promise!" he shouted from the other side.

ic: Tao was outside sitting on the ground next to Takeo. He looked pretty bad. There was a nurse Kaka next to them. "I think he'll be fine. He's a fighter Kaka, so hes got some fight in him so to speak. He'll recover."
Tao nodded, and sighed in relief.
Takeo slowly opened his eyes. The Kaka dragon sat up, and grimaced. On his back was a bad burn, but otherwise he was okay. "What happened?" he asked.
