[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]Maggie arrived third, which was kind of late- and very unlike her. She was going slowly through the deep sand, and not really paying attention to where she walked, when she heard an enthusiastic screech. Her rather refined head lifted, looking to see what Faith had been screaming about. The doe's dark eyes widened, and she even felt tears pooling in them.
"Hey, Will!" the girl trotted towards the familiar male, guessing that he would recognize her in her birth body. It was the one she had joined the tribe of many storms in, after all. [color=pink]"Welcome back! We missed you." she wasn't really good at expressing her feelings, but she was having a bit of an overdose on emotion. She knew that he'd probably found out that someone had taken his place as her mentor, but it was probably very hard for him. He looked much better, though, and she hoped that whatever he'd said was wrong with him- she couldn't exactly remember- was better.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]Maggie was surprised to see a doe as she approached the group, maybe they were taking over the tribe- she herself was one, as well as her sister. [color=pink]"Hello! I'm Magnolia tree where pink blossoms grow- but just call me Maggie." the semi-melanistic female introduced herself, shooting the stranger a friendly grin. From what she'd heard, Nile was a bit sassy. She'd never met anyone like that before, besides maybe Subaru when in certain situations.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]The doe barely followed along with the two adult's conversation, letting out occasional 'uh' sounds as she started to talk and was silenced when someone else spoke louder. She eventually retired to moving her dark gaze from one lady to the other, dark eyes blinking rapidly. She was snapped out of this daze by the sight of Will, which caused her to leap to her feet, and thus causing her can of paint to go flying at hit the wall. She didn't notice, though, as she slid between Amaryllis and Verona to stand before the large canine. [color=pink]"Hey! You look great, Will!" she let out a small giggle, glancing over his nicely trimmed fur. It was quite the change from the last time she'd seen him, that was for sure. She supposed it was a big change her her, as well, in terms of species.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]The girl laughed as she saw Will's expression- she was a bit surprised by it. He had never really shown his emotion too often, sort of like Subaru, only less emotionless. Okay, that thought didn't really make sense, but it did in her head. He then pulled her into an embrace as well as Faith, and she returned his hug as best she could. [color=pink]"I hope you're doing better," she bleated, intentions well. She lacked a filter, and said most things that came to her mind without thinking of whether or not they could hurt the mood.
//sorry for shortness ;-;

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]The girl was distracted by his gaze for a moment, glancing back at where she'd been moments earlier. Oh. Whoops. But he was speaking then, and she refocused on the male, a grin lingering on her lips. "Oh, it's been a while! Yeah, it's a good bit easier." she spoke loudly, though with a bit less positive energy on the last bit. She still found herself not eating sometimes, before remembering that she was in a different body, or just reverting back to the old habit. Her body was still thin and lacked muscle mass, but she looked much better than in her lynx body health wise. Her growth had been stunted by her eating tendencies, and she was immensely weak and brittle. So that had changed, at least.
[color=pink]"But that doesn't matter, how've you been!" she changed the subject after a few moments pause, giving a tilt of her head and a smile.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px][color=white]The girl let out a short yelp as a few of the needles were pulled from her body, and was about to ask Verona if she could give her a moment, when she felt warmth beside her. She recognized the scent as Grey, and felt a comfort spreading across her body. As he rest of the needles were removed, she kept quiet, and relaxed even more as she felt the poultice being applied. She didn't hear- or didn't pay attention to- the voices around her, and sort of lay dormant, her eyes closed. Maybe it was the poppy seeds, who knew.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]Maggie smiled at everyone who appeared, and returned their greetings cheerfully. As soon as there was a break in the conversations, she stood a bit taller- not really for any reason, she was already taller than everyone except besides Juvenile. [color=pink]"Okay, I thought maybe we could play a couple of games to get to know each other better! So let's play two truths and a lie- the name is sort of self explanatory." she was sure that everyone gathered had played the game before, it wasn't like it was uncommon. Anyways, she'd let someone else start, since she'd already talked a lot.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px][color=white]Maggie nodded happily as the lady spoke to her, though her friendly smile shrunk as the buck appeared. Who was he? Had the whole group turned into a herd of deer? She'd never seen a buck before, and it was a little shocking to the young girl. He was so rude, or at least it seemed like that to her. She'd never met someone with his personality type either, and he didn't seem like a good person to her. He almost reminded her of the guy who'd attacked her a few weeks back. So the doe stood watching the pair's exchange, her jaw slightly opened and dark eyes wide.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]The girl was surprised to see Sutton, shocked even. "Oh! Nice to see you again!" she sputtered, feeling sudden pangs of guilt for not leaving the former leader a note or something as to where they were going. She gave a slightly awkward grin, though Verona drew her attention away from the situation. She hummed thoughtfully, her head tilting. She didn't know her new mentor very well, so how would she know which was a lie? The point of the game was to fix that, she supposed. [color=pink]"I don't think you had a pet snail named speedy," she guessed, she remembered vaguely Verona saying that she possessed no powers, and she wasn't sure what a cantaloupe was. Like an antelope maybe? Which would make sense, seeing as she was a carnivorous animal.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]Maggie liked to know everyone in the group, and she currently did not- and that was bad. She had been around longer than a majority of the tribe at the moment, excluding the three others from the previous names, yet she couldn't even put a name to many of the faces. What was the leader's name again? She couldn't remember what the new one was, but it had been Dustsomething before.
So, in order to fix this problem, the doe had decided to seek out one of the joiners. One with a name she remembered, that was. She found the lioness pretty easily, drawing pictures in the sand. "Hey, Louvreart!" she called, making her way over with a friendly smile. It was extremely hot, especially with her black fur, but she could manage for at least a little while. [color=pink]"How's it going? I'm Maggie, if you forgot." she bleated, adding her name just in case. She wouldn't be offended if someone forgot her name, or didn't know who she was. She didn't know who people were all of the time.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]//thanks for making! sorry for the late reply
i've got no muse right now i understand ;-;
Maggie hadn't really seen too many travelers since moving to the desert. It wasn't really a place that people could wander into, they had to have a reason to be there. So, when she saw an unfamiliar white form standing out among all of the yellow, she made her way over cheerfully. [color=pink]"Hey! I'm Maggie- name and business?" she bleated, covering the last bit of ground before she was within a nice distance. She was honestly expecting a joiner, why else would someone be here? The doe gave the male a friendly smile, waiting for a reply.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]Maggie possessed one power, and she would gladly give it it away if she could. She had no control over her multiple possessions, though she'd only been two animals, her birth body, a white tailed deer, and a lynx. She certainly liked being a doe better, she didn't have to eat meat, among other things.
Anyways, the girl spotted an unfamiliar canine in camp, and made her way over to them with a friendly smile. [color=pink]"Hey- have we met? I'm Maggie." as her dark gaze swept over the person, she noticed the trail of plants behind them. What was up with that? She wasn't overly observant, and even if Lorelei's scent had been the same she wouldn't have noticed.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]Maggie felt bad about not knowing anyone around the tribe well anymore, but they weren't exactly the type of people she was used to. She had been sort of like the queen bee of socialization back in the empire of sartaq, everyone knew her and she knew everyone. The girl heard Nile's call, and made her way over with a friendly smile. She seemed sort of rough around the edges, but that was okay. [color=pink]"Hey! I'm Maggie- just in case you forgot." she bleated, giving a small nod of her delicate head. She wouldn't mind having her name forgotten, really, since she sometimes forgot people's names. Was that bad?

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px][color=white]Maggie trotted up to the crowd, not wanting to crowd Faith, but realizing that she could learn from this situation. She stood on the sidelines and listened, though she'd arrived late and couldn't do much. She also didn't know Faith all that well, though she did feel very bad for the girl.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]Maggie grinned as she found Verona's lie, though as Sutton began she had no idea which could be a lie. Was she around for six leaders? Probably, Subaru had talked about other leaders sometimes. But then again, six? Was she raised by a pride of lions? She was pretty sure that Sutton's birth body was the tiger, but was it really? And the last one, of course, was true. The girl could barely remember the civil war now, she'd been pretty young at the time- but she also tried to block it out. Lily wasn't coming back. It had been too long, her sister was certainly not going to return. She was snapped out of her thoughts as Sutton told the correct answer, and she decided to speak up. "I'll go," she bleated, her voice a bit weak. She took a breath to continue, willing her voice back to it's usual confidence. [color=pink]"I've never been captured, my favorite color is pink, and I love snow." she flashed a small grin as she finished, waiting to see how quickly the answer would be spoken. It probably wouldn't be too difficult to label one of those as the truth, even if they had only known her for a week or so. Sutton would be able to answer- at least if she remembered when Maggie had been taken to Boneclan.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]Maggie's grin drooped as Sutton guessed the correct answer quickly. She'd expected that, to be honest, but it was still a bit sad that she'd lost so quickly. [color=pink]"Aww," she pouted, but a warm smiled curled at her lips. She wondered who would go next, and if they would be as easy to guess as her own had been.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]Maggie made her way over a bit too late to catch any of the announcements, though she could hear from the talking of the crowd about the demotions. Demotions always made her sad, but she hadn't known either of the two very well. Verona had certainly been nice, a nice, simple lady. As she caught onto everyone calling out what they thought about doing for Valentines day, she chimed in with her own idea. [color=pink]"We should do a blind dating- but with our allies involved, too!" she called out, guessing that was what Lorelei had meant in the first place. But if it wasn't, she wouldn't have wanted to participate. She was generally very accepting, but since the majority of the tribe's population was female, she wouldn't have enjoyed. It was strange that she'd turned out feeling so strange about the idea of homosexuality, she'd grown up in a very open place.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=12px][fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 450px; margin-top: -10px;][justify][size=11px]As the doe made her way over, she found her mind wandering through the past. She'd felt so stuck in it for the past few weeks, cold nostalgia chilling her to the bone. She hadn't even been alive for a year, but she felt as if she'd lived through centuries. Things were going too fast, what happened to the time when she and Lily followed visitors through the jungle and attempted to scare them? To the coyote scribe- she'd forgotten the lady's name now- possessing a tree? Growing horns? Subaru finding her in the temple and telling her to watch her back. Passing out and tumbling down the stairs of one of the temples, waking up in the body of a lynx. The beginning of the civil war. She could remember so much, and couldn't even imagine how the adults felt about their lives, all of the memories swirling through their minds. A frown slid across her features.
[color=pink]"I'll take one."
