Tairin took the seat in the shade, and looked around, eager to be off.

He took her hand, offering her a small smile. "That sounds good to me," He said, nodding. "Where would you like to go?"
-
"What, the other haze is doing it?" He asked, trying to guess what it was saying. "What does tht make you, then?"
-
"My dear, I am a collector," He said, and gave her a wide smile. "I collect many things, from bugs, to stamps, to weapons, to people. You just got unlucky."
-
"Do you like the Nile?" Tairin asked, glancing at the jackal. She had always liked it, even if she wasn't a swimmer.
-
"The next forest over, but that's a good thirty minute walk," He said, glancing up at the sky.
-
" can you write? I'll get a piece of paper and a pen," He offered, not sure what else to do.
-
William sighed softly, and started for school, even if he didn't want to. He needed to get the homework for Emi.
-
"Most likely," He said, sighing softly as he curled up beside her.
-
He panicked, like a good friend would, and searched all the places they went to. Even the places they'd swore to never go back too.
-
"Emi?" William said softly, reaching out for you. "What are you doing here? I thought you'd've gone home."
-
He glanced at her curiously, copying her movement. "Something wrong?"
-
"Emi please, I'm your best friend," He said, looking up at her.
-
"What do you mean?" He demanded, turning to the boy. "Who in h*ll are you?"
-
(Is there a plot, or can I torture her?)
I laughed softly, but stepped away, wary of the blades. "You will, in time."
-
"It is a lot to take in," He said, giving her a sympathetic smile.
-
(I was thinking things like branding, scarring, and dislocation of limbs.)
-
"How does it look?" He asked, warching her. "I've been here five years, and nothing unnatural has tried to kill me yet." That was true, but only because he was never in the pen.
-
Suprised, William caught Emily before she hit the ground. That spider had come from out of nowhere, and he wanted to know what it was.
-
"Tell me about it," Tairin said quietly, watching the river.
