James had been walking along minding his own business until he saw Fitz and the Gorilla. Man those silver backs were scary. The calico definitely wouldn't want to pick a fight with one of them. That was the reason to why he had padded over a little cautiously, obviously not used to being around larger creatures. He was completely unaware of the creature's intentions of bringing relatively good news.

"Whilst we wait for Avorio to tell her story, let's here one of mine," he announced. He would feel a little awkward sharing this one, but he'd do it anyways. "There was once a cat named Read. Interesting name I know, but she had an even more interesting story. From a young age, Read had to use multiple possessions to dress up like a boy, mainly since her grandmother refused to help a female for whatever reason in her mind. With the disguise, she managed to trick her nan, and from that day onwards she'd disguise as a boy. Well, all until one day.
One day, she had met a Pro-Clanner that she had fancied, and Read told her the secret. Long story short, they became mates, Read went back to a female body, and lovey dovey stuff all until her mate died during battle. It had made Read upset, and she had went back to disgusting as a male. She worked as a Proclanner, all until a dastardly Anti-Clan attacked. She got captured, and after a lot of talking she had joined their ranks.
Still keeping her disguise, mainly because she felt too awkward to remove it, Read worked her way up the ranks as a male. She fought countless wars, and had countless victories, but there was one downside to this. A young maiden, going by the name of Bonnie, had took a liking to her. Of course, this had to make her reveal her secret, and that was when it all went spiralling down. She kept her disguise even though it had been revealed by one person, but one male who had crushed on Bonnie had became jealous, and threatened to kill Read. She had revealed her secret to him too now.
They kept on fighting and fighting, spilling the blood of countless ProClanners as they did. One day though, she had gotten captured by them when she was in her female body. Little did they know... She was pregnant. She had stayed captured their for ages, but because of the dirty conditions she had started to become ill. She had her kits, but then succumb to fever due to her frail ness. Some say she still roams around, some stay she's living in hell or heaven right now, who knows?" he concluded that with a sigh. It wasn't the most interesting story in the world, but it was good as a starter.

The calico had been idly lying down, not really minding the world around him too much, when a screech hit his ears. It made him flinch slightly, but it did make him pay attention. Groggily, James stood up, and padded towards the entrance of his den. Seeing who it was, he mewed a little quickly "Hmm? What is it Swanpaw?". Hopefully, somebody hadn't injured themselves.

James had been plotting this out for quite a while now, but he needed Charon's approval for it. Sadly though, Charon had almost completely disappeared off of the face of the earth. So, after a little while, the calico had decided that enough was enough, and there went the little independent James speaking. "Attention! This isn't really too important, but as you know their is no feline with proper medical knowledge in the Skulls. So, I have decided that I will temporarily visit another clan to train! I have discussed this at herbal gatherings, though I figured that I needed Charon's approval to temporarily leave for training. But, I have no choice but to do this now. If somebody gets injured, then I won't know how to heal their wounds properly, and I can't afford to gamble on someone's life. Don't worry about threads, as they will all be retro until my return, thank you,". He dipped his head in conclusion, and waited to see what the others would say if anything.

James had been walking around, minding his own business for once. He had to prepare for a journey soon, one that would probably last him a little while. As he was walking and thinking, an unfamiliar animal caught his attention. A female bobtail, one that he had never seen before. Of course, it was in his best interest to pad over and see what she was doing. "Hey there, what's your name and business on the Skull's territory?" he asked in a more serious tone than normal. It seemed that a month of being lazy had payed a toll on James's reactions times. He was about to dodge, but the paw still hit him and he stumbled. This, combined with Fitz tripping him, was definitely enough to make the calico topple to the ground. Whilst on the ground, and whilst regaining his senses, James attempted to kick Fitz with his back legs, just so the tortoiseshell could at least stand up.

Well, it seemed that Sassy Swanpaw had jumped into action. Narrowing his emerald eyes very slightly, just because he had been shouted at, James responded "Well you must of bloody forgot. He had momentarily discussed this a little while ago, and now the tortoiseshell was finally getting his act in gear. His journey from the Skulls has been a long one, and at some point he'd have to make the journey back there too. For now though, he'd sit at the border, obviously tired. James had barely gotten any sleep before his journey here, so that wasn't too great either.
But, he had a job to do. If the tortie didn't do anything about the situation that he was in, then there would be plenty of issues in the future that he wouldn't be able to solve. So, he'd wait there, glancing around as he did. The place didn't seem too inviting, but he didn't have too much choice but to ask here first.
