    Knotting a ribbon around a tree, Maplemeadows smiled and purred to herself as she worked. Lucy for the medicine cat, she was almost finished. The ginger feline had tied white ribbons around a large section of the territory, near the border and far from camp. Fiddling with the last pearl fabric, she connected the line to the place she had started on. Grinning, she fluffed up her wings and called out to her clan.

    "Powertag, over here! All powers are allowed to be used to your advantage, but don't actually attack anyone. Once you're in the white lines, you're vulnerable to attacks. Not real ones." She spoke loudly and strictly, waiting for everyone to listen before continuing. "I have invited some of our allies over, they'll be here soon. Do not attack them for real either. When you get too tired to keep playing, exit the lines. The last ones in the lines win."

    She took a step back before flying atop the trees to watch. This was gonna be fun!

    Maplemeadows trotted up to the border, a purrin her threat and a gift basket in her jaws. Nothing much was contained in the basket ~ just a few little trinkets and stones to show she meant to harm. "Hello!" she called out, smiling into the territory of allies. "StormClan invites you to a game of powertag! The rules are going to be explained there. Hope you come and Happy New Year!" The medic finished with a purr and waited for someone to show up. Giving gift baskets to air was not her thing and she wanted to be there to answer any questions.

    It was not a bad nor good time for Maplemeadows, not either. If the ginger feline had to use one word to describe it, she would say 'Okay' and be done with the conversation. Dragging her torn wing behind her as she approached, the medic would select a seat and wait.

    "Just tag, but everyone can use whatever powers they have," Maplemeadows would tell the apprentice as Twilight entered. The medicine cat turned to face the Arcaner with a smile. "Heya Twilight! Nice to see you too," she meowed with a smile.

    //Yeek, you mean my muse?

    Padding up after Kaleidoscope, Maplemeadows studied the newcomer with a strange expression. A different question popped into her mind when she saw the feline's wing dragging in the ground. The thought caused her to gaze back at her own wing, which had been torn about by enemy clans and was now only a ripped-up, broken bundle of feather and cobweb. "Are you hurt? Do you need something?" the head medic asked after seeing the wing, swallowing her own thoughts.

    Maplemeadows was the first to find Twilight, catching the Arianism a the border as she spoke. She approached with a soft smile and light purr, ready to speak to the Arcanist. "Hello, Twilight," she meowed, smiling to the other. The two had become a sort-of friends, although they didn't see each other too often. "Thanks so much for the gifts. How's it going with The Arcane?"

    Being a medic always started with enthusiasm, which was easy for someone choosing a new medic to pick out. A while ago, there had been quite a bit of enthusiasm, Maplemeadows wanted to check up on the current level and see what was going on with the clan. Not that something bad was happening, of course.

    After bathing materials for teaching, the head medic pulled herself up to a rock on camp, torn wing dragging behind her - just a stupid burden. Once on th rock, she called out to her clanmates with a happy smile. "Medic class, over here! We've considered bringing back the den assistant job if there's enough enthusiasm." Pausing a moment before continuing, the medic would speak more. is that even a sentence. "So, if you're interested, come on over!"

    "Both are doing well, actually. Me and the clan," Maplemeadows responded, amber eyes showing traces of the truth had not come out. The head medic was still slightly shy with her information around other clans, even if the speaker was one of her friends. "Well, activity is a bit slow, but we're good nonetheless." She then rose a torn wing, a few large feathers drifting to the ground as she did so. "Well, I'm fine. I think you've already seen this." The herbalist decided to leave out the part that she had actually been bringing The Arcane a gift basket when The Exiles destroyed her wing.

    ShadowClan was an ally, right? Either way, the feline at the border looked rather harmless, so Maplemeadows approached with her head high and tail up, as if leading a patrol. The appearance almost made it look as if her torn wing was healed. "Okay, I'm Maplemeadows, the head medic here. What's up?" By what's up, she meant what's the news, but the ShadowClanner would probably understand that,

    Maplemeadows's tail fell in surprise, for the feline had appeared to be happy before dropping th status. She had assumed something good was coming. Nevertheless, the herbalist wasn't about to be rude. "Understood. Thank you for letting us know," she meowed, bowing her ginger furred head to the ShadowClanner. They had gained some allies recently, so StormClan was doing fine, but the ginger feline couldn't help but feel a tinge of sadness at the loss of allies.

    It was not long ago that Maplemeadows had happened upon a painting set, one of those ones in the shiny silver briefcases with the cool, shimmery latches. She had pulled the box back to camp, imagining it was a great new herb storage box for when they needed to sneak healing equipment past enemies. But we'll get to that later since Zodiac is getting bored.

    Before she could use the box, the head medic had to use up the contents, which had led her to where she currently was - out in the forest, not too far from camp, hurling red and blue paint at a shiny white canvas. Anyone who came in would have to be careful ~ Maplemeadows definitely wasn't being at all careful herself. This could either result in a beautiful, purple splatter paint...
    or a messy disaster.

    It was nice to be greeted ~ the head medic had not really been expecting so many to meet her at the border. "We're doing good, thank you," she meowed with a soft smile before turning to he other.Ah, hello Quickfire!" she meowed, all in a museless late night post.
