My interpretation of the prophecy:
"Beware the darkness of dragons" - Scarlet's mystery dragon, Mightyclaws, Fierceteeth, or any other evil Nightwings that are alive
"Beware the stalker of dreams" - Scarlet, since she has a dreamvisitor
"Beware the talons of power and fire" - Peril, if Scarlet somehow manipulates or tricks her
"Beware one who is not what she seems" - Onyx, she is planning to kill Thorn to become queen, see epilogue of Winter Turning for any references to that
"Something is coming to shake the earth" - comet, or "skyfire" impacting the earth
"Something is coming to scorch the ground" - the comet's explosion
"Jade Mountain will fall beneath thunder and ice" - the comet is going to crush Jade Mountain; I think comets can consist of ice
"Unless the lost city of night can be found" - Darkstalker will be found in the former Nightwing city, then he will stop the comet using his animus scroll
Full Interpretation: Scarlet, her mystery dragon, and/or other Nightwings will try to kill the previous prophecy dragons, while Onyx tries to kill Thorn for the throne. Scarlet will somehow gain control of Peril (manipulation? forced animus magic?) and try to kill someone with her. Scarlet will get the idea of using a comet to crush Jade Mountain, or the comet comes from natural causes. Moon and the others will get Darkstalker's scroll to Darkstalker, who will stop the comet with the animus scroll.
